My experience at Germain Honda was very positive. I liked Patricia Rodriguez, our sales person, immediately. She was very kind , soft spoken, patient and a good listener. I also met with her manager (Marvin I believe) who was also very professional and accommodating. He encouraged us to take the car to lunch when we got hungry. The business manager Luis was also very patient and thorough. I never felt undue pressure which is very important to me and makes the car buying experience better than expected.

The best dealership experience we have ever experienced! We traveled from Miami to Naples to purchase a Mini Cooper at Germain Honda. Immediately from the beginning, John Kolek guided us through every step and was very helpful. We couldn t have had the quickest process without John Kolek. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! Thank you!

The service and dealership was nice and hospitable. The problem when driving the car, I realized it needed an alignment as the steering wheel was off and you could feel it while driving. They stated it would fix itself which was wrong. After wanting for documents, they stated later it did in fact need one. Yet, they only realigned the steering wheel but did not fix the actual problem of the car swaying side to side. They did offer to pay for another realignment if in a week the problem was not solved. I just didn't appreciate the fact they tried to write it off when we work on our cars ourselves all the time. Other that the communication with Ozzy was great and we worked all of it out by email and phone as we lived 6 hours away. Which made it easy just to come in already knowing what to expect. Receptionist at the front was wonderful with my son making sure he had stuff to color as it can be tedious for children to be there! I got my dream jeep grand Cherokee at the end of the day, so beside that hump, I am very happy with my vehicle.

Trying to find the right car for my daughter had been stressful and more of a hassle than I anticipated. My daughter and I had been looking for a car for sometime. We had looked at several dealerships in the Fort Myers and Naples area, all who had tons of hidden fees and add-ons to their purchase price, upwards of 6 thousand in add-ons! We met with Emma Brosseau at Germain Honda and she was amazing at helping us find the perfect car for my daughter! No hidden fees! She really helped the whole process go smoothly and quickly! I would definitely recommend Emma Brosseau and Germain Honda. No stress, no hassle, happy mom, happy daughter!

I went to Germain Honda of Naples on March 9th just to search around for a new car. Going in I was not really expecting to walk out with a car, I am not the best when it comes to big decisions like a new car and I was hesitant with previous experiences at other dealerships, but when I was there I was welcomed at all levels and the staff made my time there easier. Antoinette was the one who helped me while I was there. She was upfront and knowledgeable on every question I had and made my time there enjoyfull. In the end I drove away with the 2024 Honda Civic Sport. Antoinette hands down changed my experience on buying a car. She made sure that I found the car I wanted and didn't push me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. I truly recommend this place to anyone who might want to buy or lease a car there. And if you get Antoinette to help you, I know you would be in good hands with her.

One of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had! I m in West Palm Beach and needed a car the next day. They sent me all the videos and photos I asked for, and a full Carfax report. They didn t play games with the price..they sent me a buyers order in minutes. The next morning, John drove the car over to my house. Amazing service! Strongly, recommend!

Landon has been absolutely awesome to work with as a service advisor. Our 2018 Accord had head gasket issues. Glad to have someone that actually knows what they are talking about and has people skills as that s very hard to come by in 2023.. I recommend Germain reward Landon as finding good employees are very difficult. Not with Pizza Give the man a raise..

Bought our second Honda from Morgan. Everyone is so nice. We live in Fort Myers and would rather drive to Honda of Naples than deal with both Fort Myers Honda lots. If you are looking for a Honda and want a great experience then this is the place.

Never thought I'd set foot at another Germain dealer after our bad experience with Germain Toyota, but we've heard good things about Germain Honda so decided to visit after lunch a few days ago to see a specific vehicle I saw online. We wound up taking a similar vehicle home that same day. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated like any car customer should be treated. The nice lady at the front desk assigned us to a very professional client advisor, Trent Dixon, to show us the vehicle at the parking lot. He was very pleasant to talk to and only provided us what we needed to make our own decisions. We appreciated that he wasn't pushy and made us comfortable the whole time. And we specially appreciate the price offered. My wife was so impressed with Trent that she stopped me from pushing the price lower. Mona handled the close for us. She was also very professional. Everything was completed fairly quickly, quicker than any other purchases we've done in the past. I'm grateful that our experience was positive and that Germain has made significant changes to customer service. Now looking forward to their service department hoping that we'd have the same experience.

