Great company! Installed signs and removed an abandoned vehicle from our business in just a few hours. As a local business owner, I appreciate prompt service, which is becoming harder to find. Getting Hooked is my go to towing company and comes highly recommended!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR RESPOND TO VOICEMAIL MESSAGES.Update: 1 week later and still no one picks up. Goes straight to voicemail and no response. So much for your rebuttal to my review. What a shame. I was hoping I could trust your closing remarks.They towed our vehicle at someone else s request (even though we had permission, but I digress) but they will not answer the phone (we have called multiple times a day for the past several weeks) nor do they check their voicemails because my husband has left NUMEROUS messages and NO ONE has returned our phone calls! If we were able to go down there ourselves to retrieve our property or get a response from our phone messages to get the information we need, there wouldn t be an issue but we are out of the state and they refuse to cooperate so our hands are completely tied.Very shady, be careful with this company. What a shame they can just steal people s vehicles and then resell them through auctions without answering their own company phones. Shameful.

My Tesla got out of charge and I couldn t even open the door.This guy came in and push the Tesla inside the garage and opened the emergency charger so I can charge my Tesla.Professional job !!!! Thank you.

We needed a generator loaded from the ground to our rental truck. They met us there within a half an hour! Very prompt and professional. They picked it up with their tow truck and we were in and out in 20 minutes! You can't go wrong calling this company!

Great customer service. Let me know they may not me able to get to me for 4 days and they made it happen the next day. Ran into some issues regarding the height of the garage and he adapted while staying calm, cool and collected. Very reasonably priced, genuine people and overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

Professional company with professional owners and employees. Very fair prices which never overshadow pleasing or helping out a customer. Nice and new equipment. Centrally located in Naples, and away from the industrial parks which usually leave your vehicles dusty and dirty. This place does not have that issue being so close to downtown. With the equipment, location, and personalities this company has, I won't use anyone else for my needs.

Owners are definitely experienced and we'll knowledged on the proper care of vehicles and safety of both clients and vehicles. They are capable of anything from a recovery to simply hauling a classic car. I personally wouldn't trust anyone more with such responsibility other than this company. Customer service is second to none.

We had a Suburban that had a dead battery at 11:30 PM the Monday before Christmas Eve and after numerous attempts trying to jump start the car we had no luck. So we called Get Hooked Towing and Zee came out to help. He arrived quickly and was very professional. He gave great advice which saved us $100.00 s of dollars and even came to install the battery early the next morning on Christmas Eve. What a great company and a wonderful family owned Naples business. I would highly recommend them for your needs!Dan Schneider

I found a piece of heavy equipment placed on a client s driveway. After trying to contact the owner we had the equipment towed by On the Hook Towing. From my first call to the office to removal was less than 45 minutes. The office staff was very courteous as was the two drivers that were on scene. Thank you for handling this strange job for me.

Highly recommend- Extremely quick, efficient and honest service! After changing my flat with my spare (which also resulted to being flat) Getting Hooked had my car towed to mechanic within 35 mins from initial call! Thank you!

Quick service! Had a flat tire off I-75 and the driver pulled up, took out a Snap On impact gun and had my spare tire on in a minute! Our family trip to Disney was still on time with no delays. Thanks guys for your fast service I would rate then 10 stars if I could!

Called bc my gf locked us out of our vehicle and also our house, as the house keys and car keys were attached. We called every company in town and they wouldn t come out. Getting hooked answered, they were super friendly, met us in maybe 10 minutes from the time we called, got our door open and we are in our house thank god!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

These guys were prompt and professional and helped me out when I needed it. Driver arrived very prompt and was super helpful. I highly recommend these guys if you re in Naples and need a tow. Rate was also very reasonable.

I called Getting hooked towing during the crazy aftermath of Irma. I was broke down and I had both of my Little s with me. She arrived quickly, waited till we had a ride because we were in the heat of the summer, and then towed our vehicle to the shop. She was so helpful at such a crazy time for us! Thank you Cherri!

One of the best towing companies I dealt with here in Naples FL . They answer the call no matter what time of day it is. Tow truck drivers are unseen heroes and are always there when you need them. Zoran is one of the nicest drivers I use to deal with one a daily business. Because my company use them to tow cars. And there are always there when you call. Keep up the great work guys

Nice clean truck and friendly staff. My car broke down on 951 in the middle of 5 o clock rush hour. They showed up within 15 minutes and we were off to my mechanics shop. Really great service !! A++

Getting hooked towing was amazing I have Geico roadside service and they were able to secure getting hooked towing to come late in the evening to help with my battery! Zoran exhibited exceptional customer service and went over and above any expectation and any tow company I ve ever used! my battery needed washers and Zoran went to the O Reillys auto store to go get them to achieve the right fit for my battery connection and took the time and patience with the battery ...and my car started! Iam so thankful and grateful to have been blessed to have Getting Hooked as the Geico towing service to come help me this evening! I give them a five star rating as they went over and beyond with exceptional customer service! I hope AAA and Geico use them for each and every time anyone needs roadside service!
