I ve sold my 2019 Cayenne a while ago trough consignment. It took them just 10 days and service was reliable and fast!Last week I came back to get my X7 appraised. The young gentleman did a great job and called several other dealers to get the most out of my car. I was off the lot within 15min! I didn t sold my car because they offered 1.5k less (on a $40k vehicle) than another (big) dealer next door. Anyway, if you don t want to wait for ages and you want a fair market price with a straight forward and honest guy, this is the place!Would go there again!Great service!

I HATE buying a car. I mean I did until now. Jacob and Tim were awesome, honest, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business and will definitely do business with them again

Tried to sell my 1968 Mercedes 250SL privately for months with only a couple of calls. Have been enjoying the YouTube videos, Autohaus is dealing with high end cars like mine. Checked them out and everything sounded good and reliable so I asked if they d be interested in selling my car. After a few phone calls and pictures, Jacob agreed and he was very easy to work with, kept me up to date on any interest. To make a long story only a little longer, he managed to sell it in only a few weeks. Got a good price for it too. And kudos to Lisa the office manager. Great service and follow up from everybody at Autohaus of Naples. Would highly recommend them to anyone,

Jacob the salesman today after merely 5 minutes of being there, and driving from Miami: We don t do joyrides here We won t even take 500 off the list price Because I m in my 20s and from Miami I am unable to test drive a car strange and felt profiled. I couldve financed or paid cash but he never gave me a chance to really look at the car.Needless to say I am now at another dealership in Naples looking at a similar car with better service. Not what I expected.

Jacob & Tim were both easy to deal with. Not pushy and took the time to answer all my questions. We agreed on a deal for a car, but one small repair had to be made. Jacob called me to inform me they couldn't fix it before I had to leave the area. They tried to meet my deadline, but refunded my money as they didn't want me to have a vehicle that wasn't up to standard. In his words, "to part as friends".Great selection of unique vehicles. Recommend starting with them first if you're starting a car search.

I bought a white 2015 BMW 328i back in March . So far, so good. I don't have a whole lot to say other than Jay and the other gentleman, I can't remember his name, were very personable and the buying process was fast and hassle free. I financed through suncoast, so there really wasn't much for Jay to do. He gave me some additional money on my trade in, which was nice.My only complaint is that it didn't look like they bothered to clean the interior of the car whatsoever. I'm not going to give them less than five stars, but really I don't think there's any excuse for them to leave a car dirty like that. I found pieces of chicken McNugget etc. They have a detail department in the back and there's no reason that they shouldn't have made the vehicle look practically new. Ultimately, it reflects poorly on the salespeople and the dealership.

Autohaus of Naples is a great dealership in South Florida to buy or ship cars across the country and around the world. I watch their videos on YouTube every once in a while and they are great to watch. Peter Ofner is one of the best owner's at Autohaus of Naples. Best dealership in South Florida.

Recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner from Autohaus. Jay was the sales guy that helped me and I have to say the experience was fantastic. I am around 4 hours from the dealership and was a little apprehensive because the vehicle had higher mileage than usual. Jay assured me that the vehicle was perfect, but I used an outside inspection company anyway just to make sure. He was absolutely right. The report came back flawless, then Jay handled the paperwork as well as all the shipping. The truck was here earlier than expected and exceeded all expectations. I have been looking for this truck for around a year now and they helped me to finally make it happen. Thank you for all your help!

I just purchased a Chevy SSR from here. Jacob and Tim made it an enjoyable experience. They're direct, honest, and know their cars. Very efficient throughout the entire process. The inventory alone is worth the visit, but this was by far the smoothest transaction I've had with a dealership. If you're looking for something unique and appreciate above the bar sales service, I believe Autohaus of Naples is definitely worth a visit. Thank you again, guys.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Express Truck from Autohaus of Naples. Jay, the salesman that assisted me was excellent. From my first call inquiring about the vehicle through the purchase and delivery, he was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend doing business with these people. And by the way the truck is awesome!

Purchased a Maserati out of state. Jay was very friendly and honest with pricing, there are no gimmicks with pricing, they have videos of all the cars on youtube so there is no need to go back and forth with videos, they cleared all my doubts. The car was in an excellent condition as they told me before. Enjoyed driving it and thanks for a smooth transaction.Will definitely refer my friends here, and come back in future for more cars.

