Ordered a Fueling Race air cleaner for my M8 Softail. It was $150 cheaper here, than anywhere else. I was sceptical to order it due to this being an extremely in HIGH DEMAND & it's crazy low pricing. I figured it was too good to be true. I ordered it anyhow and it came within 5-6 days of the initial order. I'm NOT sceptical anymore. Legit professional motorcycle parts company who sells and delivers quality parts at a highly discounted price. WELL DONE BIO HAZARD CYCLES!!! Your on my speed dial.

Great buying experience. Got a real fair deal on an S&S Sidewinder exhaust from Biohazard. Great communication and quick delivery. S&S did not pack the exhaust properly resulting in scratches on the heat shields, no fault of Biohazard. My email to Biohazard describing the problem was answered in minutes. Biohazard went to bat with S&S immediately and I had replacement parts within a few days. Great customer service on both Biohazard and S&S. Thanks would buy again

Ordered a Reklus slave cylinder from them on Sunday. By Monday afternoon I got an email that the item had been shipped. Went to UPS site expecting a message that label was created but what it said was that item had been shipped. Received my package by Wednesday. I could not believe how fast the got the item shipped. I would definitely use Biohazard Cycles again.

I purchased a Air intake for my 2006 twin cam Harley Davidson Street Glide and after 4 days it still said in fulfillment. I emailed Biohazard Cycles and within 6 hours had a response. I lack patience for anything but this type of response was beyond quick and acceptable! It has only been 11 days and in the middle Christmas season and my order is here exactly what I ordered!!!!! As far as I am concerned customer service here is amazing . Cheaper prices and amazing selection of products. It took 22 minutes to install it's so simple.

Had the seat ive been eyeing up for my street glide for almost 200$ cheaper than everyone else... ordered on sunday... had it at my front door by noon on tuesday... awesome. Next time I need anything I will check biohazard first!

I had been shopping for a set of Dakota Digital guages for one of my Harleys and came across Biohazard Cycles website. I could not reach them by phone but my email inquiry was responded to practically immediately! They unquestionably offered the best price on this product by far. I placed my order and it was delivered the VERY next day! I will be making Biohazard Cycles the first place I look for future parts purchases!

Some times too good to be true IS TRUE !!! Great deal. Great communication, via email only it seems, shipped very fast. I live in Idaho, Biohazard is in Florida. I was very cautious going into this, but it is 100% legit. Had my local Indian dealer install them no problem. They sound great! Thanks again! (2022 Indian Scout Bobber 2-1 Freedom Combat Exhaust)

Ordered a set of Freedom Performance Combat 2-1 for my Indian Scout Bobber. Great price awesome communications with Tom. There were a few supply delays but Biohazard was very forthcoming with information and alternatives. The pipes came in today and they are beautiful! Will most definitely work with them again.

Good Customer Service relies on good communication, and accurate information, in my experience, this store has a lot of room for improvement on those areas.I placed an online order, and three days later -weekdays- I was the one who had to reach out to ask them about my purchase to receive an email informing me that the item I bought was not in stock. These are the reasons for my review, if they did not have the item in stock, do not sell it, and there is no need for a customer to wait three days for an update on his purchase.

Superior service, I originally ordered a Leo Vince exhaust for my ktm. CANT BEAT THEIR PRICING btw. They emailed me within 24hr that the part was out of stock and an instant refund. I had questions about which exhaust they did have in stock and they went as far as calling me. I told them I needed it in a rush and they even went above and beyond by sending me text messages with estimated shipping. I got my exhaust In 2 days. They are absolutely amazing. They have my business :)

Placed an order online for an Akrapovic slip on exhaust. It was a good deal it seemed. I ordered it on a weekend and come Monday I get an e-mail saying they can't ship to a different address than my billing. Weird, but okay so I email them back saying that's fine I have access to the old address and my usps mail is forwarded. Come to find out they just decided to refund the order instead of trying to reach out to me. I go to redo my order to find out they increased the price on the product $40 and now they won't respond to my messages or emails. The $40 isn't a big deal, if they would have just told me there was an error on the price I could understand that and we could have adjusted to it. Instead they just refunded my order and now the money is sitting in limbo until the banks do their stuff and I still have to order another exhaust. Kind of a shady way to recoup a loss instead of admitting that there was an error on the page.

Great prices and the fastest free shipping that I ve seen in the motorcycle parts industry. That being said, check the return policy and reach out to them to confirm they have a part in stock before placing an order(Should be common practice when ordering anything online these days) As far as the returns, make sure you re ordering the correct part and want to keep it, bc you ll pay for shipping and 15% restocking fee if not. I understand, they have the best prices on the internet, it needs to be a well oiled machine. My service/experience was 5 star worthy, just that return policy claimed the 5th.

I had ordered a part for my motorcycle that was showing in-stock on their website. A day later I get an email saying status has changed to "Refunded" without any explanation why. I'll be buying my motorcycle parts somewhere more reputable.

I have ordered from here a few time already, and always received the part or product quicker than most other companies. They always have great and competitive prices, and sometimes discounts for forum members, which others just cant compete with. very professional customer service. Any question or concern I've had was met with a response in minutes, not hours or days which says enough. I highly recommend ordering from here, as i certainly will continue to do so as well.

As I was placing an order at 9:30 pm I received a error message that the order did not go through. I immediately emailed them and explained what had occurred. To my surprise 15 minutes later I received a response from Tom and he assisted me in getting it rectified.NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I received my item on Monday and at the BEST PRICE AROUND!!. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!!! THEY GET 10 FROM ME!!!!!!

This is not a place to go. In-store shopping does not exist. Drove over 2 hours to find nobody even there, at a storage/shop type deal. When i tried calling, got sent to voicemail with the recording saying to email. Didn't get a call back, so with no communication i am skeptical about spending over a grand here.

I was on edge about buying from Biohazard Cycles but they are 1000% legit and have very competitive prices, I ordered a slip-on exhaust from them in the morning and got it the next day with free shipping! Great company with a great team behind it!

Couldn t find a cobra 909 exhaust anywhere for my bike. Biohazard didn t have it either, but Thomas discounted me a Vance and Hines Short Shots set - a better exhaust system that was just outside my price range. I couldn t find a deal like that anywhere, so I took it. The exhaust showed up the NEXT DAY. Absolutely insane shipping speed and customer service.I have already given Thomas more of my business as a result of this customer service and speed. If I could rate higher I would.

Fast responses. Fast shipping. And good prices. Although, considering he probably does high volume of sales it might be worth double checking something is in stock before placing the order.
