Cannot reccommend this shop.I used this shop last year and the only issue that I had was they killed my truck battery but generally did a good job. This year I brought my truck back (Ford F350) for a detail job and I had nothing but issues. The cleanest part of the truck was under the hood (I didn't ask for) which they upcharged me for, and the interior of the truck (which I wanted clean) was not even close to clean - it looked like a quick vacuum job.The missed things like the driver/passenger seat tracks, driver/passenger seat headrests, stuck on food debris in the backseat from my toddler, missed the rubber window seal along the backseat, missed vacuuming between the seats in the front where the sides meet, didn't hit the door handles on the inside where fingers touch, left sap on the exterior of my paint, didn't wash the truck bed so it was still full of debris/dirt/sap, did not wash the tire rims I could still wipe dirt off with my fingers, "washed/waxed" the truck but left haze and smears, failed to wash the floor mats, and once again left me with a dead battery. So $416 later for a bad detail job and a dead battery, I was promised by Charley the floor manager that the owner would give me a partial reimbursement on my card (its been a week and she won't call me back), and while they did offer to fix it by redoing the job, I'm still not happy with the lack of professionalism.The redo, which only took them an hour, was not a complete redo, they only addressed what I showed them, and my truck still doesn't look like it was "detailed" by professionals. This shop needs to be honest - they sell tires, and leave it at that. I could've done a better job for less the time, no dead battery and much cheaper, at a drive in carwash with a vacuum by myself.

Called for a price quote, was told to leave my name and number and would receive a call back in an hour , a week later still no call . Called back to try and get the quote was told can bring my vehicle and leave it and it should be between $375 to $475 for a headliner replacement these people are crazy

Friendly only goes so far. And that they are. I purchased a tire for $148.73 on a Thursday and was told I would receive a call Friday before noon and following that I could come there and they d install the tire. They did not call, and when I did call, they didn t have the tire, they said they d call me within 30 minutes after they figured out what happened to my tire. They did not call back. After an hour, I did. After that call we settled on 3:30 for me to arrive there, the tire was in route. I thought. When I arrive, after being greeted by a friendly staff and waiting where they instructed I wait to have my tire installed, I was approached by a member of their staff and told I needed to pay them an additional $50. Why? because that s how much this tire that they had sent over cost, above and beyond the tire I ordered. I went out to my car. Looked up the tire that they were trying to sell me for an additional $50 that would put my total now instead of $148 just at $200 and the very first place I found had it for sale for $135. I showed her what I found, hoping she would do anything to try to accommodate me in the face of their many errors. Anything, even five dollars off of this surprise 50 additional dollars would ve sufficed quite honestly. They were friendly when they refused. But like I said, friendly, only goes so far, needless to say I left there without a tire. But most importantly, I left there with no intentions to ever return. And most importantly,I do not recommend this friendly staff that doesn t go all too far to make a happy return customer satisfied. Very sincerely yours, Brandon.Service: Tires

After dealing with this company months ago I should ve know better. They charged me for an inspection, never would sent the insurance company any of the proper documentation. After a month we found a company to handle the car.So I call for a tire, get charged, the next day my sun comes in No tire oh all of a side. $100. More all they have is a new one. Total disregard for anyone s inconvenience, and then accused me of making racial slurs after pointing out their unprofessional behavior.! No we don t need more business like this in our it town!! How is that racial??? Because you re not being upfront an honest with a customer! Yeah no thanks! We ll take out business elsewhere! Even the insurance rep questioned the company?? Was that racial??

Very friendly staff. Horrible workmanship. Mobile service is paid upfront. $400 to simply wash & rinse a 5th wheel and HD Truck. Sounded fair. They were here no more than 40 minutes and left long streaks untouched. I showed one employee before they left. The owner offered to touch it up, lol, not do it right. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

I was coming from Florida back to Texas and I had tire issues and I went to pep boys they couldn't help me and referred me to tire Depot and that's when I met ms.selena and she helped me with my tires and even put them on for free she was amazing. She is gonna order me new tires when I'm ready and I will only be doing business with tire Depot because of her!Service: Tires

I ve had a boat there 5 years and gotten nothing but the run around.Had half the upholstery redone and it came back white instead of white and brown.So payed him another $1100 and he s had 3 different people work on it that lost the boards and hardware and he won t return calls and the half of the new upholstery is in the boat in the sun for 4 years now headed into the 5th year and still haven t got it back.Hard to pick it up missing so much stuff to get someone else to do it.

Went there 5 times when they say their open with the open sign on only to find that they were closed 4 of the 5 times. The one time I got service it was friendly and fairly priced.
