I called on Sunday about battery replacement even though I didn't use his shop because he already was booked for a Sunday he offered me his battery discount if I wanted to pick up batteries and I could come over there to change them so I could have his help if needed. He was concerned enough to call me back after my initial call, I will give him my repair business in the future. Thank you
