Andre Rodriquez went above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer from out of town that was in a situation less than ideal. He was kind and personable and very resourceful!! No one else could find it he found it and then helped with additional things on top of that. Thank you Again Andre. Your kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten.auto zones lucky to have you!!

Last night on 3/18/24 I went to this store to get a headlight I am no mechanic but I am HIGHLY INTELLIGENT. I asked the young man if he can help me he said no we are closing. Wow I asked a older gentleman that was outside last night talking with a the store clerk if he can help he said yes and I gave him a couple of dollars. Some help these guys were.

Eduardo helped me out when I thought I couldn t get anyone to help. Discount Auto told me they couldn t replace my battery because of the air vent and how it was positioned it would be difficult to replace battery. Called AutoZone and spoke with Eduardo and he said he could replace my battery it would be no problem. And he did. He had the battery waiting for me. I purchased it and he quickly replaced it. Thought it would take at least 15 minutes to replace and it took him maybe 5 minutes and he was done. Don t think I ll ever go back to a Discount Auto again! Thank you Eduardo.

This AutoZone is awesome. Lee is amazing! Kind and knowledgeable, super helpful. The store manager i believe his name was Andres, was incredibly attentive too and answered all of our questions. Auto Zone never let's you down! Thank you Lee P. for your wonderful customer service!

I want to share my experience with two great managers of this store, I went to the store looking for an Alternator, luckily Lee and Andres were there to assist me. They got to help me find the alternator that better fit my car, they also recommend me to change the belt and get some supplies that will help me to get my job completed. I Could've done it without these two great gentleman's help. Thank you for always offering your costumers the best assistance and dedication.

Went to the store yesterday, pretty clean store and pretty friendly team. Guy named Abraham took care of me he was pretty friendly and got me what I was looking for a pretty good price. Thank you keep up the good work!

My husband came into the store a few days ago to start with both handicapp spots was being used to load car parts by an white male employee the second spot was being used to get a new battery installed for a younger women who was standing there talking to someone. My husband has a valid sticker to park in handicap. After my husband was in store he asked a man behind the counter if he had a bolt to match what he needed. The employee answer was and pointed over there.is a chart you can match the size and find what you need. This employee was Not busy. After 10 min of looking and employees hanging out behind counter he paid and left. Got home and to big. He went to Ace Hard Ware there they got him what he needed. Husband told me to return everything and won't shop at auto zone anymore.Have respect for handicap parking its. It's not your working zone or loading zone.Help your shoppers if they need help bottom line they sign your paycheck. Auto Zone is not the only car part store in Naples.

I had the best customer service experience with A gentleman named Andres Rodriguez. I needed a jump to get there and asked him if he could test my battery for me, he did and it was no good as expected. He swapped it out out for us and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes all with a smile on and a demeanor that truly screamed that he enjoyed his job and helping people!!! Topnotch service and I highly recommend.

Great customer service!I stopped by today to get a new battery for my car key. A young man helped me and even changed it for me. Very happy!!Came back today thinking that I had the wrong wiper washer. Wendy confirmed the number that I needed and even installed them for me in less than 5 minutes. Always happy with the customer service at this store.

Refused to help me with my battery with charging / removal / and more. I would ve been more than happy to remove it myself , I kindly asked if they could test my car and help me remove my battery because I thought it was dying and I have no clue how to remove a battery. And they handed me a wrench and called it a day. I tried to watch YouTube videos in the parking lot for 20 minutes and went back inside to ask for help please I just needed it tested. And there were two cashiers in the front and the other workers were not to be found while their front had people also upset and waiting. Just kind of annoying and disrespectful , it s your job . Be kind to your customers , we all have to do it. Have some compassion .

This place has become one of my favorite place to visit apart from Walmart. The manager Andres is exceptional in so many ways. I enjoy all the help he has offered me in the past 2 years I've been coming here. I would say he goes above and beyond his ordinary duties as the store manager just to ensure I have the correct items needed.

Was on the search for parts for a F-450 XLT Super Duty 4x4 wrecker.The manger Andres, that was leaving shift stepped up to help me, found the parts I needed in short order. He was nice, polite and professional.TY Andres

Worst customer service ever. I was sent to this location from another location to pick up a windshield wiper for my back window. When I got there I was told that they could not put it on but the other location is the one that took it off and was willing to put it on, but they did not have it in stock so I then had to drive back to the other location to have it put back on. I spoke with the manager and he lied n said that they do not put those on. Between the Manager and the employee they were rude and had the worst customer service that I ve ever came in contact with. I do not recommend this location for anyone. You will definitely not be treated with human respect.And i can always thank the Vanderbilt location for always being so pleasant kind patient helpful and was willing to help and go to any links to help like always.
