It s time to leave a review for this store. It s my local store right up the road, they always have what I need and even know how to make the customers laugh. Steven has helped me out a few times when I ve gone in, always polite and helps get the parts I need; rest of the crew there are great too. If they don t have it they will get it. Recommend folks stop in here vs the other stores, you will find what you need and hear a good joke or two from the fellas behind the counter.

Awesome customer service, Barbara Ann was the best. I went in to get a battery for my remote fob and they were out. She suggested the Dollar tree next door first gold star for her. The Dollar store was out when I came out there she was with the battery that she kept looking for. Gold start number 2 and then she even replaced it for me while standing there Gold star number 3. In a world where customer service is a dying art form she still has it perfected. Will defiantly go to them when I need any auto supplies. The Best.

Spend my life looking for parts I swear to God I'm here I'm there I'm everywhere looking for different parts for different things to do fortunately enough I come across the right place the right time and some places are nicer than others this was one of those places the gentleman helped me out and got me the parts I need it thank you again for being there when I needed you

Jason is an outstanding Manager! The store is inviting and the parking area is ample. Best auto shop in town, best price and best service/installation. Team O'Reilly replaced the batteries for my key fobs in no time at a great price today! Thank you Team!

Walked in. I said excuse me. The worker said "if it's a question I'm no mechanic. I just sell parts." Didn't even care to get paid to try and listen. I knew it was a mistake trying to come back after years of avoiding this parts store. Auto Zone is always great! Take your business next store to Auto Zone. Avoid this location if you can

Absolutely unprofessional organization blaming short falls on their computer. Order a distributor for $47 and the next day two hours later than told a distributor arrives for $145. We are told they sent the wrong part and they will next day one and discount for our inconvenience. Second day, Monday, Labor Day a holiday they try to tell us the other is discontinued but they can give us this one for $87. I told him i would want them to make good on their promise and sell me the one for the price they quoted like any other organization would do and i was told you aren't getting this for that price i would buy a set of fuzzy dice from this store.

Great prices, great people to help you get what you need. Store always clean. Always met with a smile. Just be sure that their lifetime warranty is not just for a year. Always parking in front of store. Some employees are much better at looking up parts than others.

I normally do business here but since the passing of a wonderful person there it went down hill fast! Tried getting parts for several vehicles and they just shrug me off of any assistance or knowledge of the item to cross over if it is out. They have totally lost my 10 years as a customer and now faithfully turn to Advance auto parts for assistance.

Worst experience I have ever had at any of the parts stores in this area. I have been a long time loyal customer of o'reilly's here In Milton, Pace and Pensacola locations since I can remember but I will never shop this location again after the horrendous experience I had today. The store manager of all people should conduct themselves in manner fitting for their role and hold themselves to a higher standard. Today proved otherwise for this particular store and this particular manager. Since the altercation they have offered me a brand new drum at the price I'd had to pay had they not lost my drum and then tell me I never brought it in. If that's the case I would've redeemed that offer but I am not looking for a discount or any free services. I simply wanted the drum I brought to that store to get turned and I will pay for my drum but nothing can change the poor behavior displayed by the store manager and had she just said hey maybe we misplaced it or we lost it I can understand that . Life happens but to tell me I never brought them in and treat me like a piece of scum who doesn't know whether he brought them in or was looking for something free. Well you have your answer I wouldn't accept anything other than a sincere apology.

Nobody asked if I needed help or responded when I said 'excuse me'. They all watched me walk in the door and nobody greeted me. Sorry if women aren't your typical customers, but that was unnecessarily rude.UpdateSecond time going in; still no greeting or qny sort of interaction from employees other than looks. Not coming in again. Incredibly rude not to at least greet your customers. Going elsewhere in the future.

The service is usually good and it's convienient. But today I had a bad experience with the lady at the front desk. She was in a terrible mood and was extremely rude to me. She argued with me about a stupid phone number, and even told me I was wrong. Then when I corrected her and she found the correct information she could only reply with "oh". I was trying to be polite as possible. She had a puzzle tattoo on her hand. If I had her name I would complain to the manager. I know customer service sucks, but don't take your bad attitude out on me.

Took my alternator in to be tested. Was told it was fine. Had a computer hooked to the car, 2 days later, while alternator was back in the car. Throws the code to replace the alternator. Getting this alternator off is a headache. It includes draining coolant, taking front passenger tire off, as well as all the inner panels in the passenger side fender well , and taking off the serpentine belt, among other things. So now it has to be done again, because I was told it worked fine. Would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Called at 230 to see if I brought in two hydraulic hoses could they be repaired today. Guy said sure, we have a guy for that. Drove half an hour and walked in. Employee said aww man, the guy that does that left an hour ago. I replied, I called 30 minutes ago. They call him and he says it'll be tomorrow. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time and diesel fuel. Real Mickey Mouse on your part.

