I have used Good year for years...I went in to check how much brakes would be...I was charged 100.18 for the tek to drive my car and did not take off tires or do anything else. And approx 2500 bill from Eddie to do tires brakes and oil change...I would have just done it..but I'm 68 and worried about money...What really bothered me was he would not credit the 100.18 for the dirve test. I already knew it needed brakes..they never mentioned this charge but I thought when I got service it must be credited..On principal I will never go back after years of trusting whatever they charged..but I checked with others and they could not believe they charged me 200.18 to establish what I already knew. I walked in two other establishments and neither charged me ...and they didn't drive my car and make me wait an hour. I ask for my model and make price and got immediately from both the others.

We picked up a nail in our tire the day we were leaving to head back home from our family vacation. They patched the tire at no cost. Great service!! Awesome people!

We stopped in without an appointment because we had one tire constantly losing air. They took the car right in. A few minutes later they had fixed a hole created by a screw. They had noticed a little wear on our new tires and they suggested an alignment check. Sure enough one tire was out. They identified what was needed, but no high pressure. They didn't charge for the tire repair or the alignment check. We'll definitely be back here when we do need to purchase something. Excellent and courteous service.

Quick and Reliable Tire Service at Goodyear Tire in Destin**I recently had a nail in my tire, but luckily the team at Goodyear Tire in Destin were able to patch it up quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional, and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate their prompt service and would recommend them to anyone in need of tire repair or maintenance in the Destin area. Thanks again, Goodyear Tire!

Charged $200 for diagnostic, then wouldnt call or return calls for 2 1/2 weeks. Then quoted me $1,900 for a $260 part from bmw or $87 used.Not happy.

I had a tire issue and Eddie made me feel a lot better about it by grabbing his best tire guy wes and wes patched my tire soon fast it was crazy I tried to tip wes but he wouldn't accept he said he just likes being helpful

Ask for TODD. He was the kindest person, who understood that my family was on vacation, but still that does not make us out of money. Eddie was a little rude about the situation, but Todd really showed amazing customer service and true care. My faith in humanity and its kindness was restored because of Todd! (Would have given a 5 if Eddie didn't make comments about how much he would have over charged me because he has mouths to feed - but so do I).

I have been going to this good year for the last 7 years and will never go back!!!! First they failed to install my jeeps oil filter on correctly that it almost exploded and they had to send a tow truck for it. Now I went in for a routine oil change and when I received my vehicle back they ripped a hole in my windshield tint from their employee trying to remove the oil change sticker! I sent them photos showing where there technician clearly used a knife or putty knife to remove the sticker.All of my vehicles over the last 10 years have had windshield tint and never once was it damaged. The district manager called and attempted to side step my accusations and denied that his technician's did any damage. Its clear as day, they scratched around the tint and ripped it off. It's sad this company won't step up and do the right thing, when they were clearly at fault. Next time use your finger nail to remove the sticker!

Another Goodyear store made a mistake while changing the oil. It happens. These fine folks received our car from the tow company and made things right. They repaired the drain plug and changed the oil at NO charge. That s the way to do business AND treat customers! Thanks guys!

Would not patch a tire that already has a plug in it! Asked about a used tire, they don t sell used. I asked for the price of a new tire and was told they wouldn t sell me just one, they would have to replace all four since my vehicle was all wheel drive. Dude was very dry and seemed like he didn t care. If it was store police or company policy, I feel like they were just trying to get as much out of my wallet as possible. I do not recommend unless you need all new tires!

I came here for tires, they had what I needed in stock. The guy told me to be prepared for a wait and please be patient. I was here less than an hour and already they had my car pulled back. I m delighted! They get that our free time is valuable and worked hard to get me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

They fixed my tire that had a roofer nail stuck in it after another shop said I had replace the tire. Were very quick and honest, would go back.

Stopped here, as Goodyear is approved for Avis rent a car repairs. The guy behind the desk didn't greet me, or smile. He looked like he was totally unmotivated. When I told him what the issue was, he remarked, "I hope you have a couple hours"

The shop was busy so I left my wheel with them for a tire replacement. Manager told me it would be done later that day and I could pay over the phone so it could be left outside for me to pickup in the early am on the way to work the next morning. I wanted to be accommodating since I could see they were busy. I Didn't hear from them so the next day around 12pm I stopped in and they hadn't touched it and the manager didn't seem to remember ever talking to me. So they rush it and finally get it done. I ask if they can simply knock a few bucks off since they didn't follow through on the promises made. The manager was immediately standoffish refused to knock off a penny, and didn't even offer an apology let alone a professional response. He simply said the next time I come in he'll take care of me. I didn't make a scene, but clearly I won't be back. I live locally and work less than a mile from this business. They deal with people on vacation a large percentage of the time, so the promise of a discount for a bad experience on your next trip is clearly the go to answer when they don't do a good job. The Goodyear name is what drew me and I expected to pay a premium, the terrible customer service is what will send me to they're competition.

