Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Responsive, and consistent texts updating me on the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was done sooner than estimated. Body work was done well. My rim was reconditioned so well you would never know it was scratched it looked brand new. I would most definitely use Caliber again if I ever needed to.

This was my first time using caliber collision They have a very professional staff Carlos was the person I was working with kept me informed on updates of the vehicle repair process. My truck was done a day sooner than they had told me the work was done perfect I could not even tell my truck was an accident, great job thank you Carlos and I recommend this company to anyone who needs collision repair

Hit & Miss. They're busy enough to turn away work so no sense of urgency. First time I brought it there it went great and was happy with the repair of someone hitting the back passenger side door while it was parked. Three weeks later was in an accident where a driver rammed into the passenger side front quarter panel which pushed the driver side into the median. So three wheel rims repaired and the steering put back into it's cradle, no mechanical parts replaced which surprised me, and almost the entire front end cowling replaced. Now there's a thrumming vibration that wasn't there before and the headlights are occluded just a little by the shroud, enough to induce sharp shadows at the top of the beam. they had it two days shy of two months.

I would truly recommend caliber collision to anybody who needs a repair to their car. They're excellent. And they will keep you informed on the progress of the repair. Which I think is a good thing so if you need your car repair I recommend caliber collision.

Had a painless experience here. Received constant communication on what was happening and what steps were being taken throughout the entire process. Car looks amazing and they even took care of some of my paint scratches (unrelated to the accident)! Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing staff and amazing work completed. They kept me informed almost daily on the status of my car and helped me deal with my insurance company when I had an issue. They even took care of contacting my rental car company so I could leave the rental at the shop. Best collision center around hands down!!

Update: Thanks to Hurricane Ian it s been necessary for me to use Caliber again!As with my previous repair the service provided by this shop has been excellent. They communicate thoroughly throughout the entire process and also returned my vehicle sooner than expected. You would never know there was any damage to my vehicle, it looks brand new.Highly professional shop! I received a thorough explanation of the estimate for damage as well as the repair process. They did a wonderful job with the repair/paint, you would never know that there was any damage to the vehicle. Excellent staff, treated me with respect, kept me updated and informed on the process.Would definitely recommend, great shop to do business with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sadly got rear ended and let me tell you- JACKIE is the BEST associate. She took care of my car perfectly, she consistently communicated with me and kept me in the loop-she was so honest. I can't stress how amazing she was. Even with kinks that occurred with the part vendors I was still always aware. When I received my vehicle back, it was clean as can be and the work was done impeccably my new bumper was perfectly installed at first sight and the painting was perfect at first sight. I wish a review could. Give Jackie a raise because she really really deserves one. If you are her boss please consider giving her a raise she is an incredible asset to your location. Also I'd like to mention the front office staff I believe Ashley was who I spoke to most was incredibly kind and always was helpful. Seriously so happy with my experience at this Calibar Collision location on Airport in Naples.Service: Painting

One of the WORST places to bring your vehicle!! They have no idea what they are doing nor do they know how to order proper parts to a vehicle. My car was their for approximately 5 weeks in that time I continued to come back after each week for them to tell me my car was finished apon arriving it was terrible nothing was flush things were still popped out and the representatives were VERY RUDE. till this day my cat still has issues with the bumper not being flush and my sensors also do not work after taking my car their. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUNNING AWAY FROM THEMService: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and the body work was outstanding. I was kept updated via text messages and periodic phone calls during the whole process. Despite having trouble finding a part, my repair was completed earlier than promised. First time dealing with this stuffHad a bad experience with them the service guy who works with the insurance of the person who hit my wifeFeels more like he works for the insurance companyMiguel was his nameSo aggressive and absolutely not professional not sure if it was the age or cause the insurance is payingBut definitely do no recommend this placeWhen asked about a different person they said he is the only one who works with this insuranceThe car was there for so longThey gave it to me with one of the lights on the floorWhich I noticed right away and got fixed but we did have to waitThe paint on the trunk looks a little older than the paint where they worked onOn the other side you can take your car wherever else not where the insurance tells youThey charged close to 5k to the insurance for really not the best work or attitude I gotWhen I brought it up to the manager he apologizedBut still doesn't changed the experienceServices: Painting, Welding

I have never been so dissatisfied with service on a vehicle. Ian damaged my car and this shop did not do all the work required from estimate, did a terrible job on what they did attempt, and my car came back with additional damage! And to top it off, it s been a week and a half and still they have made no attempt to make it right. There are runs in the paint, dirt under the paint, ripples in the paint, didn t fix a dent in the roof, didn t replace the carpet, didn t shampoo all the seats, left my back seat covers half attached, and this was the back of the vehicle so tell me why the front of my car has additional paint damage, they broke my windshield, the window next to the one they replaced now won t roll down, the inside of the car smell like spoiled dirty water, there is bondo on the opposite side that had no damage. Just unbelievable. I would never recommend this place!Service: Body & Trim

Took vehicle in for repairs from minor fender bender. Upon picking up our vehicle:1. There are white specks all over the interior driver window (window is tinted). Shop claimed we shouldn't have tried to clean the specks (we attempted to clean a small section) and refused to take responsibility or liability. Window now needs to be re-tinted.2. Battery was drained and had to be replaced. Shop indicated "this happens all the time; just put it on a charger."3. Vehicle was returned with scratches on rear passenger quarter panel that were not there prior to vehicle going in for service.We will not be using this facility again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a car accident and the other driver was at fault causing a good amount of damage. This body shop was a pleasure to work with during this very stressful time. They updated me often thru out the process of fixing my car. As well as they had my car done in a timely manner. The car looks amazing like it was never in an accident. They were booked out but the girls at the front desk were nice enough to tell me exactly what to do to speed up the process to get my car in faster. If I ever need another body shop I will go to them hands down. Worth the wait and time! Thanks again for all your hard work!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
