I cannot express how pleased I am with the service I was provided! Dropped of my car with a busted gas tank. He did not have the part and had to order it. However, he was able to get it quickly and I had my car back in the evening!I was also super impressed with how clean and organized the shop was and how professional and polite the employees were!Definitely coming back should I need anything else for my car in the future!-Consuelo Ramos

1st time going: I took my Hyundai there on a whim the first time, and was satisfied with the repair. He reminded me that my brakes needed replacement but there was no pressure to do it immediately. Got the car fixed same day. Great experience.2nd time I went was for a fuel pump. He got my car fixed and running the same day, and worked with warranty to get it covered.The mechanic here has been as his business name implies, honest. He has made a point to show me the parts he replaced, and has been transparent about costs associated with the work.I'll definitely be returning, though...Hopefully not soon, car issues are not fun! Haha.

Do not go to this shop They are thieves, they over charge for most of their services and you will end up coming back because they are not certified, and do not know what they re doing. Wouldn t recommend this shop AT ALL!Service: TiresService: Tires

Thought i was getting great deals until recently. Loyal customer since first car service. Always loved the timing of service car feedback and prices.Then i get shammed today with all the labor and extra fees for a simple fuel pump. Never got charged for diagnostics and other fees before until now. Way too pricey for a fuel pump replacement.

I was in town for Miami Open skateboarding contest and broke down with a lender car from my family down in Florida. I had no place to stay and was under pressure to get the car back to catch a flight back to NYC. The guys got me back on track just in time for my flight home, despite a very busy week for them under Thanksgiving week business traffic. Rates and work was excellent and on point. 5 stars for service under pressure.

I saw the reviews for this shop and thought this would be my go to spot when I ran into car troubles.I took it in about 3 months ago cause my AC was barely working. I could drive for 30 min and the car would only be 5/10 cooled (I'd be sweating). They ended up saying they couldn't find any issue or leak but that my car was just low on freon. They re-filled it for $100 and sent me on my way. AC was working perfectly well for about a month, then it began to fail again. I took it back and was told they had found a leak this time around and were able to replace the part at fault. Again charged $100. Here I am writing this review about a week or two after the second visit, and the AC is not working right. It's not as bad as when I had taken it in the very first time but I'm still sweating after a 30 min drive so it's obvious whatever the issue is, it remains unfixed.I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed in this place, I thought for sure based off general reviews it was going to be a strong shop. Wouldn't recommend.

Very clean and professional shop. I took my lowered and heavily modified car in today for an alignment and they were very detailed in achieving the proper specs for optimal performance. I didn t have to wait and the alignment equipment was a newer Hunter unit. My family and I have been going to this shop for a while. I love how helpful they ve been to me being that I m young and don t know much about cars. The owner of the shop Shon has always been super helpful and easy to reach. Most import their service is very good, and affordable. The name Honest Auto speaks for itself. They have always given me and the clients I have recommended to them an honest opinion on all repairs and the workmanship has been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone as I have been using their services for a long while. Honest Auto is friendly, helpful, honest and reputable.

I have taken my GMC Sierra to this repair center a few times already. Each and every time has been a great experience. They are caring, all mechanics are knowledgeable in there field, and as there name states they are HONEST. I have never had a problem with Honest Auto Repair, Shon has been great. He takes care of our fleet vehicles. Took my girlfriend's car for oil change and transmission fluid change, no issues. They are very upfront and honest, they don't try to upsell. They take care of the problem and very professional. Took my Gf's mothers car for AC issue, they added freon , a/c runs great now. I went to Honest to get an evaluation and estimate to repair my air conditioning which wasn't working. The manager took me in and put the car up on the lift almost immediately. He gave me a ballpark figure as to what it would cost depending on where the problem was. While on the lift he brought my attention to some issues that I had that were much more pressing than my air conditioning. The shop was very clean and the workers seemed to be following very good safety precautions and getting customers in and out expeditiously. I will be going there to take care of things I can't do myself.Service: Air conditioning

I showed up on a Friday afternoon at 5:00 needing a fuel pump replacement. I had the part was ready to schedule an appointment for Saturday but they said they would stay late so I wouldn't have to return. It's hard to find a good mechanic who doesn't mind staying late for their customers. Went years ago for an issue with my car and they were so professional that I had to go back. On both visits, the staff was courteous, punctual and clear on everything I needed to know regarding the service my car was receiving.I definitely recommend this business.

I recommended recording your conversation with the mechanic explaining the services required in your vehicle prior to them starting their work. I needed to change all 4 break pads, and according to the mechanic people only change the front ones, so he changed the fronts one but quoted me for all 4. When I went to pick up my car they wanted to charge me double the amount to fix the rear break pads. The owner, which was not part of the original conversation, said that I misunderstood, that his assistant told me that it was just for the front breaks. Not happy with the service or the way they handled this situation. Now I need to find another shop to get the rear break fixed. I m actually wondering if they ever changed the front pads since the old ones were not given to me either. DONT LET THEIR NAME FOOL YOU, they are not HONEST !

My car broke down on the highway last night and I was so stressed because i was leaving for vacation the next day. I had my car back before 11 am today. Incredibly reliable and professional service. I needed to replace and align all 4 tires, fix an oil leak, and replace a headlight. He took care of everything my car needed and I could not be more satisfied. I definitely recommend choosing Honest Auto Repair!

Here's the deal. When it comes to my car, I'm a pain in anyone's behind. I've been back several times for them to evac and recharge my AC. They offered to help me with the repair I was working on and did so after hours and without hesitation. Let me be straight. I was a major pain in Shon and everyone else's day. But they stuck through and helped me just so they have a happy customer. 10/10. No BS, no haggling. I am happy I came here and will HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.

It should be called dishonest. I brought my car for an estimate telling that my windows was broken and not rolling up. They did not give me a free estimate and rolled my windows completely open to charge me $70 to manually roll it back up!!!! I came for an estimate and left with a problem. I tried to reason with them and they cursed at me. Most unprofessional mechanics. Scammers. Thieves.

Once Carlos, the transmission specialist who works nearby told me that i did not have a transmission problem, he recommended that I leave my car with Shon who would take care of the misfiring as well as other problems and then Carlos could better determine whether I needed a new transmission. Shon had my car from Monday evening until Friday afternoon. At first, it looked as if he was not going to be able to fix the car and just as I was about to take my car somewhere else, he decided that perhaps there was something he could do. By early Thursday afternoon, everything had been repaired except a misfiring. A few hours later, Shon called to say that he had resolved the problem of the misfiring and that I could pick up the car the following day. I still have to do one more tiny repair but I will gladly drive my car from Hollywood to Shon in Miramar . He gave me excellent service and charged me half the cost of what a previous mechanic had quoted for the installation of a new transmission. Turns out that once the last misfiring had been repaired, I did not need a transmission after all. Thanks to you Shon and your fantastic team. You have earned yourself a happy customer.
