I m sure they would ve done a great job if they had actually provided me a service. Instead I sat there for almost an hour with 15 mins to closing after being told someone was gonna assist me. Judge a book by its cover with this one.

Afternoon or Morning people. I had a little water leak that was very hard to determine from ware. So they decided it was the water pump.so I say let's do it and they proceeded to remove pump. Come to find out it was the pump. It was corroded on back side of it and O Ring seal shot out.this is why we couldn't find the source of leak. Long story Short. Replaced And Fixed. Good to Go now..

My needs: rotate rear tires to front and receive two good used tires for the rear.Experience: as soon as I arrived I was greeted and i was able to explain my needs. I was immediately given an EXACT quote without looking in the computer. Once I agreed I was told to pull into port. Two mechanics IMMEDIATELY began working on my vehicle at the same time.The used tires that I received had plenty of thread on them. Within 10min my car was done.My bill: $74.90-no wait-they never asked me to give them the keys-no upsell-what was quoted was what was paid-all mechanics on staff was working and not lacking off in the distance.Note: my experience was based on my needs and therefore you may have a slight different experience.Overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Rim was bent. Gentleman was nice enough to try and fix it so that my tire would not continue to deflate.

Great experience, 2nd time going to this business, they always do a wonderful job with tires. This time i had a nail in my tire. Professional staff, great service, good prices. Would recommend.

Wow! 100% these guys are awesome, saved me from being in a bind. I called 15-20 different shops looking for specific tires that I needed same day. They got it done for me. Definitely will be back

My brakes were gone, I thought I needed at least a master cylinder and a booster but they found only a broke brake line replaced it try to add anything else. Miramar Tire is a quality shop with quality people 5 stars and moreService: BrakesService: Brakes

Please.... do not go to this place!!!They lied to me saying that had tires in stock (via phone). I hired a towing truck service to get my car to their place. When I got there, they did not have the tires! They "order" the tire and told me It was getting there in 2 hours. After 2 hours they called me saying that they only had used tires! (I lost the entire morning on this) They asked me to move my car from their shop if I did not purchase the used tires!!!!!! I had no option but to purchase the used tires. To make things worse, they replace the wrong tire and rotate the tires on my car. As I am driving home, the original flat tire started to run low on PSI.... I had to return and fight with them to get it fixed.Customer Service is nonexistent. They are rude, unhelpful and unjust. They treat you like garbage.I do not recommend any hard working person to do business with them. They will try any possible way to take advantage of you.Service: Tires

Only the guy who changes the tires care about you the rest not professional waiting long time for an alignment for 40 minutes finishing with one car and the put another car in from of me Knowing I was next the guy at the office did not do anything and just did not know a clue what was going on or do anything for me after buying a new set of tires from them. Thanks to the guy who change my tires again the only professional and care. Never go back to this place

Used to be a really good place, been going here for more than 10 years, today is my last visit. The guy who runs it now is only there to rob people.Sold me a bad tire and tried to tell me the tire he sold me isn't bad another tire on my car was bad( which my car had no vibrations before the tire he installed but another tire is now causing a vibration but he never touched that one). Wanted me to purchase a second tire, instead of replacing the tire he sold me. I asked for labor to be warranted and to install a tire I had, but he refused saying another tire in my car was bad and I should buy another tire from him, he never offered to replace the tire I claimed bad either.What he doesn't know is I work in the business for a very long time, if I had access to a tire machine I'd do it myself, I have years in tires and suspension mainly. So I know what the problem was. I don't need someone to persuade me to spend money I don't need to.He preys on people who don't know about cars and guarantee he'll rip you a new one if you gave him the chance.and he probably doesn't care that he lost business from me and everyone I send there, friends family even random people I meet, he'll just continue to play all his costumers to make money.Watch out going here people

This place has horrible customer service. On top of that they mounted, balance and did a wheel alignment on my car for all four tires and broke my tire sensor in three tires. I asked the manager why was my sensors not reading he told me to give it 15 minutes and it'll start working. I waited drove around sensors never came on. I took my car back for them to look at the sensor only for the manager to tell me the battery died and I need to replace it because they didn't damage them and there's nothing they can do to help me. All four sensors were working when I drove my car into the tire shop though. I'd never recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Disgusted!!!!

I've been coming here for years and never had any issues. Everyone is so professional, and the pricing are reasonable. I would highly recommend this business. I pray that God continues to prosper everyone here

Went there for a tire, the tech put the tire on the wrong way. I noticed and took it back to have it put on the right way and was advised that because it was my back tire it was okay to be on incorrectly. Drove my car less than 20 miles and it went flat. After taking off the tire there was a cut on the inside that would have been visible if it was installed correctly. I was not reimbursed nor giving a replacement tire. I will never go there again, horrible customer service.

They aligned the car with the suspension having some problems that I had to first change some spare parts for. That it would be correctly aligned, change the parts and since I did not do it with them, they said that the person who changed the parts did it wrong and that there were only loose screws they are not professionalService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Pull up ask for service, they told me one sec.... somebody else pulled up, asked for service, they stopped what they was doing and helped them and acted like I wasn t even there.... I told manager he did nothing but said okService: TiresService: Tires

They can t even do the tires rotation right all my wheel studs are mess just stay away from this place.
