Great store! We are from out of town and got stuck. These guys were awesome!! What great representatives of your company! They cared and did everything they could to direct us to be able to get on the road! Thank you!!!

I went to the store in Mims. Michelle was filling in at that store. She said she's usually at the Port St John store. She assisted me in getting the correct parts for my truck. I was blown away by her knowledge and her amazing customer service. I will only ask for her from now on, and go to whatever store she's at.

Got my car scanned, cylinder 7 misfire. Went home and swapped #7 and #6 coil packs. Came back and the girl gave me attitude right off the bat then when she got outside refused to clear the codes off my car and scan it again so I could see if the misfire moved. She was clueless as to why she should scan it again after I didn t change any parts and couldn t understand the concept of a misfire moving cylinders by swapping coil packs . I have always liked O Reilly but won t ever go back to this location. Much more friendly and knowledgeable at the garden street location. BTW, the misfire moved and a new coil pack fixed it

You get what you pay for is all I gotta say. Mims O'Reillys helped us put in a thermostat they purchased for us. After changing the water pump out Nissan Sentra was still overheating, so they were very helpful and even let us use some tools and came back out to check everything was good and we were satisfied. GREAT Customer service and Chivalry!

The manager smells like whiskey from 5 feet away. Everyone seems to come in to search for some obscure automotive part so making a simple purchase in less than 10 minutes is impossible. I'm not sure if they're aware that they can do that online, and buy it for cheaper without interrupting my day.

I have been dealing with them for 20 plus years in four different states. They are very helpful and will help you find the parts. Even if it has to come from somewhere else. Yes sometimes you get a bad part but they have always taken care of it. Yes I have shopped the other stores but O'Reilly's is the best.

Overpriced, a few of the staff are friendly, but for the most part, I do not enjoy interacting with the counter staff. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

Always a pleasure doing business with my local OReilly's there always there to help fast friendly people who care about there customers it's the only place I buy parts for all my vehicles tell em Dave sent you

So I walk in at 9:03 am there s a lady behind a counter a skinny lady chit chatting away with a customer nothing related to parts. I was never greeted or nothing a lot of talking in the back room of associates. Im literally in front of the cashier which is the lady looking for an item and she sees me not once she asked if I needed help or anything she just kept talking and laughing away. This lady has no customer service skills at all. The gentleman she was talking to detours away and she s still looking at me no greetings nor if I needed help really bad customer service on her behalf. Then she just runs to the back and stillDoesn t ask me. This is horrible

If your looking for the (wrong parts) this is the store for you. Staff has no clue what automotive parts are. I call them for a part I know they have on the shelf. And was told they would have to order it. And it was 29.99. So 5 minutes later I go to the store to pick up the part. And there on the shelf it sits for 19.99. Like there website told me. Sales girl gives me an attitude because she was wrong like I told her on the phone. They are batting 0-4.They have held me up on the last 3 jobs with the wrong parts. Today would have been the forth. And I only used them 4 times.

My 1978 Mitsubishi tractor lower radiator hose blew. It has a diesel 3 cylinder Isuzu motor in it. Finding parts isn't always easy. I came to this location to find something to work as a replacement. I wish I got his name but the guy was very nice. He even took me back to the "land of radiator hoses" lol. Found out a 6 clyd jeep Cherokee hose from the early 2000's works great lol. I highly recomend this place. The people here made what could been a tough issue an easy one.

The manager and his staff at this location were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their willingness to find solutions to the issues I faced combined with their positive attitudes are the main reasons I will continue to patronize this location for all of my automotive needs!
