Today i experienced the worst customer service of my life. Not only was the customer service the worst I've ever received anywhere i have EVER went specifically from the owner garret and his daughter. Not only was the customer service horrendous, the fraudulent fees and charges that the owner of this company couldn't even EXPLAIN or break down for me to understand. I had an accident on the turn pike in my 18 wheeler. FHP called these people to come assist with the towing. My truck only suffered damage to the hood and front bumper and there was about a gallon or two of coolant spilled from the radiator. The accident happened 26 miles from the their location ($260 for milage). My bill for this incident was $11,283.15. When asking the owner to please explain my fees and for a break down of the charges he simply said its part of our contract with FHP and could not give any further explanation on why our bill was so high. After driving from their location 50 miles to meet with my insurance adjuster for the towing checks. I drove back to their location and they REFUSED to tow the truck out or even touch the truck. The owner insisted that we would have to drive back and get checks for the new amount (which didn't include the tow to our desired location) and said that i would have to find another towing company to get my truck out of there yard. These people are the biggest crooks I've ever dealt with, please please stay far far away from this towing company. They are not honest people. Its a SHAME that turn-pike FHP has these people representing them.

If you go.in.and they're trying to charge 1 or 2lk, let them know if you don't have full coverage. It makes a difference.

I was ready to go to jail !!LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!! I'm as honest as they come!! My car was stolen and found towed here.. found out was gonna cost me 600 dollars as a victim.. I was irate !! ready to go to jail because scene I was about to make.. I gave them attitude here yelled made jokes.. the whole time Virgil was non response and still calling sir.. well 15 minutes or more later me walking in an outside yelling he was still calm.. and then explained to me so many things . I then understood .. yes price still sucks but that's life. The whole time Virgil was calm calling me sir apologizing. ( I also apologized few times as I should) WE need more Virgil in this world simply amazing and I mean amazing customer service but more so compassion. That I'm actually calm now. Put it this way went from going to call the news for taking advantage of a victim to now writing a review!! They were fair.if you are in an accident. Expect the towing cost to be high ..find out where it is going. If you are paying out of pocket. Get it out fast and be nice... nice will get you a discount sometimes...thanks guys.

Excellent customer service, prompt, let me know exactly when they would arrive with GPS tracking on their vehicles. I was allowed to do all the leg work even payment on my husband's behalf to save time. He recommended a great repair shop since I wasn't local. Thank you for the quick tow off the dangerous turnpike.

Garrett and Toni were able to quickly let me get my remaining possesions out of my car the day following an accident. Was able to give me a few recommendations for buyers. Great customer service. Everything took 30 minutes top

I know the towing business can be shady but this company had my truck and did everything they could to prevent me from getting it back in a timely manner so they could run my bill up higher by the day. The bill was well over $ 1, 200.00 for 3 days in there storage. They are con men and con women in this company. Stay away far away from this company.

We called for towing service after our Jeep locked up in park. The dispatcher was fantastic but the tow driver .he was beyond amazing. Was able to help us avoid a towing charge! Exemplary service, highly recommended. Turned our not so good situation in a great direction!

Found out my friend's car was towed from MY designated parking spot at my apartment complex whilst on holiday in Puerto Rico. We arrived to find his missing car during the mid-evening and were pleasantly surprised someone from this company actually answered the phone at this "after business hours" time. The person working for this company was amenable in meeting us that very evening, so my friend could retrieve his vehicle from them... with the exact amount of cash ($327), of course. This company treated us with respect and showed compassion by relating how frequently they are called into my apartment complex to tow cars. They helped turned a rotten situation into a mere unfortunate experience.

