Always friendly service and fair pricing. They are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Service techs always take time to explain the repairs or estimate. My most recent repair was unexpected damage to my dump valves and pipe. They were able to fix it in a timely manner so I could keep an upcoming camping reservation. Highly recommend the RV Guru team!

I m very disappointed with Rv GuruI had consigned my camper and trusted that they would be able to sell it for me. This camper was in excellent condition 2021 so Robert assured me it wouldn t be a problem to sell.It sat out front for 3 months without one counter offer. I even lowered the price thinking that was the issue. I decided I was just going to sell it myself. I asked for the listing sites and Betty gave me 2 sites on Craigslist .I was given a bill of $732 of that the advertisement fee was $225The trailer was dirty and full of bugs when I picked it upI listed the camper on Facebook marketplace and it sold 3 weeks later for the asking price!Even though Robert & Betty are nice people I just don t think they truly committed to selling your camperSave yourself the stress and just sell it yourselfServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Just devastated that we will no longer be going here. Second time with a financial error and this time cost us $2500 for a $934 estimate in writing (should have been around 1200 with a few add ons). We paid our bill because that s who WE are but computer or whatever errors like this are not acceptable to just some honest folks that love camping and are not millionaires that can cover their mistakes.Service: Body & Trim

Our A/C stopped working out fist day down there and even though they were not able to get the part to get it running they did everything they could to help us! We had no appointment and they even tried to replace the whole unit but I believe the interface board from the camper to the a/c unit went bad. For is to make matters worse our second unit went out at our next stop!! What a trip!! Thanks for trying guys!!
