Every time I come to this autozone they are helpful, efficient, and trustworthy! Today Wayne changed my battery for me and was friendly and super quick. I could not have asked for better service!

Wasn't sure where an item was. Asked an employee and he took me right to it instead of just telling me. In the past, they have actually installed new headlight bulbs for me. No easy task. Very good all around store.

My battery died, my wonderful neighbors got me up & running...went to Auto Zone, Wayne tested my battery it was no good, he checked the warranty, installed a new battery free of charge in under 20 minutes! A bad start to the day turned into a very pleasant experience !

Deserves ZERO STARS !!We went on 2/7 around 1130am , Upon entering the EMPTY parking lot, we noticed an employee on a step ladder fixing a window sign outside next to the entrance door. We entered the store (without any acknowledgment from the employee) and walked to the counter, we now wait between 5-7 minutes before another customer enters the store, the employee on the ladder finally comes inside and immediately walks in to the back room to get another employee, they come out of the back , both employees walk past us (again without acknowledgement of us standing there) towards the back of the store, they acknowledge the customer who came in after us, then the 2 employees walked in to the back room (again without acknowledging us), we have now waited 10 minutes and learned that we were not important at all to these employees and they didn't need our business so we walked out and drove across the lot to the O'Reilly auto parts where we walked in , were greeted immediately and got waited on , the employee was engaging, friendly and showed us our business meant something to him! Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had the guy check the battery on my wife's truck, he said he didn't know how to use the machine, a customer had to explain to him how to use it. That should have been my first red flag. He placed the machine on the truck to check the battery amps and said it's brand new. I left. I go home and had to go out again and the car wouldn't crank. I jumped the battery and brought it to my mechanic and he said battery is dead. I told him about Auto zone said it's brand new he chuckled and said it clearly says battery is 3 yrs old. Morale of the story...do not believe what they tell you at AutoZone, get a second opinion.

I stopped in to get a battery check and while I was there my car would not start again. Matt S helped in figuring out what it was got me the part ordered into the store as quick as possible and even went as far as to get a local mechanic to put it in for a VERY reasonable price. All the while making sure I was OK while waiting in the parking lot. Matt went above and beyond and was an awesome help I will definitely come back because of this help.

Bought a new lawn mower battery here and 2 months later it stopped charging. Had it checked out and was told it was bad. Took it back to them and they said no warranty on a mower battery. I'll never buy anything from you guys ill go next door and buy my stuff from O'Reillys from now on

The last couple of days I've been into the Mulberry FL. store a few times between getting an alternator and a battery And having lights on in my car. An employee named Matt was very nice and helpful. He tried problem solving And offered suggestions. Thank you Matt for your wonderful customer service.

My mother broke down in the parking lot of this location. Matt and James both took personal care in assisting her. They diagnosed her cars problem on the spot and even found her a mobile mechanic that could come to the site and fix her car. They went above and beyond what customer service is. They have earned our future business for sure. Thank you!

The store representative John was very knowledgeable and interactive. I was concerned about my car starting.. I knew it was the battery. He grab the machine checked my battery. I was right. But what got me was that when I asked him do you have that battery. He knew the battery type immediately. Like a kung Fu battery master. We walked inside the man did his thing. He was a great listener and knew his job very well. Great Job John. I will definitely recommend this AutoZone for your car needs. John your the man thank you. Great people skills

Great. We use Autozone consistently for any auto care needs. We love that they offer lifetime warranty on batteries, brake pads etc. When you need a new battery or brake pads, you return back to the store and your warranty covers the new part. Definitely a cost saver

Excellent service and knowledge...they do care... here's a new one for you I've been trying to get my lady's car fixed for two weeks. I'm convinced that is the alternator and that I should change it so I go into AutoZone and purchase a new one but before I leave I just had to know. So the gentleman that sold me the new alternator, very politely agreed to test the old one. And to my non surprise the alternator tested and failed. After installing the new alternator, the vehicle ran like a new one all of the problems that had came into play were gone. Thanks to the helpful people at AutoZone the vehicle is now running properly. My lady thanks you and I thank you for knowing that she is safe.! Sincerely yours hammer

Went into the store in a bad situation and left very impressed. Alternator appeared to have gone out on my vehicle. It was a couple days before payday so I did not have money to waste and needed to know for sure what issue I was going to be dealing with. A quick check by the helpful staff confirmed the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. Special Thanks to James who went above and beyond in helping me to understand how to replace the alternator and reinstall the new one. James demonstrated a lot of patience and professionalism which was greatly appreciated. This visit reassured me what I've known since my teenage years, AutoZone is the only auto parts store you need!

Shout out to Pedro at Auto Zone. I went in today with a dead battery, he was the only employee with lots of customers and he was hussleing. He took care of us all quickly and with a great attitude. I really appreciate the good customer service. My battery got replaced with out any problems and he was super nice. Thanks Auto Zone!

Actually had stopped into AutoZone to get the radiator I was looking for they did not have it and found out that advance Auto had it which I went to. Was pleasantly surprised that they would refer me to a competitor, however they were more worried about taking care of customer service and making sure they found what I needed and where it was at even though when I went to advance Auto it was more money than I could afford at this particular time. Great job will always stop at AutoZone first.

Went to this place this past week and had a great experience! Store manager steven helped me out a great deal with what I needed for my car. He went above and beyond to help me out. I had just left advance auto parts for their bad customer service so coming there and to receive such amazing service from Mr.steven meant more than he knows! I will definitely come back here for my car needs from now on!!

Hands down the best service, guidance and help I have ever received. James Votery, was a teacher to me today. From advice and recommendations on what I should do to fix and keep my equipment up to par. To helping me find what I need as well as getting down right dirty while sunny Florida beat us down...All while keeping a genuine, comical, light hearted, optimistic perspective.I was across the street for 5 hours and James came to me an said if you can get your vehicle to my parking lot I will help you. We have everything you need. James saved my Buissness simply by asking if I needed help an now I m back on the road! Thankful for people who go beyond the call and enjoy it. People Can really make an impact on a day where everything seems to be going wrong. So Thankful for this man.

I went today and had the worse service from the manager KANDEN. I was questioning her about a part for my truck and instead of listening to my concern, she automatically cut me off as I tried to explain and once I finally got to speak she did not like the fact that she had no idea what she was talking about, she accused me of not "knowing the size"myself and instead of being apologetic or having any form of good customer service she gave me an attitude and said she couldn't compare the bolts with the part because they are sealed "since people steal them" but all I wanted to know is if I was getting the correct size for the previously purchased part since my bolt came lose. I felt very discriminated and as though she was placing accusations since she expressed her reasons very rude and very loudly. She then argued with me about stepping back away from the glass, which I was already far enough, then after continuing her attitude I said I would just go elsewhere to get help. O'Reilly's is right next door and they quickly assisted me with absolutely no concerned. While walking out of Autozone Kanden yelled out very sarcastically in front of several customers and coworkers to"have a good day!!!" . It was extremely unprofessional.Even though I always go to Autozone for my vehicles parts and have never experienced such poor customer service, I believe no person deserves such disrespect from any employee who is also known as the manager of this location. Its unfortunate that that one person can give such a negative impact on an entire company. This should be addressed.
