We brought our Tesla Model X here to do our two front windows and windshield and they were exceptional! Damon was quick to respond and another team member was very helpful when our driver s seat window had a little chipping. They helped with no problem and asked us to come back right away. Just had my windows tinted here today on my new vehicle. We called yesterday, Damien got us right in first thing this morning on a Saturday and was calling us that it was done before noon!Excellent service, and I m even more happy with the quality and care of the install of the tint!Highly recommend, we take all of our vehicles here and will continue to!Services: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Worked over text to get more info and talk pricing/schedule appt. Dropped off at 830, already had a car inside getting worked on. Mine was ready by noon. Good offerings and options, really good prices. Came highly recommended and so far very pleased.

They charged me 150 to install an after market radio which is absolutely over priced but I agreed to pay the amount. Then they left all of the wires coming from the car to the previous radio uncovered and bare. I mentioned this to them and the owner said they don't use connectors or cover wires. Poor work done!!! In my opinion wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.And if I were anyone else I wouldn't give them my buisness.

Great job tinting my windows in July. I just had a Ford150 decal put at the bottom of my doors today by Eclipse. Eclipse tinting put on my hood decal today 3-2-22

Their work has always been excellent. I've had two vehicles that have had the windows tinted by Eclipse Window Tenting. There are no issues with quality of work. The only issue is parking. Small parking area and they are very busy which speaks to their quality of work. Well pleased doing business with them.

TLDR: Eclipse as a business = good people, Flex Film product and warranty is lack luster.Overall, their quality used to be great and they were very flexible with getting people scheduled short notice. I personally have had 6 vehicles tinted with them over the last 6 years. However, the last vehicle that was tinted a year and half ago was a little different. This time they handed me a Flex Film pamphlet and said hold on to this for your warranty. I didn't pay any thought to it and put it in the glove box with everything else (this is my fault, I should have actually read it). Fast forward to today, I notice one of my windows has developed numerous bubbles and wrinkling in the tint. I bring it by Eclipse and they ask for the warranty paperwork....well turns out, if you did not complete the bottom portion of the warranty paper work and mail it in within 30 days, you are pretty much stuck. Overall, they are a nice family owned business however, I am not sure if they changed material that maybe a little more prone to bubbling, or if I just had a bad batch. In the past, I had minor warranty issues and it used to be fixed with no questions asked. Now, I will be stuck paying to replace the tint on a product that boasted a "lifetime" warranty.This is not meant to bash Eclipse tinting, just want to make sure if you choose to use a company that installs Flex Film products don't forget to send your warranty card in. As it appears the material is prone to failure.Service: Vehicle window tinting

After giving 5 stars based on previous work they did for me ( 5 vehicles in 4 months period, this would be my sixth) I have to give them 1 start because the tint they applied to my windshield was defective, I called 20 minutes after I left their building and they gave me an appointment for a week later to fix it, which I did, I did take the car in a week later and today ( 6 days after they replaced the defective tint for the 2nd time ) I noticed this tint has more imperfections/scratches than the previous one. I already texted their number and I'm waiting for a response. I will gladly give 5 stars once they fix this issue. Update : I spoke with the owner and they will either replace the tint or refund my money. My review has nothing to do with their quality work ( the issue here is the film itself ). 2ND UPDATE:**** they said they were going to call me once they received a better quality tint ( that was supposed to be a week after I spoke with the owner ), it has been almost two months and they never called. I will never use them again or refer anyone else****

Had my 2019 Colorado Tinted at Eclipse in Naples today. When I picked it up I was very pleased of how well of a job they did on it! Looks very sharp and they even re-attached my gate access sensor in the windshield aligned neatly. Very professional and easy to work with! Great quality work for the price! Love it!

Eclipse window tinting just completed their 3rd job for me and did another fantastic job. Their service is amazing. I called them at around noon today, they came and picked up my truck at around 1pm and by 5pm they had it back in my driveway and the tint looked absolutely amazing. As long as Eclipse is in business I won't even bother looking to go anywhere for my car audio or tinting needs. It is both refreshing and rare to find a company that actually does exactly what they say they are going to do and do it when they say they are going to do it. Thanks again Eclipse and see you next time.

Great people, quality product, very friendly service, and reasonable prices! It's a family owned and run business and they really take great care of all their clients. They helped me twice: first time when I had to redo my wife's car that was poorly done by another tint company. Second time, they have installed carbon tint on my new car. Great job both times! And they also offer installation on your house windows. You will feel the difference in your room temperature immediately! I highly recommend Eclipse to anyone.P.s. friendly reminder to anyone who is thinking about going TOO dark on your car tint, be aware that if you get pulled over for dark tint, and if it's indeed below what is legally allowed, the fines are $115 PER WINDOW. And yes, cops DO watch out for that here in Collier County. So make your choices of tint wisely. Be safe! :)

Brought my car to these people for window tinting and long story short, they did a very good job with my car. I did ask them to re-do the tint on my back window - not because they did anything wrong, but because the tint I originally asked for was darker than I realized. Even with pulling off their previous tint and putting new tint on, it still turned out fine. So overall, no complaints!

Happy with the job. Surprised and disappointed that they offer and even encourage illegally dark tints (15% all around) for Florida, making your car a ticket magnet. Law enforcement calls overly dark windows probable cause, Their ethics are questionable.

Eclipse did a great job on my car; replaced tint on a window that was done 6 years prior by another installer, which had started to bubble. Will update this after it has settled for a week if anything changes, but I doubt that it will because it looks amazing!The only reason that they didn't get five stars is because they left an absolute mess in my vehicle after it had just been detailed. My advice would be to get a shop vac, and clean your customers' cars after you remove and install new tint in their vehicles (even if that means that you raise your prices a little bit to cover the labor of doing it). Not a huge deal, but it's the little things like that that set businesses apart from their competitors.Will call them again the next time I need work done!

I had my windows tinted a while back and they were fast and top notch . Most recently I had a new audio system installed in my truck. Robert gave me what I asked for and his installer was phenomenal. I would recommend this place for car audio or tint anytime! Definitely happy with the quality of workmanship and glad a place like this is still around.

Worst experience ever. I had to go back twice to get my windows fixed. After the second time I still had bubbles on one of the windows. I reached out to try and get a refund. No one called me and they stopped responding to my texts. Very unprofessionalService: Window tintingService: Window tinting

Chose this place based off reviews, and they did not disappoint. I went with ceramic film and honestly I wouldn t recommend anything else. The difference between the performance of ceramic vs Carbon film is huge. Hardly any heat gets through. The company installed everything quickly and perfectly. Not to mention it comes with a life time warranty! I highly recommend this company and their product. Spend the extra money guys, it s well worth it.