Consistently run in to issues with the folks they hire. They have no automotive knowledge. Seems like they hire high school kids. How do you not know what points are? How do I ask for oil filter number 224 and you come out and ask me if I'm sure it's not a XYZ? I now go to Napa or advance or auto zone

Gentleman helped me get a replacement bulb for my overhead. Rules say he couldn't install it, but he lead me to the answer I needed so I could do it right then and there and just get my some light fixed in under 5 min! Great service!

Everyone that works there is super nice, helpful, & knowledgeable! The only thing I wish they didn't do is answer the phone while you've already asked for help. The way I see it is,...I have money and I'm right there, why ignore me to answer a phone when that person might not even buy anything???

Would have been a zero if it was an option. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Call to find a radio wiring harness. All they could tell me was that it was for a Ford. But I was welcome to come take a look and see if it was the right one. It should say on the pack what Ford it is for. Will not be shopping here ever again.

Bought battery for truck, woman didn't offer to install. I installed battery and had to bring old battery back to get core charge return. Would mot recommend them. Go somewhere else.

Ordered battery from Milton store over the phone. Walked in, paper work and battery were on the counter, ready. Signed credit card receipt, and Riley, the employee, automatically grabbed battery and carried it to my vehicle. Very polite and quick process.

It was my daughters bestfriends 16th birthday she got a car, and it needed windshield wipers. So she went and bought some windshield wipers when speaking to the sales ascoiate Darrell he was vey unprofessional cursing, and even told them to go to another store to have them put her windshield wipers on. The manager finally came out and put her windshield wipers on. I dont appreciate such behavior in front of my 14 yo daughter and her 16 yo friend.

Tonight I had the task of putting a new battery one of my vehicles. After doing some research I found the best price and best warranty to be at Walmart. I have always been one to search for the best deal but I try to avoid Going to Walmart if I don t have to. I am a former employee of O Reilly auto parts and I remembered we used to price match Walmart on our batteries. I took a ride up to oreilly auto parts in Milton and and older gentleman named Kent was standing at the counter when I walked in. I pulled up the battery on Walmart s website with all the information Kent might need. He proceeded to tell me that they will do a price match but the products have to be apples to apples ( same warranty, same price, same cca) I told Kent that was just fine with me. So ole Kent does some looking and eventually tells me that he can match the price on a 2 year battery with less cca. At this point I am a bit confused because I know oreillys has a 3 year battery with the same cca(exact same as Walmart) on the shelf as well. After attempting to reason with my man Kent he proceeds to tell me the 3 year battery he has is far superior to Walmart s (even though it s exactly the same battery) and based on what came out of his mouth earlier should be the one I walk out the door with. He also tells me the website I pulled up has to be a fake website. I calmly agree with this man to avoid confrontation and turn down the sale due to me feeling like ole Kent is slinging out some false information he pulled out of his behind, and attempting to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer for absolutely no reason. After leaving the store me being the person I am head on down to the oreillys 5 miles down the road in pace. There I speak with a girl named Ashton at the counter. I give her all the information she asks for and she tells me she has a super start extreme with a 3 year warranty and 500 cca(Comparable to Walmart s ExAcTly the sAme everstart with a 3 year warranty and 500 cca) that she can price match. At this point I say wow Ms Ashton that sounds like a deal to me I ll take it. I then hop in my car and head on home. I was thinking about stopping by the oreillys in Milton to see if Kent would spot me some gas money for driving my butt all the way out to pace but then I though eh he probably wouldn t like that too much. But that s okay I will take my core battery back to Kent tomorrow I m sure he would like that

Very good store here in milton fast friendly store for parts and very good inventory if they dont have it there they generally can get it pretty quick good store to shop for your auto parts needs.

The peolle here are wonderful. As a woman, when my car stopped working i didnt know what to do. They did a check on my car and told me i had a bad cell in my car. I didnt know what this ment, so they told me i needed to buy a new battery for my car. They even replaced the car battery for me. Im truely greatful.

On Sept. 18th while driving from Tallahassee to New Orleans my heater control valve blew out. Luckily I was at the Okaloosa County Rest Area. Also luckily it happend while I was stopped and not on the road. Well there I was what to do? I called some friends in the area but it would be a while before they could break free. I happend to think "Maybe somebody would deliver, I can put it on my self". First I called AutoZone, the lady was real nice, but didn't have enough staff for somebody to leave and bring me the part. She recommended Oriley's and even went so far as to look up the number for me. I called and they were so helpful. They got my vehicle information and said they would be there in about 30 to 45 minutes. I paid by credit card and told them to add the delivery charge to the ticket. The gentleman responded "Oh No there won't be a delivery charge we will take care of this for you". I was so impressed. I don't know how long it took for him to get there but I do belive it was less than 30 minutes. I got the valve put on and was on my way. Thanks to Milton Oriley's employees for saving my day and trip.
