You couldn't ask for a better part store. From the time I walked in I was greated and taken good care of. Everyone especially Tyler went above and beyone to assit me.. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for all my parts and car needs.

Today my battery light came on and I pulled into Advance Auto Parts in Minneola. Donald came out to test my battery and gave me a jump when it would not start again. I tried to make it home but broke down at the light near their store. So I called back and Red walked all the way over to me and gave me another jumpstart and helped guide me to turn around at the intersection to get back to his store so he could take another look at my car. It was such a stressful situation but Red coached me in turning around at the intersection to make my way back and kept me calm. They went so far and above to be helpful during an extremely stressful time. They even found a place to plug in my phone as I waited for the tow truck because my phone battery was almost dead too. Everybody in the store was so super friendly! Because of these two men the whole experience breaking down was actually not that bad. Thank you so much to Donald and Red!! I was so grateful I got to meet the manager and brag on these two men personally to him! I am so grateful! They were such a blessing!!

I spoke with Tyler about details of a part carried that was recently replaced and specifics of whether it came as a kit or if an additional part would be needed. Tyler was EXTREMELY helpful and honest. I appreciate his willingness to help and honesty that I was hoping for. We will definitely be going to this location now and in the future and will recommend it to everyone who asks for assistance. Please share this review with Tyler if possible. I appreciate him and his help.

Around 5pm a younger worker around 25y old or 30s Him so stupid a older man asked for help and him never help him only speak with a lady for 10 minutes and do nothing .. bad bad service

Great experience today at AAP. Jonathan provided excellent service at the counter while helping me select a car battery. Jonathan mentioned that they would also be installing the battery for me. I brought an adjustable wrench with me as I planned on installing the battery myself. I thanked them for their service, let Jonathan know I had it under control, and proceeded with my install. Surely enough, my adjustable wrench was simply not efficient with the angles I was working at. It was going to take me 10 times longer than it would have with the right tools. Jonathan must have noticed me struggling from inside because he rolled out a cart of tools, selected the right size socket on first attempt, and changed my battery in no time. Great job paying attention to the entire experience and stepping in to help after help was initially declined. That is what I consider going above and beyond.

Thank god this place exists! My battery was nearly dead by the time I got there. I have to give a huge kudos to Tyler for helping me out with my battery and installing it. Thank you for getting me in and out of there in time for me to get to work. I can t remember the guys name at the counter but Great team you got here! Thank you guys so much!

I have a 2018 RAM 2500 I can stop at any Advanced Auto Parts location and they'll have my parts on the shelf ready and it's Mopar parts my husband Kenith Napiontek and I like that. There has been only one other time that they haven't had a part at the location I last at; but, they gave me the location to get it or they could get it to me in a few hours. What a great experience at this store! Tyler helped me find my windshield wipers and installed them (with a smile!) in under 5 minutes! He was friendly and knowledgeable!

It really helps to offer assistance, especially to a woman and an automobile! The young man offered to check my truck and cleaned the battery. Then he checked the battery with his equipment from the store. Got it running again. Thank You! I'll continue to buy from this store.

Kim provided amazing customer service. My battery in my truck died and she gave me a ride back to my truck. She then installed it for me. I highly recommend this store and go see Kim. She didn t have to go to where my truck was but she went above and beyond to help me.

The young lady helped me pick out wiper blades was friendly and helpful.She did the install and everything worked perfectly.Store was well stocked and clean.Typical pricing.The entrance from the road is a little tricky almost ran off road but there is a sign there with a warning.That was my fault .I will stop again

It's mid day Saturday and there is 1 employee here. I'm waiting too long to be helped! While I'm waiting employee is making time to chat with everyone else. He was nice and found my spark plugs eventually. Rung me out while having conversation with other person...

For some reason I prefer this place over any parts store in town..maybe because it's right outside my neighborhood..or maybe because fine line tinting is nearby

Haven't had problems with the employees here, but the advertising and sales are definitely a bait and switch. Bought wiper blades because they were $10 off. As they rang up it became clear it was a $10 rebate. Which became a $10 gift card rebate. They had an online submission form that was easy... until I got called that they never received anything (duh, it was online). Spent almost 2 hours between emails and phone calls over a week to get $10. Bad company policy.

Online purchase of a battery for the truck. Staff provided the tools I needed to bring the core in at the time of sale to avoid a charge and return trip. Clean store, restroom. Friendly and helpful staff..

Low energy employee, make you feel go back to the computer and order your item online. Avoid pain and suffering of listening employee talking about their personal life instead of paying attention to customers.

Manager there is awesome always have the product I need if I can't find it they find it for me! One time my brake light is burnt out fixed it no charge who does that anymore this place is great!

The manager I believe went out of her way to find parts to improvise s repair. We eerr stranded and she helped us cobble enough parts together to make it home! She is a rockstar. I wish Inhad gotten her name.
