My Ride: 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport, Willy's EditionService: Replace Fuel Pump, and a second visit to tweak the fuel gauge. (Cost was well within the range I was expecting)You have earned a long-time customer, folks. When I first called and spoke with James, his demeanor was very professional and courteous. Amanda is great and always available to answer questions. Excellent communication and quick estimates. Seamless protocol for approving or declining services. No one tried to sell me on services I didn't need. Also, they didn't pressure me into services that I couldn't afford right away. The lobby area was clean and inviting. I also appreciate the fact that the place is locally owned and owned by women. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you all so much.- Kris

Scheduling couldn't have been easier, I submitted a quote request for an oil change on Yelp. They replied promptly with the lowest price. I later had to add on a scheduled maintenance gear oil change/tire rotation and they accommodated that within the same appointment time frame and even added on a coupon discount. When I showed up and said I was going to wait, they offered a free Uber back home. They called when finished and when I arrived, checkout was quick and I found all nag screen settings reset. Very professional and a happy experience all around.

This shop is fantastic. Quoted me a price of 2900 for extensive AC work. Ford quoted 4200. When I picked up the car the counter man said it was cheaper than expected and my bill was 1900. I was shocked at their honesty and will be a customer forever. Job was well done and you cannot buy honesty like that. Thank you Happy Wallet you restored my faith in auto shops.

This place is simply incredible! They do great work and they do their best to save you money. I needed new headlamps for my BMW 3281 convertible. They helped me purchase exactly what I needed as far as replacement parts go on e-bay. They did a perfect installation in just a couple of hours. They saved me over $2800 off the price for the completed job that Germain BMW in Naples quoted me. Dealers are fine for warranty work, but if you aren't under warranty the dealers will absolutely scalp you. Happy Wallet will save you a lot of money plus they do excellent work. this is the place to go in Naples to service your car!

My daughter goes to college in SW Florida and I live in another state. My daughter had an issue with her 2004 F-150. Not everyone, even dealers, work on older vehicles?! I was referred to Happy Wallet, THEY WERE AMAZING! For an out-of-state-dad, worrying about getting his daughter s truck taken-care-of, Happy Wallet was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They got the truck in, accessed the situation, kept me informed with daily updates. Answered all my calls and questions in a timely manner! The repairs were done, also in a timely manner, and my daughter was without her truck, for only a short time! Since my daughter is a student, Happy Wallet was flexible enough to make arrangements for her to be able to pick-up the truck after hours! Making payment was easy and very reasonable! Happy Wallet took the worry out of worrying about my daughter and her truck! I WILL ABSOLUTELY USE HAPPY WALLET AGAIN, FOR MY AUTO REPAIRS, WHILE IN SW FLORIDA! I can t recommend Happy Wallet Auto enough. Everyone knows it s a tall order to find a mechanic service that you can trust, but Happy Wallet hits all the marks that are important to me. They are so kind and patient with questions regarding the process, very transparent about what they recommend and how it s priced. They are not pushy, or demeaning when you elect to not have a recommended service done, which is so important to me. They ve always been prompt with getting back to me when the diagnostic process is done, and they have a really simple, easy to navigate digital system to approving or declining jobs that you consent to. Gloria and I believe his name is James are always so kind and helpful. Happy Wallet doesn t leaving you in the dark and provides the updates you need along the way while they have their car, so you don t suffer the anxiety of not knowing when you re going to get your car back. I can t say much about their pricing, because I haven t deviated from using them as my mechanics, so it s been a long time since I ve had a competitor to compare them to but their price break down always seems reasonable and without guessing on the customer s part. We had the battery replaced on our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which requires removing the passenger seat to access the battery. They were able to accommodate us as a walk-in customer with no problem. Entire process was fast and professional. Would definitely use them in the future.

Front desk associate was very polite knowledgeable. When I returned after having the oil change because my tire was wobbly, they assured me it was just a tire rotation and reversed it. They recommendation on my tires, and it was good to go. The technician in the back was just as helpful And knowledgeable.

Gloria, from Happy Wallet Quality Auto Repair is the best to work with! The work they do there is top quality and very reasonably priced! They re very easy to schedule with and keep the lines of communication open! You ll always know what s going on! I ve taken 2 cars there now and will continue to make this know a guy place. We were visiting family here from PA, when we experienced Van problems. Happy Wallet was referred to us by Ford dealer and AAA. James and Amanda at Happy Wallet very professional, informative and kept us updated on progress of work being done and the cost. They scheduled us in on the short notice, with no appt. Excellent work and even had shuttle service to our motel. Would highly recommend this repair shop. I m fairly new to the Naples area. My car needed a serpentine belt replacement and I couldn t find ANYONE who would do the job. Someone referred Happy Wallet to me. I called them and told them my situation and I was able to set an appointment for the NEXT DAY.. Great service!! Great price! They are very transparent with their customers, in which I appreciate. I moved to Naples 2 years ago and one of the hardest things to find was a quality mechanic. IDK why but every company I tried had terrible customer service. I always found myself having to hunt someone down after days or even weeks of no contact. Not Here! Great work, great customer service, great value. Ive found my mechanic.

Went there bc my engine light was on.They were very kind (that s what the extra star is for) and read the error code.Then they gave me an invoice for 500$ to locate the actual error which I declined.I went to another place, told them the error, the guy opens my tank lid and sees that the gas cap is missing. 35$ to order a new one. Problem solved.Mistakes can happen. But not on my wallet and my expenses.Sorry for the bad review but it reflects my experience.

I brought my 2021 Camaro in to Happy Wallet auto service for a loud noise coming from underneath the car! Happy wallet found the problem right away connecting two muffler pipes together that had come loose from hitting something!They fixed it right away with minimal cost! Great job Happy Wallet! As a non-Naples native who is spending my 4th winter here working, I needed a quality and reliable auto shop after discovering that my Air Conditioning was not working on my work truck. Scheduling the work on the previous Thursday, they were able to get it in on Monday AM. I picked up the truck at the end of the day and the AC again works exactly as it should, which is of great importance in South Florida. The desk contacted me and made me aware that they ran into an issue, which required additional work, not their fault, but related to the work, additional work. They got all parts ordered, installed and back to me in a timeframe that made me very happy. As a business operator myself, I fully understand that things come up. And they did. And they handled that fantastically. Professionally. Communication the key.Don t just bring your vehicle here for run of the mill work, feel confident bringing your vehicle here for work that requires a real mechanic. Because that s who works here. Real mechanics who do great work, in a timely manner.5 Stars! You all do great work!

I brought the car in for an oil change as my husband goes here all the time. It was terrific timing as I was in & out in an hour. And they even remembered to turn off the Oil Change reset button (the dealer didn t do that last time!)I will be back!

I recently took my car to get a nail out of it and to get it plugged and I gotta say it was an awesome experience James was honest and great.
