While on I-10 our TPMS indicated a tire with a slow leak so we exited immediately and were referred to this shop. James got us in reasonably quickly and was able to patch our tire instead of having to buy a new one. Friendly techs.

Fast, Courteous and professional. Changed out all 4 tires on my trailer in 1 hour. Mounted, balanced and new valve stems.

Do not use these crooks. Took my truck to have a brake job because the brakes were speaking. When I got my truck back, the brakes still sqeaked. Took my truck back and they drove it around and claimed they couldn't hear anything. After picking my truck up, the brakes sqeaked again on the way home. Returned yet again for them to tell me that they were to backed up to get to me that day, the parking lot was almost empty with several bays open so I left. I returned today with videos where you can plainly hear the brakes speaking and the guy behind the counter claimed he could only hear road noise when it is clear as day the speaking, so I started to chuckle a little because I could see where this was going and he got mad. I was sitting in the parking lot about to leave this review when one of the "mechanics" came out and asked what the issue was so I let him listen to the video for him to tell me that it was just "hot brakes". I asked if it was just hot brakes why didn't it do it before and why doesn't every car in Florida sqeak, which he had no answer for. This place has went downhill fast since Scott quit running it. My advice is to stay far far away from these crooks that just want your money and take zero responsibility for any issues

I brought my girlfriends flat tire in on friday afternoon and the fella told me he couldn't promise he could get to it today but i could leave it there and they would call me. Fair enough. On saturday, i called them and they were closed. The wouldn't open up until Monday. I assumed they would be open on saturday. My girlfriend had to catch a ride with a coworker. When i went in monday to pick up the tire the guy said the hours are right on the front door. Okay, i could have noticed that, but the guy could have said that they were not open saturday or that it wouldn't be ready until monday. Either way, i think they are too darn busy. I think the guy over at vannoys wouldn't have let me make that mistake. Maybe i expect too much, but if you think that is the level of customer care you like, go ahead and give them your business. I am not coming back.

Awesome customer service little on the pricey side but I do believe you get what you pay for && it was worth every penny. Thank you for getting me back on the road again!

I called on a Thursday and they got me in on a Friday and finished by 2pm! Great prices and quality work.But what really stood out to me was when I dropped my car off at 7:30am a lady in front of me had arrived stating that her oil light had just come on, and she just drove here from Colorado where she had just had her oil changed prior to the drive. The man at the counter was kind enough to get her oil level checked and told her the service center in Colorado probably just forgot to reset the oil light. He had a tech check her oil and reset the light. Kindness matters!I was just delighted to see them take the time to check her vehicle out for her even though they had a busy day ahead of them.Very impressed and I will be back.

BEWARE!! No accountability, they did not clean before placing lock pin for Universal joint, which resulted in my drive shaft being disconnected while driving 70 miles an hour. I would have been better off not having them do the work

Don t let the outside style of shop fool you. I took my modified is300 up there to get an alignment. They did an outstanding job.

Do NOT use this place. My husband, Matthew, had low tire pressure and used to ONLY trust these people, so he went there for them to fix his tire. Well, we were told that the tire was no good and that he needed a new tire. We tell them to go ahead and put the new tire on there. Two days later, the tire goes flat, completely. We were out of town and took it to a place in that town, we seen and were told by the mechanic that the tire was NOT new. The fix-a-flat that Tires Ect. used started leaking out of the air valve AND the tire. We were charged for a new tire, and the old tire was put on the car. If we weren t paying attention, it could have caused a really bad accident. They will be hearing from our attorney come Monday morning.

Fairly decent business they stand behind their work and always do a good job. I always bring my vehicles here for anything tire related, Only thing lacking and the reason I didn t leave a five star review is they don t have the best friendly customer service. Wyatt is a great guy and does a fantastic job with the customers but most of the other employees act like they couldn t care less, sometimes they are Short, Curt and almost act as if your concerns are an inconvenience to them. If all the employees showed concern as much as Wyatt this would definitely be a 5 star business. As a business operator I believe friendly customer service should be a top priority.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I ve had good service and work for many of those years but the last year I had nothing but trouble brought my daughters van in to be serviced. They put on the wrong oil filter. We had to bring it back because it would barely run, then later on, I brought my daughters van in to get serviced again and they yelled at my daughter because they couldn t get it done that day after they said they could but since then they have made more changes so I gave them another chance.I brought my car in for an oil change and tires rotated and balanced ,paid for the oil change drove off got a quarter mile down the road and my back tire fell off. They had forgot to put the Lugnuts on. Tore up the inside of my rim and bent the rotor cover. They drove over, put the tire back on and the Lugnuts. They wanted me to bring the car back leave it for a day for them to try to have the rim fixed. I m waited for the call. Three weeks later they tried to set up a time for me to leave my car, a whole day lost because they don t put Lugnuts on. I decided to have someone else check it and will never come back again. I regret this happening because I ve been there for so long but it s time to move on.