They changed my oil 1-15-24 and never installed The Oil Cap Back, and made a mess of my engine bay. Spoke to the head of the Service Department, he said he would take care of it and order me a new hood l�nea. It's been a month, and not a Word? Had a great experience with Logan Clark as my service advisor! Professional, knowledgeable, and above all has the best interest of the customer! I need tires coming up here in the next 8-10k miles (not quite ready to make the purchase though) and told him that I knew my tires probably wouldn t get a gold star on the inspection and that I wanted to wait on those and I love that Logan did not try to push a tire sale that day! He validated that I was right about the tires and told me we could do those at a future date! Will definitely request him for my next service AND tire purchase appointment! Thank you Logan for your integrity and amazing customer service! I highly recommend seeing Logan Clark for all your service needs!

Terrible experience here. Spent a lot of time speaking with a sales associate trying to potentially purchase a vehicle, just for them to try to tack on thousands of dollars in fees. I m a car salesman at a Mercedes-Benz dealership and we don t even have fees as exorbitant as Germain Honda. Shop elsewhere. Smaller or Family owned dealerships are your best bet for less hidden fees, Corporate dealerships are not.

Germain Honda dealership is a step above most dealerships. The clean Professional and warm Welcoming atmosphere makes you wanna come back. My sales person Antoinette Pace made our purchase So smooth and efficient that we came back and purchased a second car. I highly recommend the dealership and my sales person

After working with Patricia Diaz, my sales person, for 1 & 1/2 days on purchasing a vehicle we agreed on a price and I was sent the purchase agreement and credit card deposit form. I sent this in the moment I received it. It was accepted and I thought I had purchased the vehicle. Several hours later, a manager called to tell me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. Patricia did not have the decency to call herself.Obviously not a professional operation and not trustworthy.

EDIT TO MY REVIEW 10/3/23 One year after making my purchase on this new car straight from the factory, my teenage daughter almost died when her steering wheel was compromised as it spun around like the wheel of fortune. One tap and the wheel was spinning. How does this happen to a brand new car still within the warranty mileage? If I could upload videos on these review I would. Service department does NOT stand by their safe cars. They want to sell you garage and charge you an arm and leg with their service team to fix a DEFECTIVE CAR! Service department had the nerve to tell me to report this to my insurance! Garage! Would NOT RECOMMEND!We started the car shopping journey and landed at Germain Honda! I purchased from Germain Toyota and had a great experience so I figured why not try Germain Honda. Apparently there s a shortage in new vehicles and cost of used cars are practically the same as new so we decided on buying new. I can t really explain our sales reps demeanor but my husband and friend did not like it. The word could be brash but I wanted to complete the process with him anyway. In the end, we had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered from factory to dealer. We hoped that we d get the car by Christmas but that was not happening considering the current market. Needless to say, we love our car and the service from Germain Honda! The process was a little bumpy in the beginning but it wasn t the dealers fault that there were literally no available cars on lot and most cars in transit were already sold and accounted for. I would definitely recommend Germain Honda over Ft Myers Honda any day! The price mark up at Ft Myers was over $10k for the SAME YEAR MAKE MODEL AND SPECS!!!

If you are looking to buy a new or used car in Naples, Florida look no further than Germain. What a great car dealership, honest, good communication and above all treating customers with respect and concern. I purchase my car here on 1/2024 and Melvin and Anthony who are managers there could not have been nicer to me. Thank you Germain for the great buying experience, I LOVE MY CAR !

Drove from the Florida panhandle to Naples to purchase a car. My salesman Morgan Savage attention to detail along with his commitment to wasting zero time in having all documents ready upon my arrival after a 7 hour drive was amazing. His meticulous attention to detail ensured my purchase was exactly as described over the phone and my vehicle was detailed and ready to roll !
