New in town, a bit of a hobbyist as well and was a bit of an urgent need, so I called Robert on a Sunday afternoon, with no appointment and he was very polite, professional over the phone and took me in right away at his home.Superb service w/ honest, no-nonsense, no-bs way of dealing with people. My wife was getting jerked around by the bigger chains (P*p boys in S Clermont/Davenport area). No frivolous fees, etc. Recommend you give Robert a try...will definitely be going back there again for future work.Service: Body & Trim

The short version: Robert is amazing and I highly recommend him! I was in a difficult position and not only was he incredibly helpful, transparent and kind but he also provided his expert services for an excellent price!The long version: I was driving down to Orlando from my home in Gainesville to pick up a friend from the airport when my car started to overheat, badly, out of nowhere. I pulled off at the next exit and went to the nearest mechanic. I thank God that mechanic was Robert Z Auto Repair! I was obviously in a difficult position with limited options and Robert was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, then show and explain it to me in a way I could easily understand. He offered me options and was able to provide me with a timeline and quote for my preferred choice. He was very transparent in explaining his prices and honestly gave me a great price I know I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. He was very fast in repairing my issue, communicative, and just made what could have been a nightmare scenerio into an easily solveable problem. Im so grateful I ended up here. Other than his professionalism and expert skills as a mechanic, Robert is clearly a family man. He was kind enough to invite me into his home as I waited for my friend to come pick me up (I opted to leave my car with Robert for the repairs) and his family was welcoming and jovial. It was a pleasure to get to know Robert and his family. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality Robert!
