They never have anything to help me. My first visit they didn t have a battery I needed even after I called to ask them if they did. My 2nd visit I had an appointment but they said they didn t have and told they couldn t service me because they were too busy. Finally the 3rd time I made an appointment and called to confirm it but when I went the next day they didn t have a AC tech and told me to go to the Pines location. When I got there they don t me they didn t have a tech either and told me to go to the 411 location. I just gave up on them. Never going back to them again.

I arrived with low tire pressure when I arrived they told me I had a nail in my tire. They said they patched it that as soon as I drive the tire pressure light should go off it never did. I had to stop 3 times to put air on the tire & at 10pm had to contact a road ranger. I don t know what they did but the job was done wrong very upset. I paid for nothing & now I have to go in the morning to a tire shop again.

I had a flat tire and showed up 3 minutes before closing, and they still took me in. There was a huge storm going on that day and the power even went out, but they got it done! If it wasn t for them being kind enough to help me, I would of been stranded for God knows how long. If I could give it 10 starts I could!

Did a oil change they call me tell me that I need a brake flush. in 2 today s time I checked the car and they did not even doing a oil change everything in the car was low and they charge me for it. i went back to them, if everything was properly done would not have to way the time i did, i was watching them and the were tapping up the fluids so i know it was not done. And the store manager did not have the customer service training to apologize knowing that it was not done at all. This is unacceptable. What if this was a female that did not understand much about cars the car would ve probably break down with her on the road engine blow up and she would be wondering what she did wrong. someone must double check work, especially when you're dealing with something that can take a life. this store has no customer service the worst

I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you have money to throw away they knew we were from out of state and tried to charge us as much as I could but I told him not to touch it. I would have a wrecker come and get it and called a mobile mechanic that fixed it in an hour and a half the same day and charge me a third of what they wanted stay away from Goodyear in Destin Florida.

Another location that I had to use the restroom as the park and ride has none, not certain why with all that space they didn't consider people may need to use the restroom as they are waiting to take the express bus. Being the driver and having more than one trip to complete, there is no stopping on the highway,so I have to wait until I get the end of the route.

I believe Andrew assisted me with my flat. Very nice and helpful. However, due to not having my tire locks in my vehicle. They were unable to provide me with the service needed.

Worst place ever!!! I was terrified from smoke coming out my car ac on turnpike, went there to get the car checked. The moment I tried to pull up there the manager started yelling GET OUT GET OUT I was so embarrassed still I parked and go inside he told me I gotta wait about 4 hrs to get the car fixed and will cost 65$. He said it with so much attitude I left the place. Please don t go to that place they don t deserve your hard earned money. Absolute rudeness

My first experience here was amazing but unfortunately today was everything but that. I had an appointment at 2 pm for a tire rotation and alignment. Prior to arriving, (literally an hour before) I had an oil change and inspection at my dealership who told me my tire pressure was fantastic. Upon arriving, customer service was not horrible but also not great. After waiting almost 3 hours for the services to be done, I drive home to get an alert that my tire pressure is low. This issue is not the end of the world but it is so frustrating to have spent so much time at an established place and leave with a pending service that didn t need doing till arriving. I would give them 2.5 stars if I could.

Plain and simple. Do not go! I went for a simple oil change and tire alignment. I was given a time frame of 2 hours. The work was completed in almost 5. When I arrived home after the work had been completed my car would continuously beep. I called them to explain. Jesus (front desk), rather than try to gather information and look for a solution. He became defensive and stated they couldn't possibly be responsible. The solution was simple and the issue was caused by them. It was simply the head lights being on and not set to auto as I had them. And to top it all off, my wife points out that my arm was full of black gunk. I couldn't figure out why. Until I checked my center console that was full of it. Including my stirring wheel. Because the mechanic could have cared less about cleanliness. He decided it would be best to destroy my black leather interior. DON'T GO!

This is a great place to take your car for service or to get tires. They are efficient , actually listen to your questions and always try to help. They never try and sell you something you don t need . The store is clean and they take many precautions to keep you safe. Jesus usually helps me decide what my car needs and explains why each service is necessary . Before I found this Goodyear center I had tried several other places. None compared. I highly recommend them.

Don't go to this tire shop!! Their customer service is very poor.I took my wife's 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander SUV in last Friday to have four new tires installed. We dropped the vehicle off at 11:30 a.m. pick it up at 4:30 p.m. when we got the vehicle back we noticed that there were dents on the driver's door that weren't there before. We spoke to Sergio the service rep about the situation he immediately dismissed it claiming that it didn't happen at the shop, which was not true, we bought the vehicle brand new and have taken excellent care since owning the vehicle. Our next stepis to get an estimate of repair and file a lawsuit against this tire shop.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic broke the plastic on the tire nuts and did not own up to it. I have been going to this center for years and never had a problem. The mechanic was John and was careless and in a hurry to finish the work. This was unacceptable. I brought it to the manager s attention and he told me that that s the way the car was before the tire rotation. He never even saw the car. Very disappointed and will never go back there again.

