This is my first review of anything ever. I worked with Anthony who is the General Manager. He went absolutely out of his way to get us parts when we needed them on a really quick basis. I will only use his store for all my automotive parts needs and be happy to do it as good people need to be rewarded for their stellar work. Anthony is the best.

Just bought new wipers for my car. Went with the Rain X Silicone premium was like 33 dollars for one but bought online Advanced Auto gave me 20% off plus i also used Ebates. Last night they offered 12% cash cash. Plus Advanced auto had a 15 dollar mail in rebate. You must look closely for the deals. Good job guy wipers was ready around 730am. It was nice waking up knowing my order was ready. Will use again. Pics are before and after

Called about batteries for Mercedes. yes batteries plural, primary and auxiliary. Repair shop wanted to charge me $900. Anthony and Boyd said no problem. Anthony had both batteries ready for me, and he replaced them for me. no problem. Thank you! Great ServiceDon

Went there to get my truck batteries checked out, usually whenever I go there is a woman manager their who is just so sweet and helpful.. today my friend took my truck there (around 5:30pm) to check the batteries and was greeted by a very rude short man with a big beard telling him that he was not going to look at the batteries, he wasn't going to help disconnect them which my friend said okay cool so he himself went and disconnected them and brought them in and the man said nope you need to go home take the batteries out and then bring them back.. I frequently use this store but this man has definitely left me with an unpleasant experience. Maybe a warning or a write up is necessary considering you could lose gooood business like that

I went in to buy some headlight bulbs, and gave them some attitude about the price, because it was twice what I saw on the website. Brought them home anyway, looked again, and realized that I was at fault, because I bought a higher-end lamp. Installed them, and they were great, but ANOTHER light was out as well. Went back with my tail between my legs, and they not only helped me with identifying the bulb (same type), but also showed me how to get to this second bulb to swap it out, as it wasn't easy to see. I hope this "mea culpa" review shows my appreciation!

Went there on a Sunday. 2/21/2020. 2 guys working. Waited in line 30 minutes and couldn t get checked out. One guy helping his friend look up stuff. The other guy just had too many people. Guy helping his friend had no interest in anything. Left stuff on the counter and walked out.

Disrespectful and rude staff, they never got what you are looking for, never acknowledge a customer when they are coming into the premises and they treat you like if you are getting stuff for free. Not sure who s hiring these employees but you definitely have to put an eye on it because your staff is running this Busisness to death.

I was helped by Danny at the Santa Barbara and radio shop he was super friendly, cut me a nice deal on a new battery and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes I'll be going to this store from now on

Trying to find out the decibels on the horns they have in Stock. Asked if they can look up the part in their computer and the younger guy said "oh I'm pretty sure they're loud" i said I'm not looking for your opinion especially since you've never heard each of these horns. Asked again if he could look it up since I have no cell service? He said "nah...check online" this is why his career is at advanced auto part as a clueless cashier with no knowledge of anything and no possible way to find out any useful information. Another tragic tale of wasted youth....

Needed a battery replaced. They did immediately and I was out of their parking lot in less than twenty minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

A good automotive store, just wish they would carry "Ford Orange " coolant in stock , the universal Zerex Gold is good but the Motorcraft orange is ideal