These are the Good Guys!!! Iarrived late in the day Friday with a nail in my tire and 45 minute drive from home. They were booked solid til closing at 5. But James said I'll get it done. And they did!!!

So, I needed two new tires. The ones to be replaced were very clearly identified to staff at tires etc. The tires both had a slow leak. They ended up replacing the wrong tires. They replaced one good tire & one bad. Essentially, it looks like they replaced what THEY wanted & not what they were told to replace. That, or they weren t listening. Despite being told very clearly what tires needed replacing. On top of that, they WILL try & upsell you on EVERYTHING as they did to us. Avoid this shop.

Great service and super fast! Pulled off I-10 with a razor blade in my tire, one shop down the road would not help me so I drove to these guys and I wish I would have stopped here first. They got me in very quickly even though they were busy, and took care of me. They are more appreciated than they know especially with having two young children in the car with me. Did not charge an arm and a leg and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes to get back on the road. Thank you all for a great experience and being so helpful!

They are a fairly okay company they need to get some better people for there staff some of them are very rude. They are understaffed as well most of the time. They are almost the only option left now that discount tires original owner passed away and Daddios tires had to go out of business because he was trying not to take advantage of people during the beginning of the pandemic.

We have used tires etc for car maintenance and buying tires for many years. Recently the service has lacked and efficiency. They could improve their services about calling the customers back when they say they will. This place does not run as smoothly as when Scott managed IT but they do excellent repairs on your car.

I was super disappointed today. I understand it's a holiday weekend but I felt put off up there today. I walked in my tire with one I just needed put on the rim, they told me 20 minutes. I thought not bad because I had my toddler with me and they took over two hours!! My husband wanted to just leave we sat there through a storm, it was horrible and when I finally had enough I went to ask after he said it was almost done and it was just sitting around back there! They are not organized and I know people after us had there's repaired first, I definitely will not go back there and I'm a pretty patient person. I think because what we needed was a cheap fix it wasn't important to them so next time I need more expensive work I guess it will be somewhere else.

Dropped my car off for a oil change 3 hours later waiting I asked how much long went outside to see the tech went off on me like he wanted to fight or something. Must unprofessional place the management didn't say a word to me about his crappie attitude. And I didn't say anything rude at all. If you are busy don't tell someone you can have it done and not be able to do it. I really hope the owner see this message. There is more to the story

Great service and polite. Anytime I have taken my car there they will call and let you know what is needed to be done and give you the quote before working on your vehicle. Never had any issues and they are one of the best in town to have your car done. They are honest and will let you know how long it will take to have your car done. I have sent my parent's and a few others to get there car done here. They have been happy since I recommended them here.

I came in for a super simple issue, a leaky valve stem which shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to change out. I sat and waited for an hour or more before my car even got pulled up and then another hour once it was pulled up which seemingly only happened because I kept walking into the office trying to find someone to ask how much longer.

They did amazing on my car. I just needed to change the tire on my car and turns out there are locking lug nuts and I was never given a key when I bought it. They told me they could get them off without no damage to the car. Later they found a key and actually ended up giving it to me. Loved them would definitely use them again, my only problem was when I got back to my car there is black I guess grease spots all over the inside door and seats and they re tan leather so it was very noticeable.

Highly recommended! Honest, trustworthy, reliable, service, at extremely reasonable prices! I had a sticky situation with a tire, and Tires Etc. was recommended to me, and I'm so glad they were! They do much more than tires, too! And I'm very pleased with their services, rates, and quality of work! That tire problem I had was a blessing in disguise because it lead to my discovery of these awesome guys!Tip: Get there early in the morning before the line forms outside their doors (before they open). Seriously. They stay that busy (always a good sign). And it's first come first serve.

Edited: Customer service has suffered greatly since Scott retired. Scott always worked with the customers, nowadays the customer is never right. I have a truck that had an inside sidewall blowout on tires that were about 5 months old. They said I hit something, which I know I didn't, and so they did not honor the warranty, so I had to pay for a new tire. Now, same brand tires on another car I have that are only 2 months old and again, nice clear day and the inside sidewall had a blowout. Took the tire to Tires Etc. and again, they say I hit something, nothing on the roadway and it was a nice sunny day. Again, they would not replace the tire, and like last time they wanted to send it off. This time, however, I took it back as evidence. Kind of hard to believe that I would have two identical blowouts, different vehicles, new tires, same brand tire.Please, steer clear of this place if you value your safety and wallet.Original post: Always great service. Have used Tires Etc for years and Scott has always provided outstanding customer service.

Tires Etc. was a Godsend!My Family and I were traveling to Floria an caught a nail in the tire. Other tire shops were asking for $179+....Tires Etc. Patched the tire and wished us a safe and happy trip...no charge because of our attitude. Excellent and friendly service! All Praises!
