We re from out of town and found the shop based on reviews. My husband knows a lot about cars, he said they could have tried to upsell me, but didn t. They fixed what was needed for a fair price. They were quick ( same day service) and professional. We could see them working on the car, so we re confident they did a good job. The office staff was also very polite.

Great team they sure do great work. The appointment was easy and follow up awesome. You can tell customer service is a priority. The value proposition of service, price and quality is excellent. The culture of the team is amazing; everyone is friendly and happy. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. All 4 people in the main office. You could tell how they dealt with me - and everyone else that was there or called. Stopped in to get exhaust leak checked. They couldn t fit me in (no appointment) but we made one for today. Showed up and they got me right in. They quoted a fair and honest price, did the work quickly and charged what they said they would. From Ohio and have a couple shops I trust there. But I knew no one down here. Got lucky I think finding them. I will be back for my car care needs.

Extraordinary experience. People are so pleasant and answer questions and do not take offense at questions on charges. They treat customers with respect and not simply as a source of revenue.ALSO, they provide transportation at no charge for even alignments. And their alignment report shows before and after stats. Highly recommend!

Moved existing (fairly new) tires from factory original rims (that were no longer true) to new rims, installed new TPMs, road force balanced, and mounted. My ride has never been so smooth. Excellent work. Very pleased with end result.Service: TiresService: Tires

Made an appointment for 8 am, my car got in on time and was out in about 45 minutes with a new custom exhaust system installed. To them. Great job!!!!! Would use them again.

I brought in 2 of my Ferraris for various service needs. Scheduling with Cristina was efficient and professional. The follow up with detail as to the work and the pick up date was via txt or phone call. The work done and the explanations by Dave spot on. I will be bringing my cars back for all service from now on! This is the place for exotic car service. Thanks Al for suggesting I use Autoworks.

I've always felt Cristina and the whole staff have been very honest and fair with pricing. Cristina has kept me updated through every step of assessment and repairs on multiple occasions and has always been low-pressure. You can tell they care more about offering an exceptional service rather than pushing sales. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for any automotive repair needs.

Auto works saved me from being in an accident. I took my car there for a quick oil change and rotate the tires. They inform me that i had a big problem, my tirebar was frozen and needed immediate service. They save me I highly recommend this company

I went in for a muffler delete on my 98 Z3 and was completely satisfied with every level of the business. Customer service scheduling an appointment was accommodating and communicative. The tech that was taking care of my car was very professional and informative on their recommendations for my exhaust system. I don t know much about welding and exhaust work but it came out looking quality and professional and it sounds great!! They also worked with me on the price a little which shows great customer service. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!Service: Exhaust

Had a very good experience at Auto Works. The management and staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Service was excellent and prices are fair. I did not feel any pressure for not needed service. I highly recommend Auto Works.

Ver good service and people. Aging 2011 Honda CRV from Ohio needed rusted exhaust replaced. They did a very good job. Would recommend!

They were very thorough and honest about what I needed to get my truck back on the road. Master cylinder replacement and not break pads like I thought. My truck was damaged in the flood last year and had salt water intrusion. Fair price and very quick to repair. Exceptional customer service. Exhaust leak on a northern car and I was waiting for the call saying I should do a complete exhaust . Nope, replace a flex pipe and weld on some new flanges. Tough to find people to repair things instead of replace things today. Great work and very fair price.

Outstanding Performance by the AutoWorks Team!!! Joe & Cristina were awesome from my initial inquiry until picking up my vehicle. They are polite, prompt and professional and excellent with communications. Most importantly they are highly competent with auto troubleshooting and repair. They also provide complimentary transportation so you don t need to stay with your car or have someone pick you up. Nice touch!I went to them after disappointing experiences at two different major auto repair chains to include misdiagnosis. So I want to pay it forward and recommend AutoWorks to you.I e been back several times since and received the same outstanding service from Christina and her team. They are highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable along with being polite and professional. They are very Dishonest and the owner is very Rude! I took my car in to replace the low beam bulb, owners daughter took care of me taking me out to my car to check what kind of bulb I needed to replace ! Ordered the bulb and told me to come back in about an hour they would have it. Cost $89.00Went back waited for 30 mins and owners daughter comes in to tell me that it's not the bulb, they would need to run diagnostic testing at $197 an hour to try and find out what the problem was? Then she asks me if I had a little fender bender? What? NO she then tells me they can start to check everything I. The morning and offers to give me a ride home? I say I need to go home and think about everything and and figure out how I'm going to pay for this now ? I will drive my car home and I will come back in the morning. Driving home I'm wondering why she ask me about a fender bender, it didn't make sense there were no marks on my car to indicate I might have hit something? So when I get home I pop the hood and look at my headlight and it is just sitting on whatever it is not fastened it is broken apart from where it was? It's just sitting inside the frame of the car not connected to anything!!!! They broke my entire headlight and NOW IM GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THing ! Of course when I go back and ask them the sinai everything saying it was like that, really I tell the daughter you know, as well as I know and God knows that my car was not like that when I brought it now that's when she calls her dad over and she says that's the way it came in. He said I didn't break that. I said you might not have broken it but somebody in your shop did that he said no I'm the one that looked at it? Said he points out the edges of the headlight seal that were broken and dry rotted because of it being in the sun and the rubber like everything dries out and if you touch it, it cracks and he says I suppose that's our fault too??? I said no course that I know what that is, but I'm telling you my headlight was connected. It was not loose and just sitting there it's not connected to anything right now they refuse to fix anything without me, paying even though they broke it, they would not admit that it was them. The daughter said she would question the staff she knows, we stood side-by-side as she checked that bulb and my headlight was intact!These people are thieves and liars. I cannot believe they run a business and continue to do this to other people people who don't know better thank God I never paid a penny for anything, and I'll take my car elsewhere to have to fix what they broke. I probably only needed the bulb, I'm sure it was some young kid who didn't know what he was doing and broke the headlight and then they had to come up with a story. That's why she wanted me to leave my car there so that I would never see what happened dishonest people please beware ! I will never ever take my vehicle there, and I will tell all my friends what!!!UPDATE :Wish I could give a 0 star for this place after taking my car to an HONEST place and them saying whom ever tried to fix the issue to replace a bulb ( THEY DID NOT HAVE TO REMOVE ANY PART OF HEADLIGHT HOUSING) but they obviously had No idea how to get to it they totally destroyed the entire headlight housing and now I need to replace that which will cost me $500 !!! All because of someone not knowing what they were doing, with no instruction , or anyone over seeing them destroyed my headlight!All they needed to do is say hey we are sorry and we will take care of OUR screw up but No they are too money hungry and greedy to admit to their wrongs !!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!! They are NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!

I make an appointment for a custom exhaust system to be placed at 9:30 am. I drove 35 minutes to get there on time. They told me is going to take about 2 hours and I decided to wait in their waiting room. The only problem I had with the service is, they start working on my car only at 10:30 and was not acceptable since my appointment was an hour earlier.Other than that, they did a great job with the exhaust, looks very good and I m very pleased with the results.Service: Exhaust
