Eddie is the go to guy for mobile Rv repair. He is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Eddie will give you great service at a fair price. I highly recommend Eddie for all your Rv needs right at your house.

Eddie was great! Our water heater stopped working so we gave him a call and he was able to come out the next day! We also gave him a call to replace our converters couple months before this and had a great experience

Eddie has been our go to RV man for both Class C and now our Class A motor homes. He is very knowledgeable about both types. He worked on refrigeration, maintenance on the Air Conditioners, electrical, and just recently repaired our ladder after it was bent when backing into the storage area at the house. Eddie is in speed dial on my phone. He always returns my calls and is very dependable . I trust him with our maintenance and recommend him highly.Service: Air conditioning

Eddie first performed my annual inspection and confirmed my suspicion that all was well except for my AC unit. I am fortunate that my original AC unit lasted almost nine years. I appreciated his honesty that it was better to purchase a new AC unit instead of applying the band-aid.His wife quickly found the replacement AC and informed me of the news. Once I placed the deposit, she ordered a new AC unit, which arrived in less than four days. Eddie finished the installation and operation test this morning, so the entire process was less than a week from start to finish.We finally found an exceptionally prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced mobile RV repair business. I encourage those in NW Florida and SE Alabama to call NWF Mobile RV to inspect and repair your recreational vehicle.Service: Air conditioning

The RV industry could use a few more guys like Eddie. He was quick to return our call and quickly schedule a time to diagnose a slide on our rig. Unfortunately, our slide was a new system that he didn't have experience with and couldn't reasonably get the documentation on. With that being said, he told me he didn't want to dig deeper and not be able to provide a solution. Since he wasn't able to perform the service we needed, he did not charge us. I've had bad experience with other techs in the past and highly respect the professionalism Eddie had.

I actually live in my camper and was horrified when my AC completely crapped out. It was 90 degrees in the earlier part of the day. Eddie called me and said he would be there within 2 hours. He arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue and gave me a very fair price for the repair. He told me he couldn t promise he would be back the same day due to other calls and possible rainstorms. He came back even with the rain after 4pm and completed the job. He is also teaching his son how to repair things and giving him knowledge he can surely use one day. I highly recommend this company and I will call them for any future issues that may happen. I am so thankful they were so kind and promptServices: Electrical, Air conditioning

I have used this business several times now. The first mobile RV service I used had me buy a new rooftop AC unit. After exchanging the original new unit with another one the AC still did not work. I gave up on that company and called Eddie. He diagnosed the problem which was not the rooftop unit but the lower control unit. He fixed the problem and no more AC issues. I also used his service for an awning issue. I called him on a very windy day as the awning wouldn't retract and he came within the hour. He secured the awning so that it wouldn't get torn off during the high winds even going up on the top of the RV in the wind and rain to take care of it. I appreciated his quick response! I have used Eddie with NWF Mobile RV several times now. Each time he is prompt to return calls, schedule and always completes the job in a timely manner for a very fair price compared to like competitors. He's a local, veteran owned and operated family business which shows with his customer service. I can assure you if you see a negative review for him, he did everything within his ability to address and fix the problem. Aside from his very knowledgable skillset, he's just a good person who wants to get the job done right and make the customer satisfied with his work. Eddie came out within a couple days when the closest repair said 3 weeks. He quickly assessed the situation and told us what part we needed and how to replace it ourselves. He could of easily gotten the part to fix himself and charge us even more. He even called right back to answer questions when we were replacing the part. I will recommend him to all my friends. He was very quick, friendly and professional.

I called Eddie to ask a couple questions about about a rv I bought . He is very knowledgeable and knows what he doing . I built rv in Indiana for 20 years . Building new and repairing are two different things . You can t just go to the shelve and get new . I asked about resealing my roof and had started was using the wrong cleaning product and it wouldn t have bounded right . Thank you Eddie for taking the time to talk to me and point me in the right direction. He wasn t making any money off me but took the help to talk and help me . If I need any repairs in the future I will be calling you back . Thanks again Eddie

Eddie and Angel have been absolutely awesome to work with. Lightning struck near my camper and damaged part of my AC system. I called and left a message, and they returned my call quickly. They came out a day earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. Thought we had the issue figured out and replaced the part, only to find that it didn t fix the problem. Called Eddie back, and he came back out the next day with another part and got my much needed AC fixed and working like new again. They could ve majorly upcharged me for the parts like most other RV stores do, but they re honest folks and got me the parts I needed much cheaper, even though they could have ripped me off like many other places would have. Due to my job, I wasn t able to actually be present for either of the repairs, but they were accommodating and willing come out to do the repairs with my neighbor letting them in.I will, without hesitation, use NWF Mobile RV again in the future if I ever need repairs done.

Eddie and Angel are awesome at what they do...customer service at its best! Eddie came out, to look at our 2019 Grand Design Solitude Furrion oven, and not only did he arrive quickly but got us a new oven from the company. As soon as they got the oven, Angel called and I have a new oven...fast, fast service. They helped 2 more RV owners by us. Everyone loved them. We highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Eddie and Angel for caring!

I met Eddie today. He helped me with an inspection for a motorhome I was considering purchasing. He was extremely thorough and pointed out big issues, small issues and potential future issues. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me as we went along as best he could. A lot of it went over my head but at least he tried, which is all that really matters. He was very professional throughout the inspection and gave me valuable feedback to help me make a decision. I would count on him for future services and will call him again in the future. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

My heart sank when the RV park said, "it's you, not us" when they finished checking the power pedestal.� Thi$ i$ gonna hurt!� They recommended I call NWF Mobile RV.� Eddie, WONDERFUL EDDIE, was able to diagnose AND walk me through the repair OVER THE PHONE!� My heart � is soaring again!� I am going to be in the area for a while, and should I have any more issues, NWF Mobile RV has my business!Service: Electrical

I bought an AC Unit that was supposed to have a heat pump, $2500.00 and NO HEAT PUMP! It's been about a month and a half when I smelled burning wires!!! Been calling him for a week With NO RESPONCE !!! I WOULDN'T USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

On (2) separate occasions NWF Mobile RV, has serviced my 2018 Forest River Piece of... I mean... Coachman Catalina. The ColemanMach A/C has popped, not once but twice. Both times, NWF was prompt, courteous and professional. They assisted me on my warranty claims also, for which was very helpful. They are my mobile RV/Camper go-to people. They get 5-stars from me!

Use at your own risk and after 2nd opinion...2500+ and still no AC but ..not his problem according to him...and according to Dometic should not have replaced with different unit....stay tuned for update!!! I Do not recommend period!!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Called and came out to fix something on RV paid them over $150.00 and didn't do anything nothing worse repair RV help felt like they wanted money not to help.
