Not a favorable experience. Rude on the phone. No communication. Had my machine for 3 weeks and didnt even look at it

I walked in three store clerks at counter one guy walks away one lady doing paperwork and another gets a call. I ask if a have to ask for service and the lady on the phone tells me to be patient while the other girl does paperwork. I m sorry but paperwork can wait a customer is in front of you now you have the rest of your down time to do paperwork. So I gave my business to the shop down the road and when I walk in they will say " hi how may I help you not please be patient while I do my paperwork.

Beware!!! They will rip you off!! I took my lawn mower to the for a carb rebuild.. and all they did was spray cleaner through it and told me I had trash in my tank. When I got it back... it ran even worse than before. So, I took it back and they said they would fix it. THREE weeks later, I had to call them. They said they would have it done the day after I called. When I went to pick it up... they said I had trash in the tank again!! When I told them there was no way, as I had bought fresh Non-Ethenol fuel... and even brought them a sample from the can... they got very aggressive and accused ME of trying to cheat THEM!! When I refused to pay the $30, they stole my mower.

I m sorry I wasted your time by not knowing the part numbers for the items I needed. It s OK. I found them on Amazon in about 45 seconds.

Took my Cub cadet in because it would not start. Was told it would take about 5 to 7 days. Received a call 3 days after drop off was told the diagnosis, parts to be ordered and fixed around 3 days later. 4 days go by I have heard nothing. I called they the tech did not come in the day before so it was not fixed. I received no apology for the delay. Was told the tech had it on his rack for Monday. I waited Tuesday no call, Wed got a call from the tech he said they had to order a part. 2 weeks and finally got the Cub back, The owner helped me load it back on my trailer and never once apologized for the long delay. Got the cub home and noticed a metal cover had been bent out of shape and tore. I will not never have this company work on any of my equipment.

Woman at counter rude from first encounter. If they don t want to fix it they ll out price you and basically send you away with a still broken lawnmower. Not recommended. You want customers get decent customer service because after all you are in a service industry.

A misleading experience. Mower works good but, on the maintenance receipt its says they didnt have a certain item but told me they put it on.
