These guys have been my go to shop since I've been on two wheels. John the owner is a pool of knowledge and is so willing to help walk you through your problems in order to reach the solution that works for your bike and your wallet. If you don't want just another wrench turner, and you're looking for a real rider to work on your issues, bring your baby up to Turn One and they'll have it sorted.

I can't speak highly enough of the shop and guys who work here. After 700 miles of riding into Milton; my tires were roached from the cheese grater that is I-85. I popped in the next morning and they had exactly what I needed and got me setup within an hour. I wish they were closer to home. Anytime I'm back down there they will at least get a visit from me even if I don't require their services.

These guys are awesome. They definitely helped me out and did everything as fast as they could. Kept in touch with me throughout the entire process of getting my bike fixed. They were very knowledgeable even on a bike that had a complete redesign in 2021. Thanks guys!!!!

Spectacular price for extraordinary service!I had issues with the paint within my tank peeling and getting sucked into the fuel system. These guys were not able to re-seal the inside of the tank but were happy to hold my bike until I could find a paint shop that was willing to take on the job (was not easy). When I got the tank back they worked very quickly without issue to get my Harley back up and running like a dream (replacement fuel system parts and hoses/lines/seals/checked fluids). They even washed it up a bit for me.Once again thank you for your patience with me getting that tank back and getting me up and running with ease of mind!

I've been going to Turn One over 10 years. They are the best in the panhandle for motorcycles. My brother lives up north and can't find another good shop. We are so lucky. John always fits me in without fail. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. You get what you pay for and safety on a motorcycle is everything. You are in good hands. I've used Turn One 3 times in the past 5 years. Very responsive, professional staff and super affordable. Just picked up my Kawasaki today that apparently was finished a week ago and they called and left several voicemail to try to tell me it was done early (sorry guys). They can pick up your bike if it's not running as well. Definitely my favorite bike shop in the area.

Excellant serviceTook my R3 Roadster for dyno work. (Due to a dealer in Louisiana). John had to build a custom map. Excellant in all gears and throttle response i wanted. They kept me very well informed on what was going on 100% of the timeThey not only earned my business but also my respect.Famtastic job by Turn One

Really great customer service as well as quality work on my bike. They were able to quickly order tires and brakes. Installation process went very well and they made it very easy for me schedule-wise. Looking to buy a motorcycle and was having a really good conversation with one of the sales/ mechanics and another guy came over and rudely interrupted , basically stabbed in between us and turned his back to me. A beta move most definitely. although I ain't got time to straighten kids out even if they are 37 years old.So I'll just take my $20,000 and go work with somebody that's got a little bit of Common Sense

This shop is fantastic. Just brought in my "new" 2003 Honda VTX 1800C that I bought last month and she needed some love. Picked it up today and this girl runs so smooth now. Thanks to all Turn One Performance Crew for making my ride safe and enjoyable to ride. You have my business for the future!

This shop is a go to for sure. John installed a full exhaust, intake, and tune. The bike runs phenomenal. Would recommend 10/10.

John runs a great business! I have always heard if you want it done right then bring it to him. When I was in need of repairs I brought in the atv. Very precise with repair and actually starts & also runs better than it did when it was new. All in the set up! I will continue to send people in need to him for them to receive the same great service I did and I will also bring future service & repairs to his location of business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!There are plenty Motorcycle shops in the Pensacola area, but I chose to take my bike to Turn One Performance based on recommendations from friends and reviews online. I am VERY GLAD that I chose this shop. They did a fantastic job on fixing my bike. I have a Ninja ZX6R that was dropped by movers when I moved down here.John was very professional with his work and treats your belongings as if it was his. To be honest, I am always nervous about taking my bike to anyone - you just don't know how the mechanic will treat it. The guys at Turn One are super detail oriented and provide very high quality work. I am very picky about who works on my bike and John surpassed me expectations. Thank you!

On a recommendation from a motorcycle dealer in Pensacola, I took my '06 BMW K1200R to John at Turn One for a tune/dyno. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I cannot say enough good things about how my bike runs now - never better thanks to Turn One. John is very professional and told me exactly what he could do for me. My next tune will be st Turn One. Turn one performance went out of there way to help me when I got stranded in Florida due to an issue with my zx14. They not only fixed my bike in a timely fashion they took me in like family and gave me a place to stay while the part had to be ordered! They went above and beyond with there professionalism and customer service. They not only got me back on the road for a 800 mile ride back home, they let me know what my current bike mechanic did wrong. I highly recommend you stop in to see John for all your motorcycle needs!...

These guys are great! I was new to the area and needed some work done on my KTM which was used. Drove in on a Saturday morning to get the brake fluid replaced and even though they were busy they finished before their closing time in only a few hours and also fixed other parts on my bike that needed tightening free of charge. Awesome service and pricing and is one of the few genuine "small guy" shops today. Will definitely be returning in the future.

John the owner is a super nice guy. Did all around service on my 2013 Kawasaki Z1000, very happy. They also have a Dyno for fine tuning your bike. Will be going back for future service.

Took my bike in on Saturday unscheduled, and in 30 minutes John found the problem and had it fixed. He also will explain to you what he's doing and why to give you a little knowledge as well. Extremely professional and helpful, this has been my third time in the shop and I have no issues with it.

Went in at 9am this morning to get a new chain and sprocket set. The mechanic was very friendly. I had already ordered my parts and they were in as John said they would be. The work was done promptly and the mechanic pointed everything out to me that he saw that needed to be corrected, without the "you have to buy it now from me" sales pitch. I will be glad to use them again. The price was right and the service was spot on.

John came in on a day off to try to fix a tire on my bike. He was unable to fix it however so a replacement was done and he had it next day. Very good rates for labor!! Very personable and knowledgeable.

Fantastic work From John and his team! I ve taken every bike I ve had with all kinds of issues. They always have the solution to my problems within minutes. Pricing is always fair for the job at hand. It s the only place in NWF to take your bike.

Turn One Performance performed a 50,000-mile service on my motorcycle. The personnel provides a friendly and professional service while keeping you updated on the progress, answering any question you may have, and notifying you of any issues needing attention. I would not hesitate to bring my bikes in for service in the future, and I'm please with the results. Thank you.

Had to swap rear tire on my F6B. I brought the wheel and the new tire to them and they changed it out for me while I waited. No muss, no fuss. No "you didn't buy the tire from us so we're going to over-charge for the mounting & balancing & valve stem."Just great guys looking to make an honest living - and I'll support that 100%. Tomorrow I'm taking the front wheel in for rubber swap. Looking forward to the same experience!

Very knowledgeable and great people to work with. I got my bike tuned, and am extremely pleased with the results. It didn t feel rushed, but it did feel like all the time needed was taken for a great result. I highly recommend Turn One Performance!!

I took my 2006 V Rod here to have it tuned because it was running rich and not at it's prime. John put it on the Dyno and did a Custom Tune on it and it is night and day difference my bike runs great . It's been a little over a month since he tuned it and I'm extremely happy with the performance of my bike and service they provided at Turn One. Thanks for the great work.
