I can t say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I contacted Beach Better was super communicative, the drop was so easy and the cart was fabulous, we loved the Bluetooth capability and lights below the cart!!! Book with them, you won t be sorry!

Stay Away. Company is dishonest and works with Vacation Rental partners to lie and report fabricated stories that are used to put the burden/cost of general maintenance neglect on customers. We rented a home which came with a golf cart. The golf cart stopped working and we notified the vacation rental immediately. Beach Better Golf Carts was hired to repair the golf cart. The Vacation Rental partner fabricated a story and Beach Better Golf Carts included the false information in their report so the Vacation Renal partner could pass on the cost of the repair to us.

I m not sure how I haven t posted a review yet! I ve been renting golf carts from Beach Better for years. Their entire team is wonderful. They drop off the cart and pick it up right on schedule.We love the Bluetooth speakers and led undercarriage lights! The golf cart truly makes you feel like you re on vacation!

Great experience and super customer service. The golf cart was exactly what they promised and Nicole was great at communicating and making sure we had what we needed. We had the BumbleBee and it was so much fun. The gentleman that picked up the cart was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Great Experience! Highly recommend and will be using their service again!

I bought a new Bintelli golf cart from Beach Better last month and I couldn't be happier. Great customer experience overall and Jacqueline was awesome! Family run business, good people. I highly recommend both Beach Better and Bintelli.

We were so happy with Beach Better Golf Carts! Our golf cart was exactly as advertised and was a great price. Jake was very easy to communicate with and gave the best customer service! I even made an error on the return date/time and he was very accommodating for us to turn it in late, without extra charge, even though it was my mistake. Would definitely recommend!!

Beach Better Carts was a great experience. Jacqueline was amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and no pressure. They had a full inventory with almost every color and configuration you could imagine. Unfortunately they did not have a cart in my budget and do not offer discounts. I have visited every dealer in the Destin area this week and if you have the budget, this is the dealer I recommend. It was an almost perfect experience.

This is by far the best golf cart rental company in Destin/Miramar. The communication was top tier from the start of booking to the end. They are some of the nicest people we ve come in contact with while vacationing in Destin. We have rented golf carts from 4 other companies and none of them compares to Beach Better! They have absolutely won us over with their overall services, we will never use any other company again. The prices cannot be beat and the quality of the golf carts are superb, seriously the best looking golf carts we ve ever rented. It made our vacation that much better. I 1000% recommend this company!

They started out well leaving cart early but jumping through hoops trying to verify insurance and license information was kind of a pain. But then we realized the second day that a golf cart in the area 30A was not a good fit for us. So we asked for them to come pick up cart on second day of rental, they never responded. The morning of their day we got a response and asked if we could return golf cart with charges already incurred and that a refund of last days be honored. They decided that we should have canceled days before visit, which makes no sense if you never seen area and these companies up sale their product but do not give you best high lights. 30A only has select areas to use a golf cart. The least of the places to visit near Destin Florida. Do not think this golf cart company cares to help out a vacationing family who was willing to pay for days used(which was one day), no refund offered or anything just told us we rented for week we keep until scheduled pick up. Not very customer friendly if you ask me. I am sure someone else would ve rented golf cart if we returned it. I do not recommend this company and will not use them ever again upon my visits to the area!

Golf cart performed excellent the entire week. Our teenagers loved the LED and speaker kit too. Great communication throughout our stay. Will definitely rent from Beach Better when I m in town next.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by excellent customer service. From helping us with keys for our friends golf cart to us purchasing a new golf cart, they went above and beyond. They communicated with us on a regular base as to the status of our golf cart coming.This will be the only place I will go for another one and for maintenance. Keep up the great work.Becky and Tim

Great cart rental experience. We did self pickup and drop off and it was super quick and easy. Very nice cart. Like new. Super clean. Company even provided extension cord to reach charging outlet at front of house. Will definitely use again during our next beach trip.

Refreshing!! What a great company to work with! Very communicative. Clear expectations given before signing the contract. Cart available when stated. Came with everything we needed to charge the electric cart and clear instructions on how to do so. Cart drove nicely, was clean, all seat belts worked and felt very safe to drive. Fair price! And they gave us an extra day for free! How nice. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Will definitely be using this company again! Thanks for providing a fair and honest service!

This is a great place to rent a golf cart from with great customer service. I was able to secure a rental quickly, communication was great, and it was available at my requested pick up time. The prices were unbeatable! On the day of pick up, I got a text with a code for the key lockbox on the cart and instructions how to operate and charge. It includes a charging cord with it. Don't look anywhere else to rent. Great service all around.

Ordered my 6 seater Bintelli cart with lithium battery. Couldn't ask for a better place to do business. Everyone there was accommodating to what I needed. Test drove along the beach was really super fun.

Working with Nicole at Better Beach was a wonderful experience! This is how customer service works and we felt really treated. They went above and beyond everywhere they could. We loved having the golf cart for the week, and they brought it early to our rental home. We got to keep it a little extra, too. They answered emails within minutes! Definitely will always use this amazing group of folks!

If you are shopping for a new golf cart please go check out the Bintelli brand at the family owned Beach Better Golf Carts in Miramar Beach and ask for Jacqueline. What a wonderful experience my husband and I had yesterday meeting this gracious and fun young lady. Jacqueline made us feel immediately at home and welcome. She was extremely knowledgable about the Bintelli Golf Carts and paid close attention as my husband and I bantered back and forth helping to guide us in color choice and what accessories we needed and just those that will make our golf carting experiences more enjoyable. We never felt rushed or pressured. It was a pleasure to meet Nicole, Jacqueline's sister, when she joined our conversation and helped finalize the sale. Service was great; pick up and drop off were quick, easy and accommodated our schedule vs. having to go by theirs. I absolutely love working with a family-owned business and these guys did not disappoint. Golf cart was brand new, in perfect condition, and pricing was in line with my expectations. Will use them every time we visit and will recommend to others.

Nicole and her team provided a flawless experience. Communication is outstanding - phone, email, text. Our two 4-seater gas carts were delivered on time by informative and friendly Mike, who answered all questions. All team members we talked with were unfailingly helpful with local information, and always efficient. Communication during our rental period was outstanding. Carts were picked up on time. Both carts were beautifully maintained, like new. Better Beach is our go-to when renting golf carts for Destin and Miramar Beach vacations. Thank you everyone!
