This review is for store #6033Had an issue two days ago with a rude employee here; white haired guy late 50 s. Came back today Sunday and spoke to Vijay & Maria and they were able to get our issues resolved. Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store and to speak with Vijay and Maria

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I was having issue with my battery. They checked the battery and the alternator.. They were extremely helpful! 5 stars all the way!!

Stopped here to change the oil in my motorhome had bought most of the supplies at another out-of-state AutoZone. Needed a few other items and Vijay was incredibly helpful. Offered friendly assistance, let me try-before-I-bought to ensure proper fit of items, was patient with explanations. Highly recommend this AutoZone location. Thanks, Vijay!

On Saturday I had to get a new battery for 2020 Buick and a gentleman installed it and on my way home lights came on my dashboard about power issues and needing service which lead me to believe that my issue was not the battery since I had a brand new one. I called dealership to make an appointment for them to look at it. Took it in on Monday and they found out that the battery was NOT installed correctly and that was causing connection issues with power on car. Needless to say I had to pay them $100 to tell me AutoZone did not properly install the battery. Very disappointed this happened. Concerned that if I have an issue with battery within the warranty period there is no one that will know how to install it. If AutoZone is going to have employees work on vehicles they should know what they are doing.

I had an Amazing experience at this AutoZone. Vijay provides exemplary customer service. He was so very helpful. Took the time to answer my questions and check my concerns. I thank Vijay immensely for his time and help. He represents Auto Zone very positively and is amazing asset to your company.

Brought a starter here, when I went in to get my core charge back. I Spoke with Rick D The Parts Manager. He was very short and rude. I had my order number and proof of purchase. I did not have my original receipt because I am not 67 years old. He said the computer doesn t hold anything older then 3 months. He didn t come up with any ways to get my money back. I also was looking for a muffler and as I was speaking to him he walked away.0 stars to Rick D. Now I will do all my auto parts shopping at o Reilly. #shameOnRickD

They broke the housing putting in a cabin air filter for me. Simple job, I had done it several times but have back issues so I asked for their help.Last week bought brake lights, installed them yesterday, did not work. Took them back and guy that sold them to me said "well at least I rung you up for the right bulbs".So what did he want an award?????? Never once said sorry my error caused you another trip.I have used other Autozone for years and been very happy. My experience, go to another Autozone and save yourself some aggravation.

Went to fix my headlights on my 2014 Jetta today and Dan the store manager was amazing! He was super helpful and always stayed mindful of the other customers in the store that needed help. I am definitely a long term customer. Keep up the good work!

Daniel, store manager, was very helpful in assisting us with getting a battery replacement for my vehicle. Not only did he take the time to help us purchase the right one, but he also installed it for me. He was very courteous and we were very satisfied with the service.

Daniel was very helpful and nice! Bought a battery and he happily installed it for me. Truly went above and beyond. He even offered to test an additional thing to make sure I was ready to go. Very satisfied with this store!

I had meant to write this review for store 6933 in Minniola. Let me start with a Huge shout out to Vjay Singh. Vjay had went above and beyond to help me out when I was stuck. I had called the store and him that my Honda civic had giving me a hard start and it froze on me. I explained to him what had happened and he suggested that I get the battery replaced. I told him that I was unable to get ato minneola. He said not a problem. I will be out there to assist you before, I knew it vijay came by my house and replace the battery for me. I really appreciate your time and effort to come out and help me! Autozone in Minniola has the best customer service! Thank you Vijay!!!

Sorry for not getting his name but a gentleman helped me this morning to replace my battery. I was in and out within 10 mins. Prompt, friendly service at this location. Store is also clean and well kept.

A total disgrace how badly run this place is. The young girl at the checkout counter this afternoon with the gray shirt was unfriendly, made hardly any eye contact and was not knowledgeable of parts I was looking for for my particular car. Her associate, an older man who wore a red shirt gave me some unsolicited input saying I assume but your parts are the same size but he was dead wrong and when I tried to correct him I got an attitude from both of them. If they had any common sense they would understand that I was understandably annoyed because getting the wrong information from them would ve cost me time, money and a major inconvenience. It s a transmission were talking about not a windshield wiper. I had to go to another store 15 minutes away and the very nice friendly professional knowledgeable man there found the right part for me within 30 seconds and what a surprise it was at the first store I went to. I went back to get the part and there was a lot of confusion silence an egg on faces. The one redeeming point of the story is there was only one young gentleman that offered an apology. He had nothing to do with the situation and went out of his way to apologize because he understood. Get some training people!

AutoZone Minneola is the best! The store is always stocked, organized and clean. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My company has a business account there and they take care of all our fleet needs.

Tony was so nice and helpful! I went in for a diagnostic on my car and he went above and beyond. He even checked my oil level for me and my coolant level! He printed the parts that I needed and the diagnostic issues of what was wrong with my car. Very friendly and very clean store!!

This place has the best customer service. They really care for you. Ceasar and sadly i dont know the other guys name on the night shift assisted me with my battery when it was not normal for them at night. They went out of their way so i wouldnt be stuck in the dark by myself away from home. Thank you for caring. You made my night and i felt like you put humanity first over corporate, thank you so very much!!

The employees sucked. Sorry but they did. I got there 10 mins before they were closing. Not much of a choice being I was traveling and it was an emergency. Not only did they not greet me or offer to help. One gentleman made sure to tell me they were closing and not taking Cards. If I didn't have cash I was basically s.o.l long story short I no longer shop at AutoZone. I will stick to advance and Napa

I went to the Autozone in Minneola Fl for an RV battery. I brought in my old battery because it was 5 yrs old. Hopefully the one I bought will last as long. I was surprised that all the batteries are now sealed, no more adding distilled water. Everyone was very helpful.

I came here knowing nothing about parts, but the nice woman with a grey shirt was exceptionally helpful!! We need more workers like that around here. Will be back. She knows what she s doing.
