This is hands down the best auto sales in the world!! We got a nice car, a 2015, even without a warranty they fixed the vehicle when its thermostat went bad, for free, and were super helpful and we the car back the same day! They will not put you in a lemon. Mike & Sandy have a heart of gold and are very trust worthy people. I will never buy a car anywhere else but Teresi Auto Sales!!

Teresi Auto Sales is a wonderful, family-owned sales and repair shop. I've taken my van to them a few times, and they've always taken care of us quickly and inexpensively. I just brought the van in today with a fuel line problem, and they were able to fix it on the spot and get us back on the road within the hour! I really feel like Joe, Mike and Sandy care about our family and our safety. They only recommend repairs that are truly necessary, and don't try to pressure us into anything we don't need. We're really glad to have Teresi as our local shop, and I can't recommend them enough!

Joe, Mike & Sandy are just awesome! They are some of the greatest people I ve met in a very long time. I feel very safe & comfortable knowing they have my back with a great ride ! I m not worried about anything going wrong cause I know they will fix it with smiles & are happy to do it for you ! So very helpful, my pickup died I had it towed to them, they figured it out pretty quick, and have me a great price.they then let me wait till I got paid to. pay my bill, these guys are the best. kept me informed the whole way through. Great service , will recommend to ALL.

The Teresi's made my car buying experience better than I ever could have imagined.Let me start by saying that I have never owned a car in my life. I've driven a motorcycle for the past decade or so. Every single day. Unfortunately, it was hit and age is catching indeed catching up with me. I was tired of the Florida heat and rain.I've been terrified of owning a vehicle my entire life. I've seen many people scammed, disappointed, or even down right miserable with their cars. We've all heard about sketchy and slimy car dealers from our peers.Michael and his dad (this is a family owned business after all) helped me find the exact vehicle I have always wanted at a reasonable price. They made sure that my vehicle ran smoothly, was impeccably cleaned, and, most of all, that I was happy and secure with my purchase.They took the time to ensure that the vehicles we considered always stayed well within my monthly budget. They had my paper work ready to go on purchase day. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They walked me through everything, line by line, easing every worry I had.The Teresi's are not in the business of price gouging, or lying, or, frankly, even doing a bad job. They are in the business of bringing happiness to the masses.This is a wonderful family that just happens to sell great cars.Thank you again Michael!

I went to Teresi Auto for an oil change because their reviews were off the charts and I wanted to check them out for myself. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Sandy who was kind and helpful. When I drove up one of the owners, Michael greeted me as I was getting out of my car - great starts! But just the beginning. I met Michael s dad, Joe who my dog fell in love with!! Always trust your dog!! Then in the parking lot was the car of my dreams and when I expressed interest Mike and Joe just simply helped me make it happen! I was treated with respect, kindness, and all things good. At the end, Mike played the guitar and Joe sang-they re both very talented! Their entire staff is hard working and kind. I know this could sound like a paid advertisement but it s not. If you live in Florida and need a used car from fair and honest people who WANT to treat you like family, just simply go to this awesome dealership in Mims, FL!!

OMG! I am super excited! I just got the best deal on a 2017 Dodge Journey. It is immaculately clean, and runs like a dream. The staff treated me like I was a VIP. They are personable and kind. Answered all of my concerns with suggestions and solutions. I was in and out with a new title and a new car in under an hour. It's rare these days to have all of your automotive needs taken care of in one place. I will continue to come to Teresi Auto Sales and Service for all of my automotive needs. More than 5 Stars.

Very kind hearted people. They treat you like family (they are huggers) and help you out as much as they can. We ve been here a few times and they have been unbelievably helpful. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as long as I m local!!! Thank you Teresi Auto!!

Just picked my equinox up today. They were really nice and easy to work with. I told them my down payment and that I had kids. They showed me what they thought would work good for me. Not what they could make more money off of. I Told the owner The wiper blades were shot and he ordered right away from auto zone. It should be a safe reliable vehicle for me and my kids. I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciate Tersei Auto they are truly wonderful people I needed a car to get back-and-forth to work both my jobs and they helped me and went above and beyond assisting me with finding that vehicle just for me the process was easy and they showed me great customer service and hospitality.So if you re in need of a car and your credit isn t the best and your budget is tight definitely go to Tersei Auto they ll help you .