Sergio the person that welcomes you and works with your order, is excellent! I believe he must be the store manager or something like that.My only complain is with the person that changed my tires, I picked up my car hours after it was ready and when I got there my keys where inside the car, with one of the windows open and the passenger sit reclined all the way down.Other than that, the price was good.

Called to get my tire patched told him everything and he say come in, when I got there he said that they couldn t touch it cause I put a plug in it, I don t understand was I suppose to drive it over there flat? took it somewhere else and they had no problem taking care of me, I think they just didn t want the work cause they were closing in 30min don t go here customer service is non existent they will never hear from me again

Got an appointment for the next day in the late afternoon. We wanted to buy four tires for our camper. Rushed to get there on time. Once there the guy at the counter tells us that he doesn't have the tires. So we asked, why didn't you guys call or email, so we could avoid wasting our time, and gas. he replied, I didn't have that information, and yet I look at my paper work... Bam there is my cell phone # and my email address. Just poor consideration for the customer.

They were very honest I went for a high speed balance and the guy in the front desk told me that my shocks and struts needed to be replace and that is what cause my tires to have like waves. They could have done the high speed balance charge me and don't tell me anything. That is what I like about places like this "Honesty".

Called for an estimate on two tire changes in the front and was told $42. Came in store and was greeted with a bill of $170. Love the unsolicited ( we think you need a $90 alignment) do not come here. If you don t know anything about cars they will try to sell you things and use mechanic jargon to scare you into paying for what you don t need. Got the tire change without the alignment, got my car back then drove off only to find out they didn t even give me my original wheels back because they assumed I didn t want it and wanted to recycle it for me I know damn well you re going to sell my tires In the used market because they are lightly used. So not only do they try to add to what you came In for, they also want to steal your tires because recycling. Yeah not coming back.

Never going here again. They went through everything in my glove box and stole one my tools in my trunk. I just went there for an oil and filter change not to get robbed.

What a disappointment. I switch from the competition (Tires Plus) due to negligent behavior from the auto techs, excellent service front the counter, to find myself with a negligent and forgetfull counter guy at GoodYear. Nothing that I asked for was done but the oil change. Sadly, he repremended me because he called me and I didn t answer. To top it all, I apologize for missing the call and at the store I realize he got my number wrong. What a disappointment and frustrating moment. It was such a convenient location and the rapport was good. I wrode my bike, since COVID-19 left us with one car. I guess, keep looking for a professional auto service place. Be aware.

I had a great experience today. Brought my car with a punctured tire, they didn't even charged me. It was fast. The attendant and mechanic were a bit serious but nice. Make sure you tip them at least.

My daughter had a nail in her tire for the longest and was being lazy. Ever so often she would stop by this location to get air ! Finally today she came home estatic about the GREAT SERVICE! First from Sergio on the phone, then in person! She was happy with Akeim (not sure spelling) She got her tire fixed, nail removed! Overall ALL of the guys in the shop are great! A little serious but effective and courteous!! They are good folks

I came in at 8:50am to get an oil change and power steering fluid flushed. Now I knew I had a leak which happen to be my power steering fluid pumped which I agreed to let change along with my belts. I left at 10 came back two hours later and my car still wasn't done. every time I asked the manger a question he seem so rude the service was horrible this location offers shuttle and he didn't even open his mouth. From now I'll be going to another location. Hiatus and Pembroke Road Is the worst location EVER I guess there upset because there hardly ever busy like everyone else. But hey you run people away when your service is horrible.

Not even worth a star. Horrible is a small word compared to what these people are and offer. I'm sure these people have charged people for things that weren't worked on. Did an alignment on my car, done in less than 15 minutes. BS alignment. They took my car out for a drive that lasted longer than my alignment. Idiot me for coming here. Your better off traveling somewhere to get something stupid done on your car, than coming here if you live a block away. Steer clear of this place, they hate customers. They also believe they know more about your car then you, apparently we are all idiots to these people. If they say you need new tires, check them yourself. Got new tires here, a month later came in, and was told i needed new ones. Wish i was joking. Retards work here.

i am currently at this store. Have been here over 3 hours waiting to get a new battery. I live is this area but work in Hialeah. Since I am not working today I figured I would not take the drive to my Hialeah mechanic and get the battery locally. Had I known it would take this long would have taken the drive to Hialeah. I could have driven to Hialeah gotten battery changed out and been home by now. Also there is no communication as to how long it will take. Can guarantee I will not come back here

The team at Goodyear was great! I especially appreciated Jesus s help. I needed a new battery and they were able to inspect my car and install the battery within a couple of hours.

I am using the store for a long time and without any issues. Recently, I see negligence on their part. Because of keeping the filter loose, I had to rebuild my engine. Goodyear says they have no evidence to prove this.Please double check when your vehicle comes out after service/repair.Also you will not see a sticker on the windshield on the next service.
