Just picked up my new Kubota mower/tractor this morning. Great service with the entire team but especially Corwin gets 5 stars. Great guy to work with. Helped me choose the right product to accommodate my need. Exceptional communication.

The worst experience in equipment I had so far, I bought this equipment and we barely use it and has been broken in the shop for 4 months with engine problems that they never resolve, I got it back and it lasted one month back to the shop again they never give me a loaner I have to pay for the one I rented, and have to keep paying for the equipment that I can t use, long story short is broken again with the same problem for the 3rd time don t buy this garbage

Despite what some people have said to me prior to my first visit I have had nothing but 5 star customer service. Keep in mind at this point I have only dealt with the guys in parts. They have gone out of their way to help me find parts for my 30 year old Kubota. Most parts are still available. Based on my experience thus far I would consider purchasing a new machine here when the time comes .

Florida Coast Equipment has always been great to work with and Jesus has been very helpful with every purchase we have made, recently with an excavator, we started the process and had it delivered by him within a couple of days, we look forward to continue working with them and Jesus as our rep in the future.

I just wanted to let you guys know this was the best experience I ve ever had. They did a great job and Jesus Sanchez did it all for me. All I did was sign the some documents online. I didn t have to move a muscle during this process. Thank you brother for all the help. You are the best.

The BEST place to buy equipment! My husband and I have purchased most of our home equipment from Florida Coast (Lawnmower, all lawn tools, etc). Out most recent purchase was a Kubota U35 Excavator and Erich was the absolute best!!! He was excellent at explaining all details of the machine, took his time in answering all our questions and even checked in on us after we received our excavator. He's trustworthy, knowledgeable, organized and extremely good at his job! If you are in the market for any equipment, you must purchase from Florida Coast and ask for Erich, he's the best in the business - you will not be disappointed!!

Sales Rep Jesus was amazing to deal with. Jesus was true to his word, kept us in the loop and found us a machine in central Florida. Jesus made the arrangements and allowed us to go up and grab it once done. The entire purchase and pickup process was painless. If you are looking for your next heavy equipment I can't recommend Jesus S. enough! He helped throughout the whole process, and made sure I was still happy after I came home with it! When I needed to sell my first machine, and buy my next machine he made the process very hassle and headache free. 10/10 will come back to Florida Coast Equipment just to work with Jesus S.!!

Had an awesome sales experience with Jesus Sanchez, he was kind courteous and knowledgeable of my new Kubota lawnmower. They delivered to my house and he later stopped by to give me a demo and do's and don'ts of my new machine. It was a fantastic sales experience and Jesus is definitely an asset to Florida Coast Equipment.

I would highly recommend Florida Coast Equipment if your shopping for a tractor or attachment needs. The entire staff was great and made you feel like part of the Kubota family. Jim Spano was my salesman and he made the whole tractor buying process smooth from start to finish.

Just bought a mid sized excavator from them and I have no complaints what so ever! Jesus Sanchez kept me updated on the arrival of the machine. When it was time for pick up they re supply of diesel ran out. They insisted on driving to the gas station to fill it up. Florida coastal equipment and they re team are great and thanks again to Jesus for making it all so easy.

Great customer service in parts and sales. Recently had to get some replacement parts for an SVL65-2 and it was a quick and easy process. The staff quickly found the part numbers, had them in stock, and I was back on my way in no time.

We have 26 Kabota and we have gotten all of them from them with zero complaints. Great company to do business with. Chris and Doug in the parts department are phenomenal they always do their best to get us taken care of as fast as possible. i would recommend Florida Coast Equipment to anyone in need of a great kubota dealer.

I recently purchased a Kubota Slv 95 2S with the help of Jesus Sanchez, the Sales manager. My experience was beyond my expectations because as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by all employees there. It was relatively easy to get in and out with the machine I needed. At the end of the sale Jesus Sanchez was also kind enough to help me load up my Kubota onto my trailer.

Florida Coast Equipment is simply awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about equipment needed for specified projects. They are patient and really put the customer first, truly the best rental experience I have ever had. Michael G. (Rental Coordinator) took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know. He was easy to get a hold of, and really took pride and dignity in making sure the customer was not only satisfied but expectations were exceeded! Thank you Michael for actually caring about what you do and what amazing company you represent. They are lucky to have a young gentleman like you. FCE is the way to go if you need rental equipment in SWFL!

Go to Michelle for all your kubota needs! Me and my husband recently bought a used Kubota svl 95 from Florida Coast Equipment. After a few weeks one of our tracks blew out and needed replacement. I didn t realize both sides also needed new sprockets so with the help of Michelle we were able to replace both tracks and sprockets with little effort. Michelle s customer service was impeccable. I was in and out with my Kubota within 1 day. Love how friendly and understanding everyone is.

Just purchased a new zero turn mower from Florida coast equipment had a fantastic buying experience! Jim Spano and Kevin Edling were both fantastic Jim was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for pricing was very fair. Communication was great, super fast turnaround talked to Jim on the afternoon of 10/5/20 Jim an Kevin had the team at Florida coast get the mower assembled and ready to go by Friday 10/9/20 was delivered at my house by 1:45 pm with a full tank of gas none the less!Again the buying process couldn t have been easier look forward to buying more equipment from Florida coast equipment in the future!

If I could give them zero stars I would. These people are a rip-off. Took my 2 year old (runs but rough) Echo grass trimmer in for a tune-up and was presented with a $282.13 bill /$150 in labor telling me I can go down to Home Depot and buy a brand new trimmer for $150.They would not let me have my trimmer back without paying $37.50 for doing absolutely nothing. I almost walked away letting them keep it where I suspect they would turn around and put a couple of dollars into it and sell it for a clear profit. I called Echo cust. serv. complaining and they agreed the $150 for labor was outrageous and questioned the parts mark-up. Echo makes a good product but don't look for service from Florida Coast Equipment>>>just a rip-off.

Florida coast equipment is the go to store for all your kubota needs. The parts department in naples is by far more then helpful when I go into get a part for our rtvx900s. The service department is very kind and curdious when we need something worked one. If you're looking for a kubota dealership that you will like doing business with they are the one.

Florida Coast Equipment if FANTASTIC. They are great to deal with from beginning to the end. Dane Vachon, Territory Manager makes buying either New or Used hassle free and Kristen Weatherington in Service Support is great to work with for any service needs. I would highly recommend Florida Coast Equipment.

I have a 1984 Kubota B6200 that still runs like a sewing machine. Recently, the mower deck driveshaft needed a serious overhaul. With service writers like Michelle, managers like Frank and parts gurus like Doug, you'll never go without something you need. They treat you right from start to finish and get you back to work ASAP. This is the only place I will go for what I need.Thanks again guys!

I m the Fleet Manager for OnSpot Dermatology. When we had a problem with one of our mobile labs generators, we thought we were out of business for a few days as no one could get it repaired right away. Mike at Florida Coast Equipment stopped what he was doing and worked all day on our generator saving us thousands in lost revenue. Back up and running the next day. Thank you Mike and Fl. Parts department is good. servicing has much to be desired. Took a motor there to be fixed it took 4 different times there to stop the diesel from getting into the oil. Only to create a new problem of blowing turbos. Had to take to someplace else. Inwhich I was told that something was causing it to lose pressure and would cost about the price of a reman. To fix,after already putting that into it at the first place,which they told me at first that it wouldnt cost that much. Then to top it off they send me another bill for work that I had already paid them for. Stay away from this place for service. Get your parts there take them somewhere else to work on

Friendly people. This guys at Naples know what they are doing. I had an issue with a light tower and they helped me with parts and knowledge to resolve problem.I definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up
