My 2008 BMW 1 Series used to be garage kept until this last year and unfortunately due to the sun and visiting drive thru car washes, the seal on my rearview window began to deteriorate.I was recommended by a colleague who had just had her convertible top repaired by Guillermo and from the moment I visited his business, I knew he would get the job done right and for a competitive price. It took one day and the finished product is incredible!I would recommend his attention to detail, expertise and good business to anyone in need of upholstery repair. I had my mother take her vehicle to this upholstery business to get work done on her VW GTI. Prices were higher than current market price but went there anyway because of the convenience. They wanted to be paid in cash which was strange and gave my mom a small attitude when she said she wanted to pay with card. 2 days to get the job done... her vehicle had a few miles more than it came in with. Also, on the day of pick up, I noticed there was a dash light for tire pressure. I figured I would have it looked at VW of Naples which is literally 5 minutes away from Guillermos. When the guys looked at it, there was a BIG SLASH on the tire from a blade... Luckily I made it to the shop in time. Tires my vehicle had were a month old. When I called Guillermos to challenge them on why my vehicle had a HUGE SLASH, I was told they had no idea how that could have happened. Spoke to the owners son who agreed to refund me for the tire price. However when I went into the store and spoke to his dad, he refused to make things right. Way to do business...I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU DO, CHECK YOUR CAR COMPLETELY.Service: Upholstery installation
