Fantastic price and honest people!I had my Porsche oil change done, and I only have good to say.No wonder they've been around for over 60 years; they are doing clean business. Old fashioned Mom and Pop service. It's a family owned business that has been in business in Naples for many years. The service is alwayscourteous and the prices are fair. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car. The owner runs an honest business.

Very friendly staff. This station has been in the family for decades. We have done business with them for years.I want to add an update. I was in Naples late Feb 2023 and was in a pinch. We were there for my mom's funeral and had to return to South Carolina early the next week. Even though Vince had a large number of vehicles to be serviced, they were able to attend to our car. Thanks again!

Where else can you go and SAVE $1,200!?! vs. a dealership. Vinnie and Enza go way above and beyond when it comes to providing great customer service at reasonable prices! The team at Frank's Pure are super friendly, very reliable, and expert mechanics. We highly recommend this hidden gem in Naples to anyone in need of auto or golf cart mainenance and repair! As an added bonus, Frank's Pure is one of the only places where you can get full service gas. All the staff here are so friendly and hard working. Whenever I have my cars worked on they go above and beyond to make sure that everything gets attention to detail!!!! I have never had to bring it back in after being serviced. These people serve with integrity and can be trusted!

This company protects its employees before it protects its customers. An employee was bluregerent, loud, cursing, and has no business working. He should be fired, and the owners should be ashamed they allow their employees to represent their business. I advise no one to go here until this owner knows how to hire works working for them and the customer.Service: Oil change

Charged me $200 for analyzing the problem and then Quoted to fixed $800 plus $200 Total $1000. Called Germain Dealer Toyota they replaced for $450 plus tax. Price included all parts Thanks to Google search what is the average cost to replace fuel injector in your area on Toyota SUV, 6 cylinder. Unless you absolutely desperate they will fixed and charge to their standarts. They never returned my call why the quote was so high.

I will begin this review by sharing that my nana has had her car serviced here since 2002, 14 years of loyalty.It was in GOOD condition, but there was an intolerable squealing coming from underneath the hood. My grandparents took it to Frank's, and the mechanics there told them "that s just condensation," CONDENSATION.I understand you may ask "why didn't your grandparents get a second opinion," or "isn't it obvious that if condensation were the cause, everyone's car would be squealing considering Florida is at a 90% humidity rate?"These are great questions, but to a pair of 60 year olds that lived in a time when mechanics were HONEST, and REASONABLY priced (because parts were still being manufactured in the U.S.), they believed what they were told, and the problem would magically solve itself.Moving forward, I had been driving my nana out on errands (grocery store, doctor's visits), one day I pressed too hard on the turn signal lever, and it snapped in half, dangling by the electrical threads - still functioning, but unable to pass safety inspection.As Frank's was the trusted mechanic, I was told to take it there to figure out the repair cost... They quoted me $300 for parts + labor.Claiming that the part needed to be "special ordered" from Mitsubishi, and labor was extensive due to removal of the steering column."Let me tell you, after having broken the window-wiping lever (lever on the opposite side of the turn signal lever), the repair takes 45 mins, requires a screwdriver, and parts are available at ANY AutoZone store for $40.By the way, Frank's, there is an AutoZone about 12 mins down the road from your establishment!Skipping ahead, I drove the car from FL to UT, knowing very well that this persistent squealing could NOT be condensation considering Utah is at %1 humidity. Eventually, my boyfriend (an engineering technician), informed me that not only was it NOT condensation, but the result of a heavily worn down accessory belt, which if not replaced would snap, ensuing a myriad of much more serious issues.This is because my vehicle has an INTERFERENCE motor (which essentially means if the belt snaps, it sets off a chain reaction causing the pistons to hit the intake/exhaust valves and breaking the engine), which any real mechanic would know can be a hefty repair.The only reasonable conclusion I can make as to why Frank's did not inform my grandparents that the squeal was the accessory belt needing replacement instead of CONDENSATION is because they where waiting for the inevitable. When the accessory belt snaps, both accessory belts (one for the A/C + power steering, and other for the alternator), the timing belt, balancing shaft belt, water pump, and the engine column seal would all need replacing.So, instead of quoting an approximate $250 to replace the accessory belts that were the cause, they were looking to gain $2,800 on the likelihood that the very weak belt would snap, and that their loyal customer would come back to Frank's to have it repaired.My recommendation to ANYONE needing anything short of an engine rebuild is the following:FIRST: Search the internet - AutoZone provides a "Part Finder" search for every year, make, and model of car to find you the part that you need for over half the price that this place will try to scam you on.SECOND: Get a second, and third opinion. Just as if you were seeking medical advice, a trip to the mechanic can cost just as much as an ER visit, so be wise and find the most reasonable cost + labor you can find.THIRD: Avoid this skeezy auto shop, as they are looking to extort the largest sum of money as possible from those who are not mechanically informed.And lets be honest, Naples is a RESORT town, with TONS of money, most of that money belonging to age 60+ if you don't think that this place is trying to rob you blind just because they can, then you are being played a fool.There are good mechanics still out there, seek them out, and bring your business there.

Made a Liar out of Me !! I sent my friend to Franks Pure to have a battery replaced in his 2012 Mercedes 350GLK wagon . I told him they seem like a honest shop and they said they could do it that day . However kept it overnite no problem. Went to pick up the next day, my friend was shocked when presented with a $500.00 Invoice for a simple battery replacement . Oh ! Franks claimed they had to remove the rear seats that was false ! They had to clear all the codes from the computer, that was false . I'm not a mechanic but the internet is very helpful so I researched my friends car found out only one battery and its under the hood . Franks told us the primary battery was under the seat LIE ! Also the there are no codes to be reset on this model .I called Mercedes dealer just to confirm my findings , and also found out the cost of the battery itself was only $97.00 ! WOW talk about ripped off $$$I GUESS THE LESSON LEARNED HERE IS TO SHOP AROUND !!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FRANKS TO ANYONE !
