I definitely do not recommend. There is very bad workmanship. He is a very rude person. I told them to build my car, but they also scratched the solid parts. The paint he uses is different tones. When I say these, all he says is normally this fee, I do it cheap. Never take your car there for even the smallest repair.I dont say lie. Kia Optima, door, hood, fender. Maybe you can remember Sir.

Sold us a car with a bad ABS pump, bad EPS system, misdone electrical, and what appear to be flood lines. We paid full KBB value for the car, when it should've had at least $2k knocked off for the damaged body and parts. The car's braking system had us broken down on the side of the road within a month and $1.5k had to be spent in repairs to even have it running. Mechanics found a tire sensor that had been put on backwards and the steering wheel locked up after a certain mileage, electrical needed to be redone. Timing belt frayed and nearly snapped on the road a few months later. A month after that, the clutch slave cylinder gave out and it wouldnt switch gears. So far, towing and repairs has been over $3,500. All within LESS THAN A YEAR of owning the car.Upon close inspection, the hood also seems slightly misaligned and a different color than the body, so the clean paperwork is B.S. Combined with electrical issues, we're almost certain this was a flood car. Never purchase from these people, theyre bringing salvage level cars to the bare minimum and preying on desparate buyers. Not an honest business, should be legally condemned.

Unprofessional. I asked if I can get my plates in 1 week after getting my car because I was going on a trip soon, and they said it's gonna be ready in that one week. Then, I had to leave Naples in one week without my plates, because they were not ready. Also, whenever I was calling to check on them, they were rude to me like it was my fault because it was not ready on time. Just don't say you can do something if you can't or you are not sure about it, that's legit and more professional.

I bought my car at this dealer, and the financing was with them, the car was sold to me damaged with old tires and they never wanted to answer me for the guarantee, the financing quote is not the same value and everything they promised me was not they complied, in addition, dealing with clients is different when you are not a client, because after any claim, Mr. Carlos is a rude, daring and non-compliant person and does not respond to calls. do not buy cars or get your vehicles fixed at this dealer

What a excellent small business ! From the moment I entered the building until I left I felt completely welcomed and appreciated! Joselyne is a so kind and understanding and Carlos is funny and caring ! I never thought buying a car could be so easy !!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone if they want a new car!!

If be careful buying a car from these people. Yes, I was duped and thats on me. However a mechanic that truly stands by his work wouldn't have let me drive off that lot with my babies KNOWING it was going to have problems. As far as being a good mechanic I can't really say much because I've only bought a used car but knowing the issues it has and the mistakes that were left under the hood I'd be very very careful.

Bought a car for my daughter as a surprise graduation gift here. Week later car wouldn t drive (car had been parked until we gifted to her.) called Carlos told me to bring it in, Then told me it was the transmission That I would have to pay 1,200 for transmission. I literally had just bought the car a week. I had it towed to Carlos, So he says he put a good transmission in and wants me to pay 1,200. Told him that wasn t right he was charging us, went to go get my cat told me I wasn t leaving with my car, until we paid. we called the cops explained what happen, left with the car. Same problem started happening AGAIN! So I took it to Hyundai Come to find out transmission was no good! Now I have to pay 3500. Carlos just straight scammed us.TO CARLOS RESPOND: THE CAR IS AN AUTOMATIC!!!!!! SHE DROVE OTHER CARS AND NO PROBLEMS!!!!! WHAT HYUNDAI FOUND IS THAT THE TRANSMISSION YOU REPLACED IT WITH WAS SO DIRTY!!! THATS FROM HYUNDAI. YOU ARE A SCAMMMMMM.

Carlos ripped me off. I live out of town. He took advantage of my trust when I was in personal crisis and stranded because of a major car breakdown. Then, he failed to return a personal possession of mine as he promised five different times. I even gave him money to cover the cost of shipping the item and to reimburse him for his time. He kept that, too.

Le page a este omber 12000 mil dolares por una pac�fica del 2017 I le pregunte si le serv�a el aire acondicionado I dijo que si servia miente mucho el tipo este esa van que nos vendio con un monton de problemas I toda via me cobra 300 dolares de la placa pero vueno el carma existe el que escupe para arribe le cai en la cara se un poco mas onesto con la jente amigo no tada la gente es tolerable
