My van is 24 years old and honestly after taking my van to Gobal autocare I can feel a differentce in the way the car runs. First I was impressed with their waiting area and their customer service. There were no pressure to fix anything. Everyone was very friendly and they took the time to explain the things that I didn't understand. They performed a diagnostic of my car and I get to choose what I want to fix or not. No pressure! I felt that they truly cared about my car and my safety. Great customer service! I think I found the the perfect place to service my car.

I called in for help regarding them fixing my brakes. They charged me over 2grand. And my breaks still squeak. I was speaking with Louie who denied everything and didn t allow me to explain the issue. Couldn t accept that they failed to fix my brakes. Which could ve led to me being in an accident. Terrible costumer service. Honestly the worst shop I ve ever had an encounter with. I had a Horrible experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Global Autocare Center! I brought my car in for service, as they were recommended by my warranty company. Throughout the entire process, Ernesto kept me well-informed, from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the service they provided was top-notch. I'm definitely planning to return to them for all my repair needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent workmanship and communication. Ernesto kept me updated throughout the process and was able to work with my extended warranty to get a lot of the repairs covered that initially had been denied. 10/10!

I recently had an issue with water leaking into my car every time it rained, which was quite frustrating. However, my experience at this shop was exceptional. They promptly diagnosed the problem and efficiently resolved it, getting me back on the road without any further issues. Their expertise and quick service were highly commendable. I'm grateful for their professionalism and would definitely recommend their services for any automotive needs.

Just recently was having an issue w/ a leakage in my vehicle call all kinds of different places and it was so hard to someone to assist me with this matter a good friend recommend me this place and when I tell you they assist me and explain everything I was WOW with the service they provide and prompt response to help me fix the issue. I appreciate you guys.

I had been struggling with an issue on my car for a while, and I had taken it to serval other mechanic shops, but not of them could figure out the problem. Then I brought it to Global Autocare Center, and they not only identified the issue, but also fixed it efficiently. The staff's expertise is truly outstanding! I am fairly new to the Naples area and as a single mom, I always worry about getting a fair price & quality service with auto repair shops. I did not have to worry about any of that at GLOBAL Autocare Center. Ernesto the General Manager was simply amazing. After greeting me with a warm smile, he took the time to address all the concerns I felt while explaining in detail the work that would be done & the realistic time, I could expect my vehicle to be ready. The waiting area was large, clean and cozy. Estimate only took a few minutes to draw up and I was satisfied with the price of parts & labor. But again, just to be sure I went to 2 other auto repair shops in the vicinity only to be treated like an inconvenience & dollar sign but the final nail in the coffin was being given written estimates that were significantly higher than what GLOBAL was estimating. I immediately brought my vehicle back where it belonged to Ernesto! As promised, my vehicle was returned back to me in top-notch shape & condition in a timely manner. Great auto repair very honest, they do great work in a very timely fashion. It s nice to have repairs done and drive away from there knowing the problem is fixed and not having to keep taking it in again and again. These guys are fabulous. When in with a break issue, they made a very fair evaluation of the condition of my vehicle and repaired everything perfectly even reset the computers for oil and fuel filters in my diesel. Ernesto was great and willing to figure out all the issues with my car. Ernesto responded to my phone call and told me I could bring my Toyota Rav 4 in for air-conditioning services immediately. He took me in and within couple hours was on my way. Ernesto was pleasant, professional , and explained what was needed with clarity. Very fair pricing and great customer service. Global services everything your car could use. Let me just add. I have been going here for oil changes, tires , etc. A big job came up, my vehicle was leaking coolant. I was worried, not sure who to trust for such a job. Decided to go with them. They diagnosed problem and fixed it fast at a good price. They take care of me and many of my coworkers. These guys are good

Wow what a great walk-in experience, Ernesto was quick, attentive, very helpful and honest.We got then AC fixed up, cooling better than it ever has since I ve owned the car. Just took my Mercedes Benz there to fix an issue after a friend referred me. Not only were they knowledgeable about the issue they fixed it at half the cost and have the time than other places quoted me. I was so happy. And my car is running amazingly. I wish I knew about this place years ago. I will definitely refer others. And hopefully I won t have any other car problems but If I do NOW I know where to go. Also, The staff is absolutely professional which was very important to me. Thank you Global care!

I was traveling through S.W Florida on I-75 headed to Miami when I realized my wife needed an alignment and an oil change. So we stopped by here with no appointment. They were very helpful. Especially the owner. Superior customer service. The mechanic was fast and efficient. Helped us get back on the road in no time. Gave me alot of feedback and info about what I needed to handle on her car.... Comfortable waiting area. Just watched college basketball since it was Saturday. Nice people. Thanks Global.

Great customer service, and they repaired my vehicle in a fairly quick manner. They replaced engine coils, and all of my spark plugs. They also replaced my rotar and brakes. Very efficient and timely service to my vehicle, I would recommend them to anyone. This shop saved me. I was very frustrated with my car problems after taking it 2 shops that could figure it out. I even considered selling the car. But I decided to try one last shop.
