Hired them to repair a tire on my small boat trailer. Looking online I believed it would cost 125-175 dollars. They charged me $528.12!This was for a small trailer tire. The price was outrageous. I would never use their service again.

Fast, polite and great service! You cannot be without AC in your car in FL! The owner made sure everything was fixed perfectly and quickly so my drive home from work was cool and comfortable! Same service is practically unheard of in these parts! I was a little afraid to drive my car after losing my brakes. Click and Klak was recommended to me so I gave it a try. He came to me an hour or two after the original call, was friendly, gave me a fair price, and fixed the problem. It was nice not having to either sit at a garage or waiting at home all day without a car for the repair to be done. Plan to use this company in the future.Service: Brakes

B Took great care of my car by changing my headlight in a parking lot, for no charge even! I had no idea what I was doing, so he definitely was the hero of my day! Will be using them when I need repair work done on my car. Thank you again!

B (the owner) is a very charismatic, energetic and overall a great guy! I have been to his shop a couple of times in the past, as I visit Naples. He is a first rate mechanic with all the right equipment to both diagnose and repair your vehicle. Past experiences have been very good. This time however, ALL the work was performed by his "helper", an older gentleman.Here is my latest experience.......1. 8 Spark plugs (material only) for my 1979 Cougar $111.84 plus tax (not installed).2. Open my locked door (passenger side) $100.983. I asked to connect my (electric) choke and set same.The "helper"set the choke (as I requested) AND (on his own) re-adjusted my carburetor which was fine before he "adjusted it".I got 19.55 gal/mile to Florida. On my way home (after the adjustment) I got 14.65 gal/mile !!!!!! The engine "dieseled" quite a few times when shutting off after he adjusted it.When I picked up my car (after hours, after pre-paying) I drove the car around the block and brought it back because it was mis firing.B resolved it. It turned out to be a plug wire knocked off by his "helper".I would recommend this shop only if "B" works on your car!Vern Rainville

Got a flat tire while working in Naples. Tore had a metal chard and air was just gushing out of it. I googled Mobile Tire North Naples and this place came up. Bee the technician told me he would be here within the hour and he made it!! Service was prompt and they do all kinds of mobile repair. They service Ft Myers,Lehigh, and Naples

Went in with a working vehicle needed motor mount changed. Came out with a cracked block, owner does not stand by his work. A differnt mechanic looked at work performed and said they didnt put right bolts back in the right holes, worst experience in a shop I have ever had.

Most people know how difficult it is to find a good honest mechanic. I can say that Click N'Klack are both. Great work with reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
