These guys are the absolute best. I ve purchased many vehicles in the past and never experienced a true no pressure dealership. This is how every dealer should operate by helping the customer along the way rather than trying to rush the process and get them to buy the first vehicle they see.Brad was my main contact, along with Eddy the owner, and I have to say the entire process was very smooth. We ended up having mechanical issues shortly after purchasing a van from them which they completely fixed and helped us with. They went above and beyond our expectations and we truly appreciate them. The confidence they showed us is unmatched.It s safe to say I ll be purchasing all of my future commercial vehicles through them moving forward!

Been looking for a new truck the last week, found a great one in Lake Auto and Truck. John was friendly, helpful and honest. Offered a great price without all the crazy "dealer fees". Would highly recommend Lake Auto and Truck!!! If you are looking for a car or truck go see John!!

I bought my 2017 Smart car in July from Lake Auto in Mineola. I could never t drive it more than 3 times without the check engine light. It went back within 10 days for the next 6 months. , they had it more than I did. Bad gas tank, 3 check engine lights with different codes. Also said they took it to the Mercedes dealer, going through 40.00 worth of tolls and not paying them. I just got another one for 16.00. They sold a car that was not ready to be sold. I just got it back in December at my expense and 2 days later the light came on again. I paid my mechanic 300.00 to fix it. Do not buy a car from John or Brad. All Eddie had to do is take it back. Instead, 6 mos of stress

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! I found the place at the beginning of the week around Nov 15. John called me back as soon as I inquired about a Smart car they had on the lot. Throughout the week he worked with my bank and got everything squared away. My husband and I went to pick the car up today and John had everything ready to go and met us with a smile. This was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. He was honest about the car and made sure we were completely happy before we left. We drove 2 hours to get it and I would ve driven 2 more to get an experience like this. If you re looking for a car go see John!

Not your father's used car lot! First transaction purchasing a previously-owned vehicle from a used car facility. And it has been my best car purchase transaction ever. No issues. Everything done correctly. No price haggle because their prices are already low. No sales pressure. On minor car issue was immediately resolved. I will purchase from them again with no reservation.

I bought my daughter's car at Lake Auto and Truck and couldn't be happier with the experience. I had just fled another dealership due to their shadiness and was pleased that we were able to complete the sale in about an hour with no pressure or last minute cost additions. The car we bought has been problem free and received accolades from my own mechanic on the buy. 10/10 Would buy again.

I bought a Smart car from these guys. The car is excellent but the treatment we got was even better. The buying experience was the best I've had to date. We dealt with Miguel who was extremely knowledgeable . The owners are on site and they were so attentive and professional. They deserve every bit of 5 stars!!

Have been looking for a smart Car for a couple of months. I found Lake Auto and Truck in Clermont. They have a no-haggle price on their cars which makes the decision much easier. Their inventory included several smart cars and a very knowledgeable sales person. Long story, short, I bought the car and am very pleased. Much more pleasant experience than a dealership I visited a month ago. You will not be disappointed.

We bought our ford transit high roof long back van from Lake Auto and Truck January 5th 2019 and since then they were very nice helping us with any problems we have. John and Eddy were the people helped us through the whole process. We turned our van into a mobile home camper. Super nice people and highly recommend for anyone.

Recently bought a truck there. Had an issue with the vehicle. Brad my salesman was excellent. No pressure at all. Brad and Eddie took care of my issues in a very professional manner. I will highly recommend them. They treat the customer right. Thanks guys for everything.

Best dealership I have ever been to. I looked online and found a camaro that they had on the lot. Brad promised that he will hold it for me until I was able to get there. Quick in and out process !! I will definitely purchase through them again.

I purchased a 2014 Smartcar from them, before the week was over The car was overheating. I took the car back to them with no notice that I was having a problem with the car. They were so awesome they put a new radiator some break pads and a few other parts even gave me a loaner for nothing. What a wonderful group of people I have never been treated so well by any dealer in my life. If you're in the market for a car I highly recomend you shop hear.

Well I am glad everyone else had a great experience I was suppose to pick up a car today, but my full down payment had not been removed from my checking as instructed. So here I am no car, no refund yet, no rental car and no way to get to work tomorrow.

Update after a week they have actually did good by us and fixed the issue. They might of not known it was going to fail but the pcv valve went out and they had it repaired. So now I am changing my review to 4 stars. Old review ::::Going back tomorrow because we got a smart car three days ago and it s already smoking bad. I m hop by they can help us out with our money back. It s a good looking car but shifts bad and is now smoking all of a sudden.

Was looking for a reasonably priced truck, they had what I needed. Also their fees are way less than anyone else period. These guys were helpful , friendly, and did all they could to make this process easy. Give them a try if you're looking for a car.

I contacted the dealership....Lake Auto and Truck.... amazing and pure awesomeness....I was looking at the 2006 Toyota Tundra sr5 4WD pickup and the 2005 wrangler rubicon...both vehicles were in great shape...ran and drove with no problems or any issues...sadly my wife and I could only get 1 of the vehicles... we chose the Toyota Tundra....the next morning, I drove it back to Charleston, SC.... no issues at all...all of their vehicles were of this caliber...now to talk about everyone thre.. ...fantastic is an understatement....they stayed for over 2 hours while my wife and I checked out the jeep and the truck... John described the vehicles to me over the phone....his description was spot on....no exaggeration or shortfalls....very refreshing.....it was a pleasure to purchase from them.....I can not say enough....even their finance man was on vacation and took time out to get finance set up.....all in under 2 hours.. need a car? Truck??? please come Vista this dealership....you will be impressed....and will love your new ride....and the prices are also as good as it gets....great price. Great service, great cars....awesome expriance... thanks, dave and maria....we might have to come back for the rubicon as well....

There vehicles are overpriced .Not many finance options .I explained my situation about only having X amount down .And they brushed me off .I find them kind of racist ...as i am a African american .Didnt feel welcome ,and i felt dismissed .Not a good experience .I will not go back and will not recommend others .
