GREAT QUALITY WORK. they have worked on 2 of my vehicles and both times i have been extremely satisfied. the 1st time i paid out of pocket and it was a fair price . the second time was through the insurance, and altho the insurance took forever to approve everything the people at the shop were really friendly and willing to work with me. 100% would recommend.

Beautiful work done on my car. Really amazing. What talent the people in this shop have. Their pricing is extremely reasonable too. I wouldn t choose a different place to for a dents, scratches, etc. Very nice people as well. Here is a video of my car before and a photo after their work. Amazing!!

Probably the most helpful body repair shop I have ever been to. They had good reviews so I decided to try them. Much better experience than I expected.

Great experience! They finished my car 3 days early. Stayed late so I could pick it up after work. Straightened out my licence plate which was mangled from being rear ended. Washed the car and greeted me with a smile. Quality of work is 2nd to none, pricing is comparable to other repair shops in the area and communication was great. They went the extra mile and I will go back for any future repairs needed. Well done Cars-Medics!

Better than I had anticipated! Pattie and her team were friendly and reliable to work with. I got a quote quickly and it was accurate. Didn't run into the problem of getting a quote, and then bringing the car in and finding out it will cost much more. Plus, they did quality work! You can't even tell that the car was ever damaged! Definitely recommend not only for quality, but for having the best price when I shopped around!

Cars Medics is the best! I got into a fender bender and they were so helpful from the very beginning. Pattie is so kind, caring, and truly wants you to have the best experience possible. She helped me so much dealing with the insurance company (which we all know is the worst part.) My car looks fantastic and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Mike and his crew at Carsmetics are true professionals who take pride in every aspect of their work. They made my mangled from end of my bmw look brand new with no sign of any body work whatsoever. 3 fabulous experiences! I can not say enough great stuff about this place. First, my caddie. Fixed to perfection! Second, my friends older car was damaged by a landscaper and the repair job was excellent. Third, my elderly neighbor needed a new bumper and the work, the service and everything was perfect. I ve had cars fixed up north but never with such professionalism, punctuality and premier (reasonable) service!

Unfortunately, I have had to become a frequent visitor to the Cars Medics location, on Pine Ridge Road in Naples. My teen age son has had four collisions in a 12 month period. Each time that I brought the vehicle in for repairs, I received prompt attention, credible estimates, perfect coordination with the insurance company, quality workmanship and a fair price. The work was performed to my satisfaction and on time. Although I have been a repeat customer (too many times) and I liked my experience working with the company, I just wish my repeat visits would be for something that I like to do.

The Manager Mike was very professional and his auto body shop was meticulous!.. Clean as a whistle. He took the time to give me a quote for the impending work. Went over how many day it would take and why..his price was impressive..very pleasurable

My car got hit in a Naples parking lot. The driver of the car that hit me took off without leaving any information. I got three estimates. CARS -MEDICS was the lowest estimate I got. I was a little concerned about the low estimate. I then checked them out with my insurance agent. He told me their prices were very reasonable and the quality of their work is superb. He was right. I picked the car up today and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was also excellent. Thank you CARS-MEDICS!!

My husband and I have had several minor paint jobs done for our cars at Carsmetics. They have always done an excellent job, and we've recommended Carsmetics to several of our friends. I can't comment on major repairs, though - luckily have not had any need for that service!

I was in a collision that left a lot of rear end damage. I was completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the quality of customer service I experienced at Carsmetics. They also did a great job coordinating everything with the insurance company. I highly recommend!

The dent repair is good. Originally the finish seemed a bit off but after a day or so seemed to look better.Update! Several months later I traded truck in. The area that was refinished still looked repainted. The owner did offer to redo it but I had cold feet after the results I got.

This is a wonderful place to getbody work done. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A good turn around time on getting your car back after service. Mike is super friendly and helpful. I recommend highly.

Cars Medics did an unbelievable paint job on my Dodge Challanger. The color matches perfectly, and the car looks like new again. The costumer service was second to none and the overall experience was easy and pain free. I would recommend Cars Medics as their work is outstanding.

Brendon is the guy you want to see. I had someone dent and scratch my Prius door with a shopping cart. I was quoted an insane price by two other local places. Brendon explained the simplicity of the repair process, quoted me a fair price, and delivered the vehicle on time. I will be referring him and Cars Medics to others. My car looks like new again.
