So I've been with this storage facility for about 8 or 9 years and I don't like the direction that clearhome is taking it after the took over recently. When clearhome took over they offered great rates and deals so I couldn't resist and upgraded to another unit for a good price. I clearly asked because of my experience if THE PRICE WILL GO UP in a few months after I get this unit and it's not some kind of new unit deal where u get like the first couple months half price or something. The representative told me NO that's the price . All of a sudden months after having it they wanna throw in some kind of insurance fee . Adding to the cost of the unit . I said O so that's how your gonna get everyone by just adding different fees to the total. Not raising the unit cost but adding other fees on top . What's next?

Yesterday Darlene and Jeani were very helpful to me. I appreciate their kindness and understanding. Joe the maintenance man has also been helpful. One time I could not get a lock of mine to open and Joe had a spray he used to loosen it up so the key would work. Time and the sun and rain had essentially frozen my lock. Joe saved that day. And recently Joe unlocked the mens room for me to use. I had never urgently had to use it before. Glad Joe was there. And Darlene was a huge help last night and I had a good conversation with her.

Clearhome is a convenient, clean storage facility. There were several size units to chose from. Our unit is perfect for our needs.

The new management team is awesome. They are dealing with the transition from Champion Self Storage to Clearhome with outstanding customer service.

I went to make a payment to find the place closed. But when I called the person who answered the phone phone was very sarcastic semi rude. Their prices might be cheap compared to other places but when I have called other places that I've used to make payments I never been treated rudely or have phone hung up on me. I will be making my payments online rather than dealing with rude people. I really don't know who I spoke to but she had like a southern accent.

I would recommend Champion Self Storage- Mulberry to anyone needing a place to park your toys. Crysta-Lee is an excellent property manager and will help you find exactly the space you need at a great price.

Champion Self-Storage is an excellent storage facility. It is extremely well-managed. Amy is an outstanding manager who works hard to keep her grounds & buildings well-maintained & tries extremely hard to have customer satisfaction. Her assistant, Diane, is considerate, kind, & helpful. Excellent 5 star facility!

I spoke with Crystal, to make a reservation. She is super helpful and friendly. She made room for, and reserved a spot for me, which I had to cancel at the late. I was not charged a cancellation fee, and she was understanding of the cancellation. If I had ten thumbs, they'd all be up for champion self storage!

They ladies that run this storage facility are the best. So helpful very courteous and professional, they had my friends unit and all the paperwork done with a quickness and the price was right. They have RV boat and trailer storage on the property which is gated and fenced. They also have uhauls to rent on the property with a wide selection to choose from. And the location is easy to access from hwy 60 and the polk parkway. The only drawback is it is not 24 hour access if that is important.

My sister needed to return a 15 foot truck and auto carrier. She was sent to a location that was not active, by UHaul. We called Champion and told them the problem and the manager was very helpful. They accepted the return and helped my sister reserve the equipment needed for her return to Arkansas. This manager and her team were professional and helpful and I will be using them for any UHaul needs in the future. We wish we were able to give them more stars!

I do not reccomend this place at all. The staff is rude but most importantly my items stored are completely ruined. MOLD ON EVERYTHING! They cut my lock days early went through my unit (boxes were even opened and dumped out) I noticed all this when I went to get all of my things to move to another storage unit and it's all just covered in mold, spiders ( black widows) and LOTS of cockroaches. I am disgusted and have never had this issue in the past with other storage facilities. Just do yourself a favor and go less than a 1 mile down the road to Storage Authority. I wish I could have used them but now I cant because all my things are ruined. They were extremely helpful and understanding unlike this dump. Apparently I'm not the first person who has had these issues with Champion. I wish I took more pictures to show you all but I was just so upset and disgusted.

I went to help a friend move out today. The facility was very nice and very well maintained. It was clean and the staff knew her and were very friendly.

Had been renting a storage place for over 3 years, Diane one of the ladies who runs the facility, always had a smile on her face, & helped out with any issues I had!! She is awesome!!

The facility is clean and security is a plus. Although the gate is narrow and a wide RV barely fit through it.The biggest problem is the excessive cost!!! I have been in this facility for years and finally moving on because they raise the rent EVERY year and it has become to expensive to keep at this site.

Great facility. Very very reasonable and clean. The girls in the office are very pleasant and helpful. They make you feel like you are family. I highly recommend this facility.

Although nice customer service. Could have been more affordable and understanding, sympathetic.. pretty much the opposite.Pretty much to be expected I guess.

People are so helpful there. Pricing good but if you run a special you should offer something to ones already there as well. Especially if you pay more than a month in advance

Hard to find uhaul equipment it seems but Champion had it all. Very Covenant.. Will rent everything from there from now on.

So on December 2020 I moved my family to Florida was told to use Champion Storage I rented from them until October 2021 never late on payment or missed payment while moving out found that this happened to my pool table only had about 6 months mint condition called almost a dozen times showed up a few times same story someone will get in touch with you 4 months not a peep But I promise you this I won t stop

They were very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and very easy to access. I would definitely use them again.
