I always have a good experience at this Racetrac! The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The store has a great variety of products, good coffee, and a great rewards program which gives me a free coffee everyday. Definitely the best Racetrac in the area. Five stars well-deserved!

Beautiful everywhere you turn! Spotless, clean bathrooms. Love going here. Outside picnic area is clean. Nice also to see the customers throw away the trash outside. That helps when people chip in. Beautiful, beautiful store. Clean floors. Food prep area was nicely set up with warmers. Coffee section was spotless and inviting. Go here and know that the employees keep on top of keeping the store welcoming and beautiful!!

Apparently from past feed back on these reviews and from my personal experience these employees need training on how to speak with customers if someone is asking you to make pizza then make it no need to have an attitude towards people if you don t like your job leave it !! don t be nasty to people . Mangers need to do better cause it s obvious you have not corrected your employees behavior if I m seeing a similar situation six months ago

I want to leave a negative review at a RaceTrac where I go twice a day, and despite most of the employees being friendly, I have encountered a racist employee on several occasions. It's ironic because the majority of their customers are Hispanic. I understand that ID is required to purchase cigarettes or any other regulated product, but the problem arises when the manner in which it is requested is incorrect. They are in urgent need of training!

the cashier in this place is totally racist, very disrespectful person. she ignored me completely like i was invisible and the next client at a second she was over him.march 3 at 6am. NEVER come back!

Always a pleasure getting me coffee and pizza here. Mrs. Sherry is keeping everything clean in her pizza spot and have a very hygienic work ethic. Quick, efficient and clean.Thank you.

Newly opened, this RaceTrac is clean with friendly staff. They also have a wide variety of fuel options at every pump including diesel, E85 and unleaded 88. This is in addition to 87, 89 and 93 octane. There are also a wide range of pay at the pump options including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Along with chip readers. Hopefully this will eliminate the chances of credit card readers being hacked to steal card data. Seems like a great addition for Minneola.

One of my worst experiences ever. I am a loyal racetrac customer and have the highest rewards tier. I tried to check out my daily free drink and the manager was very unpleasant about it. He tried to say I wasn't allowed to get a frozen drink when the all said I could. He then tried to back himself up saying a couldn't get a large, when the app didn't no say such thing. I was being perfectly pleasant with him, but he was very jerky and ruined my entire day. I asked If I could switch my drink and he said no and forced me to pay for something that I didn't want and should have been free. My entire family goes to RaceTrac but no longer, this was a terrible experience. I have wasted a lot of money at this gas station just to be treated terribly.

Racetrac 404 US Hwy 27, Clermont, Florida 34725. This is the worse customer service I've ever dealt with. The employees definitely haven't had any customer service training. I accept that I still come to the store, I always speak first because I'm never greeted when I come in. Today was my last day coming into the store, I'm done. I was waiting on the pizza to be cooked. There was some pizza on the counter I grabbed a box and put half the bacon cheeseburger pizza in it. As I was putting a slice into the box I accidentally dropped it upside down on the counter. I threw the slice into the garbage. When the pepperoni pizza came out I asked the young man in the light blue shirt to please put half the pizza in the box. He said he was too busy making pizza to it. I replied with "well thank you". I want everyone to know how the customer service here is so unfriendly. Customer service is what brings repeat customers back into a store.

I always get above and beyond help here. For example I came in looking for a red line. They didn't have any on the shelves but Jennifer B. went in the back and grabbed one. This isnt the first time they have helped me, this is the 3rd time. All these folks deserve raises.Thanks

Older man working as the clerk this evening (5 mins ago) was less than pleasant. My son and I got frozen yogurt and didn t realize both of our cups came out stuck to a second cup. The clerk seemed annoyed we didn t realize this and let us know they charge by the cup ok, understood. We apologized and let him know they came out of the dispenser firmly stuck together. His response, Well you need to pull them apart then because we charge by the cup. Ok, sure I ll put my hands all over the remaining cups in your ill functioning dispenser to fight apart my single paper cup that probably cost half a penny to manufacture. So what now? We had to pull off the second cups and hand them to him to avoid being charged double ok odd that he didn t throw them in the trash and said he was just going to keep them behind the counter, but it gets better when he throws our spoons in our direction onto the counter. Maybe corporate can consider enlongating the training period regarding customer service.

Poorly run in regards to inventory. Always running out of small cups then upcharge you for larger sizes because they "ran out" of small cups. Hire new management now. Update, still just as bad. Now there are barcodes on cups and is the only way to ring them up. Too many medium cups rung up as small bc they are always out of small cups. I hate this place. Never coming back.

Most of the staff are great, some need to find a new line of work because customer service is not their Forte. Usually clean and well stocked.

It is a nice store however if you are looking for ice tea you are out of luck, never any made. They were out of large coffee cups also. I found the manager to be condescending and if you ask a question you are keenly aware that you ARE a bother.

It offered gasoline at competitive prices and the pumps were well maintained and makes the process of filling your car with fuel more pleasant.

Never going to come back again. I was greeted by Candice who gave me the wrong cigars and put him in the back with the waters. Upon just getting to the doors I realised I got the wrong products when I went back to exchange it robber who claimed to be the manager was very rude and disrespectful Along with Sarah being rude and trying to get me fired up to do something but I kept my cool and left. For a measly $2 they have lost my business. Never going to return to this race track with any other race trac

Upon entering this gas station at approximately 9:00 PM 1/28/2022 bc I have a medical condition and needed to use the ladies RM BOTH BATHRMS were CLOSED off. I asked some snot nose girl why BOTH BATHRMS WERE CLOSED she answered bc I just santize them and they need to dry ok I get that but why clean & close BOTH BATHRMS at the SAME FREAKN TIME ? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR SOMEBODY with a medical condition I could of used the mens room TOTALLY WRONG !!! And she was a lil B Ontop of it I will be calling corporate office in the morning and will NEVER stop at this Race Trac ever again especially with people working there with attitudes & closes BOTH bathrooms at the same time REALLY ???????? Posting to Facebook too !!!!!

Always open lanes, the store is maintained well and if there is a line it usually moves quick. They even have self checkout.

This store hasn t had e85 in over a month don t waste ur time driving out there. That goes for all racetracs guess they don t care to keep it in stock found new store so they lost my business

New store everything is nice and well organized the isles are wide and easy to navigate you are in and out in no time if you are in a hurry.

This RaceTrac in Minneola that just opened is not like the other ones, people that work there they just dont care about their customers even if you ask for something, also bathroom was closed for a long time. I will not go back to this place.

I will go out of my way to come to this racetrac because they always have pay at the pump through Apple Pay. It s really a bummer when I come and pump seven doesn t work and I have to use a credit card.

Went in to get gas and the worker young man said he be right with me and keep on cleaning the glass door. Very upsetting to make a customer wait....

Google maps says open 24/7 but the clerk outside said they were closed at 2am 5/7.
