Amazing shop! Fun & friendly people you get to meet the whole family! Went to buy a c10 walked out with a feels like home experience. Truck is absolutely amazing runs great & has had fantastic quality work done on & totally worth the price! Highly recommend!

Great, organized clean old school shop! My husband and I bought a road glide today and just are so thrilled with the whole experience. Francis and his mother were very kind and efficient. They were both very knowledgeable and we appreciated that. No need to negotiate because they have fair prices. We do not live close to their shop but it was well worth the drive. Their collection of bikes are impressive. We support family business and this shop is one of our favs now. We will be telling everyone about Gray Beards!

My boyfriend and I went looking for my 1st bike about a week ago and finally we found the right bike for the right price and gray beards!!Beautiful bike!! My new favorite thing! The customer experience was on par as well, helpful and hospitable.An old timey experience for sure way less stressful than going into a modern day dealership. Thanks guys for helping me find my beautiful bike.

Hands down the best place in central Florida if you in the market for a used motorcycle! I went there on a day they were closed, and I didn t realize it until I got there. I decided to call their phone number to inquire about a bike I was interested in. They answered the phone immediately and came up to the shop on their day off just to take care of me. You don t find that kind of service anymore! Best prices around, best selection around, and hands down the best customer service! I don t recommend any other motorcycle shop but this one!!!!

Gotta tell u iv been riding bikes building and painting them for a good 43 yrs bought alot of bikes from alot of shops in my life over a cpl months my wife and I have been looking for new bike and no one has been honest about the condition or running of there bikes went to grey beards to see custom fat boy advertised online not only was it what they said but better and cheaper priced then any one like it It was first time there but not the last honest people with no haggle deals u can't beat if u r looking for nice bike at a great rate make greybeards your first stop I promise you won't keep looking. I never give reviews but had to on this place love my new Fatboy loved the price to say the least I will send all my friends there looking to buy or sell there honest and amazing bikes. Don't want your time see them first.

Good Guys. Motorcycle Guys.Accurate Description- Excellent.When you arrive, you're seeing what you're expecting.Haven't purchased a bike there yet but, I expect that to happen within the next few days.Even if I don't get this particular bike, I'd shop there again.

I recently sold Francis two ATVs and the transaction was very smooth. He is very friendly and professional in all that he does. I must say that Francis is one if the few people left with a firm hand shake. That means a lot. He is a great dude!

Awesome selection of used bikes. If you can't find something you like here odds are you are looking for something that doesn't exist. I just bought a Road King from them and got a great deal on it. One other nice thing about these guys is they don't try to stick a made up dealer fee on the bikes, you pay for the bike, taxes, and state tag fees...that's it. Driving out to this store from Tampa was definitely worth it. This is now my go to whenever I need another bike.

GRAY BEARD!!Great place with and old timey feel not only did we find the perfect bike for my girlfriend but she found an awesome pair of used gloves and I got a helmet! About as easy going as the cat that just comes and goes as he pleases at the barn these guys are the last of the authentic bike shops these guys are professional without being to overwhelming for first time buyers. Thanks guys and cat.

I want to thank Gray Beards Cycle Barn for purchasing my HD motorcycle. I listed my MC on FB market place and was overwhelmed with the response. I was impressed when contacted by Francis. He was very professional from start to finish. He drove to me to see the MC prepared with trailer and check. The transaction was handled professionally by him and gave me a good price for a great MC. He followed up with a Bill of Sale, which made me feel safe that the MC was going to be titled properly. Thank you again, find a good driver for it, it s a great MC. Ride Safe!!!

We came to look at the bikes they had and as we pulled in our water pump broke and water was pouring out on their pavement which we found out as the owner is hatefully telling us why didn't we park in the grass? I understand he was upset but it just broke as we pulled in never once did they ask if we needed help or even ask if we were ok. I have never seen people like that who can't understand accidents happen and was so hateful and rude to a potential client as we're ready to purchase one.....

I went here because my shadow broke down and it was my main mode of transportation so I needed something that s cheap, runs good, and quickly. I went here with one in mind from their website but unfortunately it was sold when I got there. I wish I could remember his name but the guy working instantly found me an 800 Vulcan that runs fantastic for cheap. Even counting the aesthetic damage to the motorcycle, I still think I paid half of what the bike was actually worth. When I go out shopping for a newer bike I will definitely be stopping here first, you guys were a life saver.

GREAT motorcycle shop. This guy is the definition of Jack of all trades . Hard worker , dedicated and always goes above and beyond for anyone who walks in the door. Very great family.. The sales guy Francis is not too bad on the eyes either ;-)

Rode out from Clermont Saturday to sell my tri glide expecting to be there awhile. Told my wife to give me a 30 minute head start so I could do the paperwork. Lol. Called her when I was done she was still 25 minutes away. Fastest deal I've ever done. Gave me time to look around, almost rode home on another bike. Nice selection at great prices...Thanks Francis you rock!

They lured me in with fraudulent Facebook ads for bikes that mysteriously sell before my scheduled appointment (by Francis) to look at them. I made the appointment on Sunday afternoon for Tuesday when they reopened for the week . Never was I informed of another interested party or was I urged to put a deposit down to secure the bike (which I would've gladly done). So today with my Financials in line I go back to revisit the Facebook market ad and see it's listed as "sold" I then texted Francis to get no response? Then I go to fb messenger to the message that gave me Francis's info and asked if it was marked sold because I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow when you reopen or ? Apparently when you're closed to one person you might not be closed for another person in the Gray Beards business plan...so if you're looking for a "new to you" bike I'd consider every other option before making the horrible decision to do business with them...I hate to give a negative review but when it's necessary it's NECESSARY!

All I can say .Is carefree sale ! Be truthful on what you re selling and it will be smooth as a baby s butt Francis looked over bike and was told exactly what he seen. Great guy ! Best of Luck to more carefree sales !
