Quite disappointed with our experience. Curb rash repair on the individual wheels were fine. No problems with customer service, but there were multiple problems after pickup:The car has different sized wheels in the front and back. The car was returned to us with the wheels on incorrectly. Hopefully that does not cause damage to the suspension. The inside of the rims are now chewed up, and while trying to switch them back, the tech nearly damaged the brake rotor as well. Thankfully, we caught the mistakes right away. It is on the way to the shop to get checked out. They didn t even put the center caps back on. Just forgot the center caps, we literally had to ask for them back.Definitely will not be back.

Update... So I just picked my truck up again after taking it back to them for the second time to fix my wheels and they still don't look good. There is Orange Peel all over them and there's actual grits of sand in a few spots that I can feel. Also one of the nuts fell out that hold the center hub cap on. They are definitely shinier than the first time they did it but they are still not good enough. Pics belowWhat a joke this place is. I took my wheels here because Tire choice scratched them and told me to take it here. It looks like a 5yr old spray painted them. I would have just left them scratched versus the horrible job they did. I wasted three days waiting for this to get done now they want me to bring it back there so they can do it again. Very skeptical after the horrible job they did the first time. Maybe next time after I give you such a bad review you will do better. I spoke to some guy named Matt that told me he was the owner and he didn't have time to inspect the wheels before I got them today. Such a joke!!

They did a great job on a Hyundai palisade I brought in for gloss black rims. The rims look amazing and priced fair. Will definitely be back to redo the rims on my truck! Very friendly staff as well

They did an amazing job. Our car rim had deep scratches in it and now it looks brand new. He took his time and put alot of detail into it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and do service with Alloy Wheel Repair again in the future.

I noticed a mild curb rash on one aluminum rim of my 2018 Mustang GT I just bought used. Mike s guys fixed it while I waited. It looks perfect-brand new. I m amazed. They even used a torque wrench to put the wheel back on. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I had chatted with Nate about my bent rim and he said to come in and get a free estimate. He evaluated my rim and determined there was a good chance he could repair and got to work. It took about an hour and now my rim is almost good as new! When I drive there is no more shake and it seems to be back to normal. It was well worth the $130 to fix it. I endorse and recommend Nate and the staff to fix bent rims in SW Florida. Thank you! Hank

Very rude and un-informative customer service person answers the phone here. Lady by the name of Sandy or Sandra possibly. After my frustrating experience with them, found out that others charge 30% less and can get the job done faster as well. Find someone else, you ll be happier for a variety of reasons.

The girl who answers the phone is incompetent sent her pics of my wheels 5 times then emailed them and she blocked them. I guess they just don't want business ill go somewhere else!!! This place is horrible!!

Javier and Bob were great. They repaired one of my bent rims and then went out of their way to pick up another one from the repair shop that was also found to be bent. Great customer service! Thank you!
