Day or night, rain or shine, swamped, stuck, jammed, wedged, toppled turned over or even tangled! What ever be your emergency you can rest assured that Tim Baker will come to your rescue.I have seen these guys orchestrate a few jobs that left me astounded! They have righted tipped over rigs, disentangled vehicles from wreckage and all while being SAFE and professional. When you are experiencing an emergency, I will tell you that you can trust Baker s towing with your belongings and care. Tim has always made sure that when we call we get the best service and professionalism through many many years of service to the Naples and surrounding areas. Baker s is the only name I think of when I think towing and wrecker service. Did I mention that he keeps his pricing fair and will do everything that he can if a tow is avoidable and safe.

Had them tow a car to a dealership for me today. Prompt, professional and the driver did an excellent job making sure the car was treated with care. Would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again for any future towing needs.

Mr. Tim Baker is the most professional driver in the tow truck industry. He has the cleanest, most well equipped tow truck I have ever seen. So there I was, stranded in the middle of pine ridge road during rush hour, I had traffic backed up from 75 all the way to 41 and that s when Mr. Tim Baker and his All American Tow Truck appeared and drowned out all the honking horns with just his mere presence. Well I ll tell you all now, boys and girls, legend has it Mr. Tim Baker can tow just about anything anywhere, so give him a call and don t waste your time with anyone else, save all that noise for the birds.

We had to unload a Golf Cart and an ATV from a truck. Turbo arrived with the flat bed and our stuff was down in a second.Punctual, pleasant, price value and professional. People often overlook the power of consistency. Tim and his crew deliver consistent quality service. They properly comunicate and if they tell you they are going to do something they always deliver. Consistent times. The drivers are extremely polite and they treat your vehicle with care and reapect.

I can say enough about how great Baker s Towing is! I ve use them as my go to guys when we need something done and here s the difference.They have transported cars for our dealership multiple times and I have been along the ride.They pick up the phone in the truck as soon as it rings and figure out how to service there customers on the spot and get it done!

Baker towing will be my forever go-to tow company to call. I have had AAA for years and got so fed up with how long I would have to wait for them. I called Baker towing recently and someone was to my vehicle in less than 15 minutes and helped me with an issue I have had for almost 5 years with my car. Both myself and other family members have used Baker s Towing for over 15 years. Mr. Baker always shows up promptly, treats my vehicle like it s his personal vehicle, and has me to my destination in what seems to be a blink of the eye. I often recommend them to people on Facebook looking for a reliable tow company. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We had our vehicle today at a local dealership in Naples and needed it towed out of the dealership because we couldn t commit to the service price they gave us. We had called the dealership before letting them know we were picking up the vehicle and their sales associate was not happy about it. He made us wait and claimed the vehicle was on a lift and was taken apart and that it would take a while for them to put it together to get it off the lift. The service guy made it sound like it was going to take hours. THANK GOODNESS VINNIE came! He was able to find the car in their lot, NOT in the condition the service guy mentioned, took him probably 5 minutes to get it on the tow truck, and was able to tow to its destination. He was such a nice guy and went above and beyond for me and my little sister. He took the time and made sure my little sister & I weren t being messed with. I couldn t express enough gratitude to VINNIE and The Bakers Towing Company. They truly are the best tow company local to Naples. Thank You so much.Service: Local hauling

I wish I could give 10 or 100 stars to Tim the owner of Baker's Towing!!! He was honest about our boat trailer needs and a found us a solution that cost nothing! I believe what he did was rare and amazing, because he did it all over the phone! No charge, just honest quality relationship building and advice that worked! He could have really financially taken advantage of us, because we were between a rock and a hard spot and at our whits end, BUT HE DIDN'T! I really believe it never crossed his mind! I would recommend him to anyone and I will spread his name out all over town are reliable and honest! THANK YOU TIM!!

Baker s Towing is the best tow company in Collier County. My car broke down on I-75 and Tim Baker had one of his drivers come pick me up within 10-15 minutes. They re very professional, quick, and reliable. Don t waste your time calling anyone else.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Wow! Tim was awesome! Showed up in under three minutes and did everything he could to try to avoid having to tow me. My car was stalled at an intersection and he tried to charge the battery. When we couldn t get it started, he assisted me in choosing the right battery and took me to the right place. He was friendly and professional the entire time. Good, family owned business that s been in Naples since the early 80 s. I would highly recommend.

After dealing with a company who hadn't even processed our request for a tow after 5 hours, I called over to Bakers towing. Tim was so professional and courteous. He gave me a price and time and stayed true to his word! What a nice guy too! We are so please with such great service! I am impressed with the service of Bakers Towing. I had to call them twice this past week for 2 different vehicles.. (I know, right?) So I can make a double assessment & verify the standard remains above the norm . Chris Turbo was delightful, professional prompt. He bedded my suv with no drama and I am grateful.. the following day I had to bed another suv from S Ft Myers back to Naples & that driver also arrived promptly and gave my daughter huge relief as she just became a new mum in November. I don t know who did that pick up but thank you for the same service I experienced. I would highly recommend this company for any needs you may have. I wasn t disappointed & Bakers is the only company I would use. I was even more reassured when my mechanic told me he has known the owner since they were about 5 years old.. Thank you thank you thank you for taking a heap of stress off me last week. You guys rock!

I requested quotes online or by email from several Naples towing facilities for an exotic car restoration project to be moved by flatbed (the car does not run). Tim was the first to get back to me, and ended up being the lowest quote as well. But the service provided was better than I've had with previous tows. 5 stars for being responsive with the quote, on-time for the appointment, reasonably priced, and high quality. Thank you!

If you are looking for a really decent, trustworthy towing service, call Tim at Bakers Towing. I was so impressed by them last night. My boss was stranded on his way to Naples--a LONG way off--and AAA was not able to send help. It was already evening when he called me to find him a tow truck that would be willing to tow him all the way to Naples. Tim had a tow truck dispatched to him before I even got off the phone with him. All I can say is that Tim saved the day and made me a hero, too. It couldn't have been a better outcome. Thank you Bakers Towing.