You would expect great service from employees , once you walk in. and services from the employees were great, what upset me was the business owner, the man with the power.you would think that a business owner will be more understanding.in my case. after walking a excruciating 6 hrs. i arrived at the car store in minneola. greeted by carlos , (carlos i thank you so much for all you did for me on my arrival. you really deserve a raise for what you do)it was Garrett that caught me by surprise and all i will say is , that the way you handle things at times are not the best way, you laughed at me as if it was funny , and you also charged me an arm and a leg, for 6 hrs. i will not go into details. because this is not a review to bash you, had i told you in person, i definitely would not have gotten my car.( i walked an excruciating 6hrs to get to the location,and to top it off , waited on my blistered feets 4hrs.) there are no chairs in the lobby. no rest rooms, and they do not accept credit cards over the phone or in store) also no incoming calls to that location, they have a blocked number so you cannot call back after they hang up on you.for the viewers and customers , all i have to say to you is . please do not be rude to his wife. or any of the ladies working for him. his wife and daughter, even if she is rude to you, and at times she is VERY rude.... if your car is at any of his locations . you will not get your vehicle back without his retaliating in defense of his "wife". although i was quiet throughout everything i was hearing. i was more in shock than anything. to have been here facing the man that is running such a lucrative business.again. the staff at this location is very nice. and they seem a little afraid when he comes around. i definitely saw the reasons why,they were charging me a whopping $375.00 to pick up a vehicle they only had for 5 hrs. after i spoke with the gentleman at the counter he was able to lower the cost to $224.00? still a bit high for 5 hrs. once the man with the power stepped in , he did me the most wonderful discount of a whopping $3.00( that is three dollars.)then stated that his system has not been updated by his I.T guy. and still charged me the $221. for the 5hrs of my vehicle was there.with all this said please take into consideration this review. and use someone else other than the car store towing.the main office staff is very very very rude at times , and they do not have such a good system that they can actually abide on.sucks to have o write these type of reviews but in all honesty CUSTOMER service is key to a great running company. and you are mostly making your money with the contracts you have with businesses, but try separating the businesses with the reg paying customers. we are all human and you do not know what i went through before i walked literally to your store, and for you to laugh at the fact that i told you my kid went missing along with my grand kid. was not something you should have made fun of. it happened and it is very hurtful for you to act in such a heartless manner. money is power and people like you abuse it.thank you kindly.

They towed my Rig ! It cost me $1,133.00They have no respect for truck drivers (we move America, this company just takes)...they have a deep disregard for the human aspect of this situation and only care about money...this time their greed has become their undoing.This legalized extortion is completely immoral and unjustified regardless of what the county authorized...this is complete BS !!"Have a nice day Car store towing"

Ridiculous. They do not have a set price on their tow. I have called them 3 times and gotten 3 different prices. First 65, then 75, all of a sudden 175? For moving a car 0.5 miles, ridiculous. Never call them, they will try to rip you off.

Totally unprofessional service.We had arranged a trade in of two vehicles to our Toyota dealer who arranged Car Store to collect them and was told that Car Store would call to make an appointment, this never happened and they just turned up on Monday morning and loaded my old F150 onto their flat bed recovery vehicle without notice (the driver said he knocked on the door which I doubt as I never heard it yet I hear EVERYONE ELSE who knocks!),He was going to remove the vehicle with all my personal belongings in it including pocket change, my disabled permit, the Sunpass, and some mechanical tools in the back and lots of other miscellaneous items.Then I heard him reversing to the Jaguar, so I pointed out that it was all-wheel-drive and he would damage the transmission if he towed it with drive wheels on the road, after calling someone (assume his boss) he had to take the F150 off and swap the vehicles around so the Jaguar was on the flatbed and the F150 was being towed.After he hooked them all up I pointed out that the F150 was rear wheel drive and he had lifted the front wheels up and was going to tow it with its drive wheels on the road. He then argued with me that it was only two wheel drive and not 4, after pointing out that the reason the Jaguar had to be off the road was the same reason the F150 had to have the drive wheels lifted the only difference was two wheels instead of four!He then had to turn the F150 around!I wonder how many cars have been towed by Car Store and had their transmission damaged by their incompetence? !

Blast music at there shop all night. It is almost 1am and they are in the shop parting all night. No respect for the nabor hood next to them. Never used them as a service, just trying to sleep.

Racist and unprofessional!!! Both shops answer nuetral but when they hear my voice they change their tone, minneola shop was mad because i didnt understand why i had to pay $1000 dollar for a week hold, and the winter garden shop was annoyed because I wanted to know how to get the person responsible for stealing my car to pay for the tab.
