Honestly, they were quick. Less than 30 minutes to put on 2 new tires. The price was more reasonable than other shops I called. I'd return in the future.

Prices way too high for used tires, better off going brand new. No customer service skills, this business is ready to drain your pockets. I saw the owner respond to one review with the saddest excuse sorry we re too expensive for you, we provide quality products very misleading! Don t get scammed by these people, definitely take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. 100 dollars for a used tire!! Absolutely not!!!

Extremely unprofessional absolutely no phone etiquette. I called twice in one day spoke to 2 associates and was disrespected each time I called, use of profanity was completely un called for. Buyers beware would not recommend this business to anyone!!!!!!!

I wanna give them 5 stars .. the only thing that annoys me is that the techs POWER LOCK the bolts on the wheel to where you d have to go back to loosen the bolts. Other than that service is quick.

Elys tires is a good tire express shop they had me in and out quick and the process was easy. Those guys work hard and quick and quality of service is top tier & not pricey.

A second blessing of the day to bring my SUV here. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Ely and so nice and attentive. The staff all in good spirits and that's a reflection on Ely!Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Ely's for all your tire needs.

I always go to Ely tires and they are consistent. The reason for the 4 stars is that I had to go back twice for them to get my alignment somewhat right and my wheel is still turnt right when it should be straight but they are very nice and affordable. I like the whole team over there.The alignment feels good but now the wheel is tilted smh

Fast service friendly staff. Thought i needed to replace my tire. Guy showed me he can just plug it up. ( tech in pep boys said i needed to,a get new tire. Cheapest one he had was 196 dollars) i spent 15 dollars

If you happen to be in the West-Hollywood/Miami Gardens area and have a tire issue at an odd time (late in the day, weekend, etc), this is absolutely the place to go on the first try. They have a great staff and go above and beyond!

Service was amazing really, they didn t give me no trouble and the manager took very great care of me and my car, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left everything was stress free! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing quality at the best prices! The service is the best in SFL. I have been to many tire shops and this is by far the most trustworthy professional and knowledgeable place you can go. You can t go wrong with Ely s!!!

I bought two front tires from the on Monday by Wednesday it was flat, they didn t want to replace them. Only patched them and even charged me for it, I don t recommend them at all better off going to Walmart

If I could have given Elys 20 stars I would . From pulling in to pulling out I was taken care of . The wait was not long and it was exactly what was expected!They treat you like family from beginning to end ! The rims and tired look great !

This is the best tire shop in broward, great customer service, fast service and prices are reasonable. Took my car there for two wheel balance and the tech informed me that one of my rims was bent , he showed me the problem and I asked can he fix it , they worked on it right away took less then 30 minutes and the price was reasonable for the rim repair and wheel balance, I m a happy customer and would happily recommend this place to everybody thanks you.

Oil changes went up by $40. Paid $75 today. They say you get what you pay for but oil changes aren't that complicated to charge $75 for a basic oil change. The bottom line is that inflation kicked in and everyone is raising their prices. Still a 5 star service.

This place is incredible. After only an oil change, Jiffy Lube told me I needed rear brakes at $600.Elys showed me with my own eyes how my brakes still have at least 50,000 miles left on it.

I asked him when I got there what was the price of the tire and he said 40 (cheapest around plus good quality) then i asked what about labor being included and he said "40 and tax?" Nobody there was overly friendly which was good. Nothing was fake about them or the prices I was in and out in what felt like 5 minutes. Highly recommend

This place is a rip off, do not visit if you need assistance with your tires. I stopped here 2 weeks ago as I had a nailOn one of my tires. They charged me $25 to patch it, today I m back because my other vehicle has a nail and after they took the tire off the guy goes to ask the owner how much they are going to charge me and the owner told him to charge me $40, I indicated I was just here 2 weeks go and the charge was only $25 why is it $40 today? He said this is a bigger tire, different car; different charge I asked him is it the same patch? Is t it also as a result of a nail in the tire which means approximately the same type and size of home? . He stupidly replied, it s $40, you don t get it . It s more work I told him to just fix the tire since the guy had already started to work on it and asked him to explain to me how removing a tire that is on a car or a different type of car and not on a tractor trailer, 18 wheeler or any other oversized is different .?! He couldn t!

I don't know why a tire place would charge to put air in your tires but they did even though I bought my tires there and needed some air... Wawa gives free air also Lowe's a hardware store. Not cool Ely's Tire.