Have dealt w Danny and Eddie, very nice to work with.Endurance tires for travel trailer and oil & tire rotation on truck. Appointments kept, prompt service no surprises. I ll return for future work when needed.

I have been coming to this store for 8+ years and Eddie has always taken care of our two cars. He is a very courteous employee and has always done a excellent job. He is a credit to Good Year.Thank you Eddie fir a great job done again.

I dropped by the Miramar Beach location yesterday afternoon with the intention of seeing what kind of tires I needed and figuring I would order them and come back in a week or so to get them replaced. Upon inspection, it was shocking how bad/dangerous my current tires were! Eddie Murray helped me by replacing the two worst ones right then. He had to order two more (because he didn't have them in stock) but he was able to get them delivered by the morning of the next business day. Eddie appeared very knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. He even was able to provide a discount on installation costs. Overall, I was impressed with my Miramar Beach Goodyear experience!

Didn t even want to attempt to bleed my brakes. I needed a vacuum system to get all the air out after replacing calipers and they shot me down before I even got a chance to explain what I needed. Poor service if you ask me

Danny is the man! Make sure you request his services. Although, he does not have the equiptment to remove a 14ply tire, he was still able to sell me 4 new Goodyear tires for my 5th wheel.

Great customer service. My minivan had a flat tire caused by a nail puncture. We came in without an appointment, they repaired the tire for free in short order. They didn't even try to sell me on anything and they were super polite. Will definitely patronize this place in the future and repay them the kindness and good service.

I walked into the store and was greeted by very friendly staff. I had a nail in my tire and they quickly took care of it. They told me my vehicle was ready and when I got to the counter to pay, they told me it was FREE. I thought it was a joke. It was truly free. That showed me there are still good people and good companies out there that still do good things for others. GOD bless companies like this. I hope they continue being very successful.

I am in Miramar Beach on vacation. I took my van here just to make sure there wasn't a problem with my front suspension. I received a call stating my suspension was loose and they recommended it not be driven in its current state. They wanted to charge me over $400 to just check the parts were all tight. I declined, went to auto zone down the road, purchased the necessary tools to do the job (18 mm and 21 mm wrench) and tightened the parts myself in about 45 minutes. I am very disappointed they tried to soak someone just because I am on vacation and don't have access to my tools to do the job myself. Most places I go to at home would have thrown a wrench on the few bolts and tightened them up and charged a minimal fee. Very disappointed in the human factor of this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Goodyear Auto Service Center in Miramar Beach, Florida. My car tire had a leak and was almost flat. The employees are very professional and got my tire fixed quickly and at no cost!! I was thrilled. A big thank you to sales associate James T. and technician Zachary T. . I appreciate the great service.

Nice Operation. We were in Miramar Beach and I got a nail in the sidewall of my Goodyear tire. It was mid-afternoon and had no option but to replace it. Spoke with Joselyn at the store and she was very helpful in getting the tire replaced before they closed and worked within her system to provide their best price.

Upon leaving work I realized I had left my ignition turned on and my battery was dead.. after asking all my coworkers and our neighboring business for cables/ help to no avail I took a chance calling this nearby Goodyear hoping they'd let me walk down and borrow cables.. without hesitation he asked my exact location and said help was on the way.. before I could get my hood open an employee was there with a jump box and I was on my way. It's a rarity these days to find a business willing to go the extra mile (especially without a profit incentive). Thanks you guys... for giving a @#$%!!! I know who I'm calling the next time I need my car serviced.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. The entire team was super friendly and accommodating as my wife and I needed to replace a blown tire. Whether you re a local or just visiting town, don t think twice about taking your car to this team. JOSE IS THE BEST!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Never pushed me into something I didn't need or want, wait time was short and they seemed to work quickly and efficiently. Such an improvement over the FIVE HOUR WAIT I've experienced at the Walmart Auto Center down the road. The kind gentleman at the front counter (unfortunately I never got his name) was very friendly and I really appreciated the time he took to tell me about my brand new tire without making me feel like I was being baby'd or like he was trying to dumb down anything for me. Will DEFINITELY be returning.