I will have to say for all my years of car shopping Autohaus made it pleasant and easy. Ryan was very helpful from start to finish and I will be calling him for my next car. Peter the owner knows his business and runs tight ship. Oh yeah we can't forget Tim the other sales person who was helpful.I love my new toy 2008 Toyota Solara SLE convertible. I would recommend this dealership to everyone all their cars were clean and top of the line.

Purchased a 1990 Porsche 944. One owner car. Everything was as expected, no surprises, nonsense, false promises, or hiccups. I was from out of town and Jay Witte coordinated inspections and services, etc. Just a pleasure to deal with them. Have stayed in touch with them since because they are such nice people. Fun fact: the owner often does YouTube videos about the cars for sale, including their history, and interesting tidbits. Enjoy!

I was in the market for a little convertible roadster, and over here in New Jersey finding one that is in excellent condition is almost impossible. I had always liked the YouTube videos that Autohaus uploads so I visited their website for a convertible and lucky me they had a low mileage 2003 BMW Z4 for sale! I called them up and spoke to Ryan and made the deal. He was very easy to talk to and was willing to spend time with me on the phone to answer all of my questions. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes, and the car was transported over to New Jersey.Two thumbs up! I would also like to give out of state buyers a few tips when buying a used car.1. When you are ready to buy, make sure you have your finances in order also, if the car is going to be transported- budget an addition $600 dollars for that.2. Don't be afraid to ask for more photos or even a video of something about the car. For example, if you are buying a Porsche 911 and are concerned if the tires need to be replaced, ask for more pictures of the tires and a receipt if they were recently replaced. New tires alone can run $2K on a Porsche.3. If you have a checklist of things that you want checked, then provide that for the seller. I bought a Jaguar once from Florida and when it arrived the passenger's seat did not recline back. Very expensive fix. How would the seller even know to check this? He might have a lot of cars on their lot and can't check every single function on them.If you follow the above suggestions, both you and the seller have a much better chance of setting realistic expectations. With that said, I am waiting for the spring so I do some topless driving.Whooo-hoooooo!

Being out of state I was not sure what to expect buying a vehicle on line. I have to say the folks at Auto Haus made the process feel seamless. Everything about the dealer and the process were beyond expectations. From the owner Damon, who sent a video of the vehicle with him driving made the day we spoke, to Jay my salesperson whom was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful not only in the purchasing of the truck but also the shipping of the vehicle, the whole transaction was as good of a car buying experience I ve had.Most importantly, the Jeep was as advertised and arrived in Ohio two days after purchase. I m extremely pleased with the vehicle and I would highly recommend Damon, Jay and Auto Haus without any reservation. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Buy with confidence from them. Soon after buying a car from them a mysterious oil leak happened. They towed my car to their shop 4 hours away, fixed it and delivered it back, free of charge. Try that to any other dealership. Thanks Jacob!

Great experience! Car was in perfect shape. Bought it over the phone. They even arranged shipping. My BMW 135i convertible got from Florida to Connecticut in about 2 days. No extra fees, they provide all of the paperwork. Will do business again!

Autohaus of Naples is an outstanding place to get a great car. I traded in my older 911 Carrera for a fair price, which allowed me to get my "Dream Car" a 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo. I was completely confident the car was mechanically sound as they have a full repair facility with highly trained technicians on-site. Car looks great and runs perfect! Thank you everyone.

The fastest and easiest car buying process I ve ever had thanks to Jay!After many times experience in buying a car in a big dealerships I was preparing myself for long paperwork and waiting, but Jay made everything so fast and simple that was great!All the cars are very clean and neat, managers listen to the client and take under consideration all their wishes. We ll definitely come back there!

Over the years I've purchased many cars at dealers, private sales, etc... I've had good experiences, average experiences and terrible experiences.Working with Jay at Autohaus was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I'm very particular and picky about my cars. The team at Autohaus is too. They only sell clean, well maintained vehicles with good service records.Buying a car can be a very unnecessarily stressful event. Well, not at Autohaus. Jay was very responsive, professional and real. There were no hidden fees or BS. He worked with me, answered all of my questions and addressed all of my requests. The next time I'm looking for a vehicle Jay and Autohaus will be the place I go! Thanks again Jay!

*Update*We decided to ship our Stingray back to our home state of Michigan and Jay and Sal were so helpful in coordinating this for us at no extra charge to the dealership (we paid the hauling company directly). I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and their customer service!My husband and I bought a beautiful 2018 Corvette Stingray from Sal in January 2023. He couldn't have been nicer and followed up with everything he promised. (Key fob and owner's manual replacement). I highly recommend Sal at Autohaus of Naples!