Very fast, cheap, and reliable services. Brought my car in the shop with a couple labor intensive problems and after having to diagnosis the problems, order the parts, and fix the problems, I had my car back within 3 days. The owners are great people as well.

Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. They listened to my needs as a buyer and worked with me to make sure I got a car that met those needs, all while staying within my budget. Easiest car shopping experience I've ever had.

So we got a car from here a few weeks ago, we had some issues, the car broke down I called in and they said get it to them and they would check it out, thanks so Joe and Mike for everything they have done for us as the car blew up and instead of replacing the parts they switched us out into another vehicle yesterday , I got the same payments and same out come all around for the new car I did for the other one. I really appreciate what they have done for us for sure. Great ppl , great services as well . Thank you all again .

I went in today not sure if I d be getting a car or not and left with a 05 Chevy trailblazer and I couldn t have been more happy with the service I got from both father and son!! They are truly amazing people! Even helped me from spending more than I wanted! If I ever get another car again I will definitely be going back here! Also recommending my friends to go here as well! Thank you guys so so much I am beyond grateful and happy with this vehicle!! Go check them out!!

My mother s been dealing with Teresi forever and has bought every car from them as I have very nice staff go the extra mile to take care of the customer and also go to the extra mile to give you a great deal on a great car. They were very nice and personable and did everything to get the numbers I wanted in the deal I wanted highly recommend them to anyone looking for a affordable reliable car

If your looking for a HONEST used car lot... THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!!! I had some issues with the vehicle I was buying from them and they are in the process of fixing them. I will leave another review on e those things are done but so far so good.... Great Family ran business. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome place to perchance your next used vehicle. I promise you will love them as much as my husband and I do.

I can't say enough on how reliable and reasonable this place is. Joe,Mike,Don and Sandy have a heart of gold and are there to help people out. That's exactly what they did with me and my car situation. TRUSTWORTHY! If you run into a bind and need car repairs, do yourself a favor and stop here! Other places I've been to in the past, especially (as a woman) try and take advantage. These people do nothing but quality work! They also gave me a ride back to my house. INCREDIBLE SERVICE! They now have a customer for life. Thanks so much for the HONEST hard work guys 5 start all the way!

Top Notch !! Joe, Sandy & their team make you feel like royalty. Love the old school vibe in their customer waiting room, you get coffee, music and so many things to observe which gave me a flood of child hood memories. Plus the extra perk of meeting the owner who's a fellow musician like myself. Good people in which you can Trust. Thank you for your time and will for sure be back.

This is a great local business. The owner is very professional, polite and cordial. I found my interactions with them very pleasant and trustworthy. Just found out that they do oil changes, too ... So it will be nice to have a someone for our car maintenance needs. Definitely recommend ..

My boyfriend found this friendly family car lot on his way home from work and I m sooo glad he did! He ended up purchasing a car he had his eye on, the ac starting giving us problems a week or 2 after he got it. He called and informed Mr. Joe of the problem and right way was asked to bring the car back so they can check it out. Turns out the ac had went out. We set up an appointment to come back and get it fixed I was expecting to have to pay for the services since it s been at least 2 weeks since we had the car. We didn t have to pay anything just show up on time to the appointment lol! That it self was a blessing and we re grateful for the money we saved not having to pay them!! I m sooo glad he found this comfy family car lot now I have a trust worthy place I can buy a new car from, it s time for an upgrade anyways lol! Thanks Mr. Joe (the owner & father) as well as his son Mike for taking care of us so promptly! Thanks for being such great, friendly and trustworthy people as well now a days you don t find that in this crazy world!! If your in the area, found them on google or happen to ride by like my boyfriend did STOP AND TAKE A LOOK! They will take care of you no matter who you talk even if Mr. Joe isn t there your still in good hands the ladies kept me company while I waited to get the car fixed. Thanks again for everything guys your kindness and generosity will continue to allow you to succeed!! Next time you see me I ll be buying a car lol
