Best place I ve ever dealt with! Brady,Liza,Matt and Mike are simply the best! I would rate them 10 stars if I could. Fast friendly service. Always a pleasant experience. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks you guys!

2nd year in a row I just pulled in for an oil change. They did the job quickly and didnt upsell very hard. Charges were on the high side; a 15% increases over last year.Several weeks later I went to get a nail removed from a tire. 4 hours and $50 later they called to have me pick up car. Took it home to find that nail still there. They did nothing. Fraud or incompetence?

Since arriving at this shop the attitude of the worker was heavy. Nonetheless I know we all have our bad days, so I proceeded to go ahead and get the oil change request. I was the first in the shop and continued to ask how long and how much the oil change and tire rotation would be. He said it was $180; another walk in customer walked in and immediately their car was attended. Besides me being the first customer in the shop. I showed him a discount I had and asked him about that; the first response was I dont know about that, do you want to take your car I responded that I was only asking; but die to his bad attitude I will in fact take my car. He gave no chance to even look or inquire; just disregarded anything I had to say. Horrible service. Stay away from this place.

Great company to deal with front counter gentleman was excellent on price and time needed. I recommend this establishment to many of my friends that spend the winter in Marco Island and all were very pleased. Keep up the good work

Excellent service and friendly people! I had to return to make sure a special socket for locking lug nuts was in the car after they had trouble locating it the day before (wasn't where I thought it should have been). Tech had returned it exactly where he found it - which was probably placed there erroneously by a previous technician. All's good and socket has been returned to its rightful place in the car.

Quick and fast service, brought my truck in for a transmission and diff service. Dropped off in the morning, by lunch time it was ready for pickup. Easy in and out, competitive pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks Mike and Elian for taking good care of my truck, I ll definitely be a returning customer!

Everyone was great! And a doughnut while I wait! Only thing kept me from giving 5 stars, is that I was 1st appt of the day, and was waiting there for an 1 & 20 min. Overall good price, they didn t try to over sell anything. Will keep going back.

We just paid Collier Goodyear South nearly $800 for an oil and filter change, two replacement compartment filters, front brakes and rotors, and a four tire rotation. Upon departing their service facility, we immediately knew something wasn't right with a concerning noise coming from the rear of our car. After pulling the car over, I discovered that three of the five lug nuts on the rear passenger side tire were very loose, so loose that I could turn them with my bare fingers! Very scary and a high risk to our safety. We were not happy campers. We returned to their facility and, while they were shocked to discover that their technician had not tightened three lug nuts, they checked and re-tightened all of the lug nuts on all of the tires, but no discount was offered, even though we found ourselves in harm's way.

Mike took to great care of me. Had to order a tire, and then he notified me as soon as it arrived to come for immediate installation. Would highly recommend this business for tire or other auto service.

First time ever servicing my car outside the dealer for the past 12 years. Took my car to Goodyear Monday morning because I live 3 blocks away, ask specifically if all the parts were available & was told yes & the car would be ready by Monday afternoon. Well, it s now Wednesday morning & I m still being told some parts are still not yet available. My conclusion, the representative lied to me for business & I will never do business there again!! Lesson learned: stick to the dealer, at least I would guarantee a loaner to still commute back & fort!!I got a call from a very angry Good Year representative that my car was ready. I really got a piece of his tongue l. He said I need to be a little nicer on the internet! He would drop it off but I m a liar & need to come pick up my car!! I thought reviews were customers option base on their experience with the company & the quality service rendered. Now I ll definitely stay away ..

By far the worse experience my husband and I have ever had changing our tires. This place is a nightmare! We will never be coming back!! We had a jeep wrangler wanting to replace the two back tires. My husband stressed to them to please match the same tires and thread as the front two tires. (We had the spare and back rear with different treads on the tires and wanted all 5 the same). Service guy with horrible attitude asked him to verify the exact model when he was there and my husband said Im not sure the number of the tire but I want them to match the front two the new tires said wrangler on the side and my husband thought they were the same and picked me up from work. I then saw the different threads and we called right away. I was told jeeps are to have different treads on the back than the front . They had put two off-roading tires in the back Which I never heard of before and the same man responded so rude saying so you re an expert? And when I begged him to please give us what we asked for that we are willing to bring the car back he said we had to bring it back on his schedule and we had to bring it at noon the next day because if not the tires would have been ridden too long. Didn t allow us to bring it first thing in the morning either I explained how I am a nurse, my husband is EMS and our schedules won t allow to take it at noon and we were available now (2 hours before closing) and I further explained that I am pregnant and want a smoother ride, not off-roading tires he responded by saying we all have problems . I was in such shock i just said my pregnancy is not a problem, how could you be this way? I just hung up and started crying. We spent $800 for two tires we never wanted and the car is riding so much worse. NEVER going back trust me go somewhere else where you get your moneys worth and proper service

From initial reception to completed job, the service was great! No appointment but they got me right in. Matt kept me informed the whole way - vehicle runs great!! Friendly, courteous, informative and professional!

Good service on a high end BMW650i. Battery and tire replacement. Battery s are tricky on this car so error codes and presence needed. Special battery from BMW needed. Customer service gave me a ride home when wait time exceeded 90 minutes.

The team did a great job on my 2000 Ford Explorer. I had a number of maintenance jobs done. Even my check engine light is now fixed, which never seemed to go away before. I am enjoying driving my old car again!

Fantastic service! Brought my car to kia twice and left both times with the same unresolved and undiagnosed issue. Finally gave goodyear a call and they not only fit me in, but diagnosed and fixed my car within 2 hours. Reasonable prices and friendly mechanics. 10/10 experience with Brady!

I walked in to get synthetic oil change for my car. Front desk told me it would be $250 very high price. I asked about checking my air filters. Gentleman continued to discourage me from doing so so it would cost a lot of money.I walked out went down the street got my synthetic oil changed and my air filters checked for $140 I will never go backPlease take into consideration reading this review that they never worked on my car.I did go to your facility. Just as I said I did and the gym at the front desk said what I said he said. No doubt.

The friendliest staff I have dealt with in a long time! Would absolutely come back. They could have taken hundreds of dollars from me and they didn t. They make you think they have your best intentions in mind. 10/10.

Matt was my service manager and he was friendly and professional. Had oil change, tire rotation and fluid top-off. I was there in the early afternoon and in and out of there in 45 minutes. With the high season coming, best to get maintenance done now!!!!

The service was good but $56 to put a new air valve in a spare tire that I walked into the store that took 5 minutes was outrageous. $4 for hazardous waste disposal. Really .50 to throw it in the garage. I ll never use Goodyear services again!!!

I had a low tire and had to take a customer to the airport in 35 minutes and the employees got me in and out in 25 minutes. Great job!
