Search for months looking for the perfect gift for my wife s birthday. Finally found it here, a quick phone call for an offer and we were off. Flew in from California, signed some paperwork and started our 2600 mile drive back. Great car, Great trip all made possible by great service from everyone at Naples!!! I'm truly saddened to write this review as a longtime Aston Martin enthusiast and customer. My relationship with this dealership has significantly soured over the past several months due to a severe issue that I believe could've been handled far better.The ordeal began around seven to eight months ago, when water seeped into the back seat of my Aston Martin, affecting the keyless go module. Upon bringing the car to the dealership for evaluation, I was quoted an eye-watering ~$85,000 to replace all the vehicle's wiring and was even suggested to abandon my beloved V12 dream car.Unable to accept the financial and emotional blow, I sought a second opinion. With the help of an independent expert, I was able to clean the connector and replace the module with a $20 substitute from an older Mercedes model (given Aston's practice of reusing older Mercedes parts). The car has since been running flawlessly.The predicament arose when I attempted to pair the module with my key fob. Due to Aston's VIN locking policy, only a dealership could accomplish this task. I approached them again, prepared to pay for their service, and agreed to their insistence on purchasing a new module from them. However, after a prolonged silence of six months, during which they claimed the part was out of stock, I found the part available after contacting Aston Martin North America directly.In the face of this disappointment, instead of receiving an apology, I was further let down by the dealership refusing to install the new module and program the software, citing 'liability concerns' due to previous water damage/title. This despite the fact that they had no qualms about charging $85,000 initially for a full rewiring. There is no liability from simply pairing a Key Fob to a module in what would take no more than 15 minutes- it is and sounds truly ridiculous. Especially considering the vehicle is full insured by the Insurance company.Sadly, there is no other Car shop that can perform this service, placing me in a difficult position with a six-figure vehicle that can't meet my expectations of an Aston Martin ownership experience. My family and I have been long-time customers, purchasing several vehicles from this dealership often above MSRP. We often accepted the premium pricing, believing it included outstanding communication and support. This incident, however, has shattered that illusion.I urge potential customers to think twice before choosing this dealership. It's not just about selling and buying vehicles; it's about ongoing support and respect for customers, which I regret to say I've not received here. Do not pay the premium here when you can save 5 and even 6 figures on the same vehicle elsewhere. Services included! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like to express my frustration and dissapointment with Aston Marton of Naples . Shortly after the purchase of my Aston DB11 the leather upholstery on the dashboard has seperated. After contacting the proper service department parties , my car was picked up and evaluated for over a month with zero communication as to the progress of this situation. I finally reached out to them to find our what was happening to be informed they could not repair the over 275k aston and advised it would be at least 8 months before they could handle repair. There were no apologies, no viable options offered to compensate the defectiveness of their product. It s appalling to be a client and be treated with such little regard to a high end vehicle that has been nothing more than a headache with no support to remedy this problem. It s unfortunate because I have always been a big fan of Aston Martin, this is my 3rd one, but now I am completely disappointed and cannot believe the kind of customer service I am receiving . The dealership is unresponsive and the supposedly high quality db 11 is not what it s cracked up to be JW, Sarasota Florida

Jennifer Mickey was my service advisor and she was amazing! She took great care of me and kept me informed during the entire process of ordering the required parts; to scheduling the car in for service. My car was completed and ready as promised and she had it delivered to my house when it was done. I can t be any more pleased with my experience.Rodney Falsetti

Extremely dishonest dealer . Sell new Aston Martin vehicule with scratches that are deep and documented by the transporter for out of state sale then refuse to pay for the repair that amounts a very large sum of money . Under no circumstances I would suggest that you do business with such a dishonest dealership .
