I recently used Absolute Road Service for a simple repair on my camper, and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling quite disappointed. The issue at hand should have been a quick fix involving three bolts and a couple of wires, a task that I estimated would take around thirty minutes.However, after the fact, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $717 for the service. This amount seemed disproportionately high for the nature of the repair, and I felt taken aback by the unexpected cost.While I appreciate the convenience of the mobile repair service, I expected a more transparent and reasonable pricing structure, especially for what seemed like a straightforward task. Clear communication regarding the potential costs would have been appreciated upfront.I understand that businesses need to cover their expenses, but this experience has left me questioning the fairness of the charges. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback, and I recommend potential customers to discuss pricing thoroughly before agreeing to any services.Overall, I appreciate the effort to address the repair, but I would have preferred a more transparent and reasonable approach to the pricing.

I live and travel full time in my Wanderlodge motorhome. Getting service has been problematic until I found Mustafa at Absolute Road Service. Mustafa not only showed up quickly but even had the parts I needed onboard his mobile workshop. His prices are fair and his service and workmanship is outstanding. I purchased a boat in the area to tow back to my house in Orlando. Half way between Naples and Immokalee one of the bearings went bad at about 5pm on a Friday. I called Absolute Road Service and Mustafa said he could help but it would be some time since he was in Ft Myers. About 6:30 Mustafa showed up and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. The repair was very reasonably priced and Mustafa was chatty and professional. I would highly recommend Absolute Road Service! Thank you again Mustafa

Five stars for Mustafa! I really appreciated how quickly he came out to address the problem with my truck. Also, he found the parts that I needed, and drove in the opposite direction from my location to pick them up and did a great job fixing the problem. And the price he charged for his services was decent. Thanks again Mustafa!

I had a serpentine belt break on my Motorhome and fortunately I contacted the owner of Absolute by phone and within an hour he came and diagnosed the problem. Having to get parts ordered overnight he made the repairs on site. If you need honest, professional and knowledgeable assistance Absolute is definitely who you need to call. Thanks again for all your prompt and professional help in alleviating my dilemma.

If you are in the Fort Myers-Naples area and need a REAL MECHANIC, call ABSOLUTE ROAD SERVICE and talk to Mustafa. This man is a truely a REAL MECHANIC. We had a brake line blow on our motorhome and called a dozen or so mobile mechanics with not success. Lucky for us my wife called ABSOLUTE ROAD SERVICE and Mustafa came within 30 minutes. He worked the entire time to remove, build and replace the ruptured brake line. His work was great and I will happily recommend this man and company anytime. Got in a jam in naples. Brake chamber went bad. I found Absolute on truckdown, the owner was here in 25 mins and had me ready to roll in no time! The man is a pro. Our Class A RV broke down on the highway between Naples and Broward Florida. We called Good Sam's and they referred us to Absolute Road Service. The mechanic was able to repair our RV on site! He was clearly an expert at his craft. All the other companies we called were ill equipped to help us except for Absolute Road Service so I highly recommend them. Thanks Mo!

What a fantastic experience !! Mustafa is the best. Knowledgeable !!!! Fixed my 18 Tiffin Phaeton. Understood and cleared the codes for going on a vacation to the Keys.Highly recommend!!!
