After researching a couple of local garages in the area, I decided to try Minneola Automotive. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation, but I also needed a brake inspection after being told by another garage that I urgently needed brake work completed (I questioned the brake work so did not have the other garage do it at the time). Minneola automotive completed the oil change but with their inspection, they found that my brakes were fine but my tires needed replacing. Their honesty is refreshing. New tires were recommended, so no rotation was done since that works me a wasted expense, They were happy to quote the tires but were upfront that their price could not compete with Discount Tire, who they recommend. I was very impressed and will continue to use them for services I need.

Had my transmission fluid drained and filled. The Job was professionally and quickly completed. The price of service was more than fair. I was going to do some other maintenance items, but the Owner/ technician was extremely honest in stating that those items did not need to be done until much later. Most mechanic shops try to get you for everything they can, this shop is the opposite. They are very honest and competent.

What a great experience! I was greeted by Renee who was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to my needs. Brad took care of my vehicle and fully explained his findings making excellent suggestions for how to handle the repairs. I'm a lifer at Minneola Auto now!

I had a mixed experience with Minneola Auto the team was undeniably helpful, offering excellent service. However, I found their pricing to be outlandish, making it a costly choice. Additionally, be cautious, as my encounter left me feeling like I paid the same bill twice. Consider your options wisely.The photos attached will give a better understanding. Specifically the belt tensioner, keep in mind the paper above is directly from Honda. The paper below is Minneola auto s pricing.

I am traveling in a 2004 campervan mounted on a Ford E450 chassis. Cross-country, north and south. Here in Central Florida (actually coming east through Mobile) I started hearing (and feeling) a grinding noise: front brakes. Within 2 days, I was able to get an "emergency" appointment, because a mechanic (family man) was willing to come in and meet me early. The job was done, and I was rolling by 8:30 a.m.Very competent, very professional, very proficient. . . . He had previously asked for my V.I.N. and had ordered all the parts he may have needed. Gladly all it needed was pads, but he had the rotors available, just in case.Garage was clean and well-organized.I am beyond totally satisfied. This is a well-organized, friendly, professional operation. If you are willing to wait, and allow them to do their work, I would recommend Minneola Automotive to all my friends. It is hard to find an honest mechanic shop these days, who will not try to "upsell" you on work you really do not need. It seems these guys have all the work they can handle because they are so good. Definitely worth the short wait to get the job done right.

Fast and fair. Needed a 90,000 mile work up plus new rotors and brake pads. Got it all done quickly and at a very fair price.

Decided to check this shop out after work. My car need it an oil change so I went there. The woman that helped in the front desk was helpful and she gave me options. No pressure or anything in that sense. Fair price for the oil change and they were fast. They also ran the code machine and told me what else I need it for the car and again no pressure or forcing you. Definitely will recommend this shop to people. The owner was there, he seemed alright.

We've been extremely pleased with Minneola Auto. We have used them for everything from a major repair to routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting. They are able to rapidly diagnose issues and provide recommendations without trying to upsell you on services that you don't need. I was initially worried about how quickly my car would be addressed because of the volume of business it appears they have going on, but the only time that our vehicle has been there for more than one day was due to the availability of parts. They keep great communication, have competitive pricing, and are extremely professional. We have never been disappointed and will definitely continue to use Minneola Auto.

We know that we have a dirty tank. But, getting the fuel filter changed is a cheaper fix that gets us through about a year. So we just ask for that to be changed. They always give us what we ask for without trying to upsell us. Christian Brothers refused to do anything we asked unless we had an over $100 "diagnostic" to tell us what is wrong. Our total from Minneola Automotive was $136 for the part and labor and the car works again! We are so greatful and will continue to recommended them to everyone we know!

Best in the business! We have had our vehicles serviced at Minneola Auto for years. Today s work in visit (a busy Friday) to check out squeaky brakes resulted in a no charge visit. I had not remembered that the previous brake job done had a lifetime warranty on the brake parts. A less honorable mechanic might have found a reason to charge for something. I can say without hesitation that with Minneola Auto, if it s not broke, it won t get fixed . Thanks to Brad and his team for the work and reputation he has developed over the years. Took care of my wife. Laid up for a bit and she needed tires badly. Take my car there too. They have a very experienced staff, especially their Master Mechanic. He worked on my 2007 Cadillac (I know it's old but only 84,000 miles) and did a great job. No surprise dash lights after the fact and no grease smears on the paint or upholstery. I recommend them to everyone and anyone for a fair price and a great job. Thanks Folks !

The service was preformed as required. Everyone was very kind and honest with what the problem was and what they recommended. They kept me up dated on the progress as well. Even helped with how to get towed there . Hopefully we don't have to go back anytime soon but will definitely make this our place for service as needed.

I am new to the area and needed some work on my car when my idle started to get a little lumpy. Went in this morning to get a 100k tune up on my Challenger. They got me in super fast and had all the work done faster than I expected. My car is running like the day I bought it again and it cost me several hundred less than it probably would have cost at a dealership. The staff was great and helpful and didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from from now on and it is safe to say that MACI just got a life long customer, thanks!

Left a credit card, and ER level pain medication in plain view in my car by accident. Everything untouched. I know places where I've taken my Jeep, and the auto shop has used my Jeep as a shopping mall, taking this or that. Solid work ethic, no surprise charges, couldn't be a better place to take your car.

I had originally taking my car to Griffis and they wanted to charge me an outrageous price so I got a second opinion at Minneola and they were so much cheaper! I have learned my lesson and will always go to Minneola from here on out!!

This shop is great. Was going to another auto service dept but the place had changed ownership and was never the same. Glad I came here. Was very surprised that they could look at my car on a moment's notice and find time to actually repair it at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much. I found a new shop. Prompt service, excellent communication, and very reasonable priced. I have an old 2002 Chevrolet Suburban with ABS warning light on and they quickly diagnosed the issue Indicating that the passenger front wheel bearing needed replacement. After approval, the car was repaired within 2 to 3 hours, and is now running like a top. I highly recommend this service station.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I like to thank my team at Minneola Automotive Center Inc, for making me feel like family. My 1989 BMW 325I was towed to their facility. The next day. I was called and informed my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arriving I was I formed what was wrong and corrective action taken. We were extremely grateful that this wonderful business was right there as our truck started acting up. We were 15 minutes into an 11 hour drive. They had us back on the road in under 15 minutes with a new battery. The woman at the counter couldn't have been any nicer. I moved to the area and needed an oil change. This place had good reviews, I was skeptical but went anyways because had the best reviews in the area. Walking in, I found the coolest car and truck collection all around the waiting area, had other antique stuff that makes you know they have been servicing the area for a long time. The young lady was very attentive, the mechanic did his job and in 30 minutes I was driving my car. Excellent experience. While I was there, the cuatomer in front of me asked for an oil change. Then her husband showed up and told the cashier that her wife never asked for an oil change but tire check up. I was ready to intervene but the cashier and owner handle the wrongly cuatomer so well that the customers left smiling. I am coming again for sure!Second visit: My brakes were doing a terrible noise and this shop ised the best part and now the noise is gone. Can all shops be as good as this one please?

I came in late-afternoon because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. Brad (the owner) walked me through their process and gave me a quote up-front. They got my car in and fixed in about an hour. I am not sure if that is typical, but I am glad they were able to get my car fixed so quickly. Everyone was professional and courteous during our visit. I highly recommend this business if you're looking to get your auto repaired.Service: A/C installation & repair

Oil change and service completed quickly and with professionalism. Car was inspected for anything needing to be done. Inspection results were explained to me. Great business to work with.
