Goodwear Auto Center was great! I went there because they were AAA recommended. I ve used them twice. The first time I went for an oil change and the second time they fixed my thermostat when my car was overheating.Being new to town I didn t know who to call, but I was very happy with their service and will definitely be back.

Goodwear Auto Center is the best place to bring your vehicle. The staff is friendly and the workers are quick and efficient and most importantly honest when working on your car. They have saved me with two repairs so far and I will definitely keep bringing it here. I recommend Goodwear Auto to anyone having car troubles, you won t regret it. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. Brought my vehicle in for a thermostat change. The work was completed to somewhat satisfaction. They missed some hose hanger connections not a big deal. They lost my overflow cap replaced it with one that does not screw on properly. Tried to upsell me on needing new fans for my radiator stating only one works and this is causing overheating issues which I never had before. Either they were trying to upsell me or the technician did not know what they are speaking thereof. Only one fan is supposed to work for the radiator the other one works in tandem with the condenser to the AC. They stole quarters from my car invaded my privacy by going through my glove box and my center console. On the positive side it does seem like they've changed the thermostat everything seems to be working fine in that retrospect. I do recommend doing your research on what work you need to be done that way they do not take advantage of you. Make sure you remove anything that's small and valuable from your vehicle or they will do it for you

I always take my car to Goodwear auto center! They have the best staff, pricing, and work ethics! They are very knowledgeable and very very helpful! I recently got an oil change and my car rides better than it ever has! I will continue to trust them with my vehicle. I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

This is my third time coming to this shop over the past few years and I ve always been satisfied with the service! Excellent place to get your tire mounted.. before I went to goodwear I didn't even know you can put the wheel weight at inner side of the wheels so it won't show from outside. The owner dropped me off at my work place and took his time to mount and balance my wheels and transfer the tpms from my stock wheels. Highly recommended place!To the owner: Thank you for your great service!

Goodwear Auto Center is the absolute best! I have been going here for years now and each time they fix my car issues with no problems! Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've tried in the past. The mechanic Manuel is really nice and always gets the job done, they don't pressure you into anything like most mechanics they really just make sure you know EVERYTHING going on with your car. The front desk lady Kimberly is also really nice. I wouldn't reccommend any other place!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

As soon as I noticed the tires, I knew I had to come check this place out! Customer service was nothing less than excellent! They even finished my oil change before me and the receptionists finished our conversation. Took my daughter's car there to get tires and alignment. Also to check some other things out. Manuel was the technician who worked on her car and he did a great job. Have been coming here since the late 80s (three different cars to date).Brian Glen, the owner, has always been honest. He will not perform a service you don't need and gives spot on advice.He has a quirky, fun personality that never bores. So...don't let the toys on display bother you. Just join in the fun & go with it!==> UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT FOR NINE MONTHS. New owner is very nice. Will return. However, reduced rating from 5-star to 3-star until I've had a bit more experience with the service. Sadly, most of the toys are gone. :-(

Brian is great! Very upfront and direct and most of all, honest. Won't sell you what you don't need, and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Best prices on tires I've found, and works fast. Small location, but our family has been using them for maybe close to 20 years.

Showed up with No appointment but they took my car immediately and completed the work super fast. I m a female w a Camaro n always feel like when I take my car somewhere I am being taken advantage of- NOT the case here felt comfortable and it was definitely a fair price. I've been taking my personal and business vehicles here for years. Brian is the most honest and fair mechanic/person you are going to find in the industry. Not once have I left here feeling ripped off or uninformed. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a fair and honest mechanic. UPDATE: Ever since the new management took over the place "looks" great, but everything else is gone. Brian was the reason I came here so many years. He was trust worthy and knowledge, now it's just another shop. Might as well go to the dealership. Which I do now.
