Changed for services that were not performed. Double charged for tire warranty after being given a defective tire. They did put a rim bent beyond repair on my new tire instead of swapping with the spare. Basically they were careless and when confronted about it they were rude. We came just for a tire change which took them about 2 hours when they said maybe only less than an hour. On the way home truck stalled out twice and now miss firing. We called that same day, which no one answered since it was 15 minutes till they closed. The following day we called and of course took an hour to talk to someone. They said it wasn't their fault and take it to a mechanic. They didn't even test anything. Looked at the video to see if someone messed with it. Poor service. Didn't make us feel any better or try to help. Will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone. They will mess your ride up just to get more money out of you!!Service: Auto tire replacement

I had been treated very well and glad to get done with the things I wanted done on my truck and respectful to me as well and I am happy for the cost of my bill I was pleased with as well. I have to see how my work done works out for me to say anything about yet but service's done at the TLE part of Walmart was very pleased

Stopped by after a Google search for the tires that were on my car. They were no in stock but ordered and came in the next day. Showed up late after work and they got me in and changed the tires in under 1 hour. Great service great people, no problem what so ever.Service: TiresService: Tires

Close to home, very quick. Everyone that I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. The man at the cash register was very nice and friendly and polite. I recommend this place and I will be coming back!

I have to say I'm impressed. I have called around to many oil change facilities; all of which charge upwards of $80 for a full synthetic oil change..... I have been paying that price at my local dealership. Recently have taken my car to get an oil change at Walmart and for the same quality of oil I paid $54!!!! Only going to Walmart for oil changes (yes I can do them myself but I'm too busy)

It was after hours, for the tire folks. There was one guy left cleaning up. Odd sight to see a man doing that so my mother and I just stared for a few. He noticed our lost expressions and ask if he could help us. I was looking for a spare tire for my car. Mine just rolled away.... More like a roll flop roll flop, I would imagine. I look at trailer tires they had every shade of black you could imagine. Options. That's good. No seriously that dude was super nice and put up with us. Where do you think I got my winning personality..... nope.... My dad. Hope everyone is having a day! Hope tomorrow you have another!Watson Out!

Went to buy 2 replacement batteries for a boat; website stated they had them in stock. They didn't. Verify inventory before lugging old batteries into the store.

they were working shot-handed this morning Kelly (register person) very nice , manager was called in , changed & balanced 4 new tires , with a smile & nod !!! I was in & out in record time.!!!

5 stars for now. So far I've only needed a battery, which they were super helpful to help me find and put in my cart since I am a lady. They were very Gentlemanly. :) and I needed a tire pump on another occasion. Lots to choose from. Good prices. Overall. My experience has been great!

Just needed a plug or patch on my tire. Tire was already off the vehicle. Very rudely told "we don't have time for you or that today". Now I remember why I no longer have anything to do with the automotive service department anymore. That is why long ago I gladly chose to spend more for my tires and services elsewhere.

They typically do a good job. Get my oil changed here everytime. Knocking off two stars due to a one time issue. They forgot to replace my air filter after taking off the old one. So I was driving with no air filter. I had no idea until I drove off and my car was making a strange noise. I parked and called them. Apparently they already knew. I would not have been so upset if they had called me immediately, rather than me having to call them back and ask them what they did to my car.

They need help in the garage. Call ahead even if you made appointment call again so you don't wait long.and.male sure.if your getting tires there that they have them ready to be.put on not lost

Horrible!!!!!!......DON'T GO! ...Good afternoon please help. I recently purchased a 2014 Fusion Hybrid from the Pensacola KIA dealership. The car has proven itself to be a good car with no issues. The car indicated it was time for an oil change. I took my car to Walmart to have the oil change done On 6/17/7 . I was instructed to return on 10/18/17 for the next Oil Change. Unfortunately the day before my next appointment 10/17/17 I was on the way home at 3 a.m. when my car stranded me on top of the Pensacola Bridge without any known reason. 10/18/17 I had the car towed to the Ford dealership for diagnostic testing10/18/17. I also contacted my extended warranty company. Through the both of them, extended warranty and ford mechanics with years of experience it was discovered the motor in the car had locked up due to no oil being in the vehicle 10/19/17. I spoke with extended warranty investigator who stated it look like Walmart was the last one who changed the oil, he also stated that he investigates for them as well, and that extended warranty could not take care of this because he had evidence of wrong doing by another company. 10/19/17 At this time I made a trip to Walmart to speak with the store manager who apologized and told me he would help me put together the claim 10/19/17. However, days later I was contacted by Walmart corporate claims department stating they would not take care of the charges due to the fact the car was due for another oil change for going over some mileage 10/23/17 At this time I made contact with Ford dealership experience mechanics and also the investigator who stated if the car missed a oil change it could possibly result some dirty oil, but that would not justify the oil filter coming off of the vehicle 10/23/17 which was in the findings of their earlier investigation. The oil filter had come off and all the oil had ran out of the vehicle over time. I attempted to contact Walmart corporate claims department again and speak with the supervisor.10/24 He then stated it was out of his hands and wanted to know why should the company have to be responsible. And he denied the claim as well I asked to speak with his supervisor I was put through to his supervisors voicemail I left a message asking him to return the call on the 10-26-17 his supervisor return the call asking do I have a lawyer and if I did he would like a copy of the representation letter and he will be happy to speak with me however I did not have a legal counselor he told me the claim would be denied and I can call him back ..I really need help with this I have two little girls I am trying to raise. God blessed me with a car now, now I am paying for a car that I cannot use. I simply went to have an oil change and this is the results. The ford dealership estimates the damage to be $8,000 that I do not have. I have contacted the bank who I am financing my car with, they were generous enough to defer two payments and tried to give me some legal contact information to help take care of this situation. This was disappointing to them as well. After speaking to my insurance company I went to have a friends car washed and spotted some familiar faces at the car wash that use to be employees at Walmart. I explained my situation before I can finish he stated let me guess they did not put your oil filter back on and all your oil leaked. With this being said he told me the same thing happened to him. 10/25/17 Could someone please help me out with this I cannot afford to be carless. I got the car about 8 months ago. I don t know anyone here nor do my kids. I can t be stuck in this position.. Please help

Literally first people in tire lane. Been here three dang hours. I asked what was going on. Lady said there was three people ahead of us. When we were first.do not come to this Wal-Mart unless you want to wait forever. This costed me a lot of time and money.i recommend big ten tires. I was hoping to give it no stars.

They re a little cheaper than other competitors but take forever. I ve waited 2 hours+ before on an oil change. So if you re in a rush, don t come here. If not and don t want to spend as much, it s fine.

Went to Walmart in Pace to get tires July 5 no tires that was advertised. Waited till July 8 when truck should come in. Still no tires I ask for. Had to go with a higher price tires.

Typical Walmart. In Automotive they don't have catalogs for the various filters and other parts or an electronic catalog like they do in other stores. The markings for the aisles are impossible to decifer, using their app that points to a certain aisle is useless, I still have to find an employee to ask, or walk aimlessly till I find it.
